Teleflora never delivered. Slow to respond. Offered lame discount on next order. Worst customer service. Don't order from them.

your flowers will never get there, its so embarrassing when you go to visit some body in the hospital thinking that you already sent some thing you end up empty handed I placed the order the night before but never got there.

We called to deliver flowers even two days ahead for a Funeral Service supposedly today at 10 am. Then got an email from Teleflora customer service around noon exactly like this:

Thank you for your Teleflora order. We appreciate your business.

We are usually able to provide great coverage across the US and Canada, but regretfully we are unable to fulfill your order within our network of florists. At this time, we have cancelled your order.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

No calls or email before the delivery time, just decided to cancel it.
What a service! it's a Funeral Service so nothing went the Family that we thought they already delivered it. They have lack of communication and poor service. Not even a card to sent or called the Funeral place about it.

Not so happy on what they did... :(

Absolutely deplorable service - ordered a floral arrangement for someone following surgery. They neglected to deliver to the hospital as requested, and said it would be delivered to their home. Missed the delivery to the home on Friday, and said it would be delivered Monday. Patient was advised to expect delivery - surprise ruined - and guess what? No delivery on Monday either. Six days to deliver and they couldn't pull it off. Will NEVER order through them again.

This is by far the worst floral delivery service that I've ever encountered. They never deliver your order with the right flowers and at right time, take this for sure. They make it worst for those who wait for their flowers to be delivered to their loved ones, you don't even get a confirmation mail or message that the flowers are delivered. All that you get is a crappy automated voice message system that tells that your flowers are in the right hands and will be delivered timely, which are not at all in good hands.

I would like to rate it 0/5 if it is possible.

Please don't rely on this service if you are delivering flowers to someone who means a lot to you and especially on any occasions where you expect them to be delivered on time

Never again - customer service at its worst - not even an apology for not delivering the timely ordered flowers - this is one company I will do without in the future.

It was very important to me to have flowers delivered to my mom who lives in a small town in Utah. It was the first anniversary of her son's death. I couldn't be there, so I wanted her to know I was thinking of her and what she was going through. It was so important that she get a beautiful arrangement, that I didn't want to take a chance with a small flower shop in a small town, so I figured I could rely on a large company like Teleflora. At 1:00 on Saturday afternoon, the day they were to be delivered, I received an e-mail from them saying they couldn't deliver the flowers until Monday. I immediately called and was told, oh, well, that's all they can do, none of the flower shops they deal with are available. Their solution? They will deliver the flowers to her on Monday with an apology card for being late. I had to hang up before I burst into tears. I frantically started making calls to every flower shop I could find online. One of the shops that was an hour away gave me a number to a shop that was about 20 minutes away from her. They were closing in 45 minutes. The woman immediately assured me they would get something to her that would be very nice. I got a call from my mom an hour later in tears, so happy with the flowers she just received.
Why is it I was able to find someone to deliver flowers within 15 minutes? How can Teleflora take my order, guarantee my satisfaction, CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD, and wait until the end of the next day to tell me they aren't going to deliver my flowers? They are in the business of delivering flowers for anniversaries, for sympathy, for birthdays, etc. Those aren't the kinds of things that can just arrive two days late with an apology note to the recipient. By looking at other people's reviews, it's obvious this company needs to be put out of business. I highly suggest you call a flower shop directly and not use Teleflora. They are absolutely horrible.
And, by the way, if you ever need flowers delivered in Southern Utah, be sure to call Coral Canyon Floral! They will come through for you!

I ordered an expensive centerpiece to be delivered 12/21. Even received a confirmation e-mail it was delivered. THAT IS A LIE. It was never delivered and they admitted it today 12/23. They promised to deliver today and still nothing. They take money for no product. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THEM. They will NOT deliver.

Placed on online order on 12/16 to be delivered to a funeral home on 12/19 only to have absolutely NOTHING delivered! Customer service talked in circles, blamed me for not providing "special" instructions that the sympathy floral spray was for a funeral home but yet, the company's website specifically asks for "TYPE OF LOCATION," i.e., funeral home, apartment, church, etc. What's the point of that if they are only going to ignore their own devices? Let's not forget that of course, a funeral during any time of year is always devastating to any family but now, let's add in that a death only days prior to what should be the most joyous time of the year, is beyond joyful. How about the fact that I'm sending flowers because I cannot physically be there since it is being held out of state only days prior to Christmas and therefore, sending an arrangement in lieu of my presence to my family would only somewhat let them know that I'm thinking of them but, nope, the spray was just not delivered! Horrible customer service! Told to hold for a supervisor only to sit on the hold for 20 mins or so to speak to the same rep that said, "well, you didn't specify any special instructions." Not to mention the address was to a funeral home as well as again, the company's website specifically asks for the TYPE OF LOCATION the arrangement will be delivered to.

Well, Teleflora, thank you for absolutely nothing but making a bad time just a little worse for myself and my family! Too bad you really do not care about your customer's satisfaction.

