Titlemax is first and foremost a predatory lender and was even told say by a representative here in Memphis TN, she further went on to say who else was going to loan me to the ,I then stated that predatory lending was illegal and her reply to me was " well you can sue us ,plenty people do to try to get something out of us ,but do you know how big we are ,as if I was a nobody trying to obtain something for free ,if getting treated fairly makes me a nobody ,then so be it ,deception is not good business practice ,these people are straight up crooks.

This company uses criminals to repo your vehicle if you are late. This happened to my son. Needless to say I have used this company for several years. My son was late and his phone was lost so there was not much contact. Titlemax sent a repo man and my grandsons had thier personal info including cash, license.credit cards social security card and a leather jacket I was going to take for cleaning. Upon realizing the van was repo we immediately got in touch with titlemax and told them we would make the payment to get the account up to date. This was done the same day. When my son went to go get the van after 3 days nothing was there not even the license plate. I have since file a police report on my son personal info and cash. I would never do business with them ever and I suggest consumers beware. Ps the loan was less than a $1000 but titlemax is a predator and thats what predator do.

I applied online previously for an instaloan but did not have a ride to my appointment,so they said I had to wait 30 days to resubmit.my 30 days was up April 5 but when I just now applied online I get the same message saying I still have to wait 30 days?

Worst customer service ever at titlemax off merchants drive in Dallas Ga. Paid my loan off in January kept calling to see where my title is and they acted confused eveytime I called. I just want my title back !

I had the worst experience ever when it came to title max this place is steeling people money in a blink of an eye. I will never recommend this place ever they had already transferred my car title to their name and i was never late on a payment after 4 months they tried refinancing my account to a much higher payment of 870 wich is ridiculous was higher than a dealer car payment. They charged me 2700 of just interest for the months i payed and to take my title back i had to pay 5,340 the loan they gave me was of 4,500. I canceled this account so they wouldn't take my car and take my money .

My car was repossessed due to unexpected finanical hardships. I went the following day to retrieve my personal items from the car. The woman in the office was very uncoperative and yelled at me until I became so upset I left the store and in the process lost the car key. I am now told there is no way to retrieve the items inside the car. One item in particular was my I-pad which contains a lot of important files and information. The person I am referring to now denies she was yelling but a lie detector test would no doubt prove otherwise.

Just one payment behind I was left walking 6.2 miles home 2 days before Christmas thanks titlemax for making me my wife and daughter and son walk home from an Aransas pass tx Walmart to shaver Rd 6.2 miles. You definitely hire outstanding in Ng people to repo ones vehicle I hope your Christmas is a wonderful as ares won't be.

This is real petty but not to me. I got a certificate for a turkey for the holidays. My loan has been paid off and I do appreciate it. Believe me it helped. This is my issue, my friend also has a loan, he still paying his but he was not sent a certificate because we live in the same house. Our loans are two separate loans,different locations, it shouldn't matter if we are a couple or not. He is still a paying customer and it makes titlemax look cheap when they make a lot of money off our business. And everybody is struggling with everything & it's the holidays. That 15 gift card could have bought us gas. Just saying it shouldn't matter if 2 people with 2 different loans live in the same home, we both pay you on time,

I recently tried to get a loan through your online service. I sent me y information twice. I received a call that not all of my information had come through. Which is total bullcrap.VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NICE WAY TO TREAT A VETERAN

I called several times to be sure of everything I would need to complete a loan and I even asked if we could complete the application online to be sure I have everything I need because I have to travel 60 Miles to the closest location and I was assured everything has been approved all I had to do was bring the documents to verify everything I submitted was accurate so I drive all the way to the office and went through the whole thing and they denied my application so I made a 120 mile trip for absolutely nothing except for my time to be wasted and All the gasoline at almost 5.00 per gallon these people can go to hell I am so angry because I asked specifically to avoid this from happening

Good Afternoon,

Per our last conversation with John Brown he stated we would have to pay $2,000 in order for the lien to be removed and to have the title released . The vehicle is going to be junked because it broke down and is going to cost a lot of money to fix, however we cannot junk it without the title or without the lien being released . As you know my mom Mary Cruz is deceased therefore the registration has not been renewed either etc., after seeking legal consultation I was advised that Due to TitleMax closing all stores in California and now operating in a different state Texas the contract becomes void and the lien needs to be removed. As I stated our family has been through enough with the passing of my mom due to COVID and everyone else has been understanding and has worked with us.

I made the mistake of going to title Max to get a loan,I've paid the amount that I supposed to pay and over and they want me to pay that amount over again and that's just so wrong in