I ordered a cookie basket for my 11 year old niece's birthday, and she received a wine and cheese basket in the mail. I contacted customer service, and they offered me 30% off what I paid for the inconvenience. I told them that I expect the issue to be resolved, and for the right gift to be sent to her. I don't understand why I should pay anything at all for something that was never received? What TERRIBLE customer service. She was so upset, as well as her parents, when she opened the package, and it was a wine and cheese basket addressed from someone else for someone else. Why is it so hard to rectify what you guys did wrong? Really, 30% off for something that was never received? I expect a full refund!

First time using them and never will again. From no confirmation email to getting call end of day it was suppose to be delivered saying florist couldn't deliver it today. NEVER AGAIN!!!

A very disappointing experience. The order was less than what I paid for and the customer service was robotic. They certainly do not care about repeat business and they definitely do not have mine! I deserve a refund and I am determined to get one for the complete lack of providing the product I purchased but didn't receive!!!

I will never use them again. They are untrained in card and paypal processes and unable to fulfill order.

Please don't blame the member florists who deliver your flowers! We get ripped off just as badly as the consumer does. My flower shop has now cancelled, and in 10 years, this is the most anyone from Teleflora has ever communicated with me. No contact with your "Representative" (LOL), until you send them your cancellation notice, then they are phoning and emailing daily trying to get you to change your mind. If you want to buy flowers, look up the number of a shop where you want them delivered. Buy directly from their website, or call them direct. You will get better service and save yourself anywhere from $10.00 - $25.00 in processing fees. Beware the online order gatherers (whom Teleflora supports and encourages), whose websites indicate they deliver anywhere and have locations in every city. Most of them are call centres somewhere, staffed by people who don't know the difference between a petunia and a potato.

Absolutely horrible experience with Teleflora. The flowers delivered were no where near what I ordered and paid for. I was offered $20 refund only. They did not use my chosen florist. They will pick-up the delivered flowers from my sick friend and have them redone, but I'm too embarrassed. They should deliver new ones without picking up the old ones. So disappointed in Teleflora and will never use their service again.

Horrible experience - promised same-day delivery and then they cancelled my order after I had received a confirmation hours earlier - too late to go with same-day delivery -- said I'd have to spend more in order to have it fufilled today - total bait & switch act - told me in an email although a phone number was provided and made no attempt to compensate me for their errors and false promises of a gift being delivered today! Will NEVER trust them again!

Spent 20 minutes talking to customer service, which kept insisting that I canceled the order. Another 35 minutes on hold waiting for the supervisor, and 15 minutes talking to the most condescending, obnoxious person who basically said it wasn't their fault the florist refused to fulfill the order. No apologies, nothing. I asked them to email me their address for a formal complaint since they apparently only communicate via email (not our policy to call customers...well why do you get our phone numbers?). That was yesterday. Still waiting for that email. Big surprise. there are no words for how terrible this experience has been.

I ordered my mother's day flowers on 5/6 and today is 5/11 still no flowers. The delivery date was supposed to be on 5/9. No refund no customer service I am filing a fair trade comission complaint asap

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day that were never delivered. I just wated more than $80 for getting a very disappointed wife and children. The customer service was not reachable.

This is a terrible company simply stealing money from customer!

Placed 3 orders on Friday. I know i ordered at the "last minute". I wanted to change the delivery date, and they sent an email saying that they took care of it. So, why on Saturday, NONE OF MY ORDERS WERE DELIVERED!!!! Then, they sent an email saying that one of my order was "hand-delivered", which was clearly not the case. Teleflora may be a terrible company, but i'm going to yell at Amazon Local for advertising such a stupid company for such a deal. Altogether, i will never lay my credit card on "sweet deals", including Amazon and groupons and what not. I guess the lesson here is you get exactly what you pay for: cheap price, cheap service.

The worst customer service experience. I selected a standard bouquet from the website for my mother's 86th birthday. After 6 phone calls over 3 days, and being guaranteed delivery, Teleflora cancelled my order, and Mom never got her flowers. Terrible and frustrating experience.

The 㱲angement" was downright embarrassing. What I ordered versus what was delivered weren't even close. It cost me over $50 for the monstrosity and customer service had the nerve to offer me a 30% discount on a FUTURE order, are you kidding me. They ended up offering a 30% credit on the order itself and then at closing the chat, slipped in that it would be 20%..no integrity...I referred them to the chat string and they then said they made a mistake

Worst service I ever hah, no customer support, did not get order right, did not deliver on time still waiting for full refund since jan31,2015, it's now February 27 2015

Teleflora is PATHETIC. My mom received an order that was not hers. She called and politely told them the situation. Customer service said they did not care and for her to just keep the order. They were hasty and rude. Their deplorable business is a joke!! No one should ever go through this feeble, disorganized company for as long as it lasts

This place gets worse and worse!! They screwed up my valentines day order for three days by being so unorganized and full of crap so I finally cancelled my order and got my money back. My parents didn't get to receive valentines day flower and chocolates from me this year because of this ridiculous company. So my parents call me and and say someone from their stupid company delivered flowers (not the ones I ordered for them) and a card with their name on it that read "I love you muffin" (definitely not what I wrote) I called them AGAIN for them to explain to me that my parents must have received someone else's order because mine was for sure cancelled. What a joke! So someone else is pretty much going through what I went through for three days and they're flowers probably wont be delivered now. This flower service should be discontinued.
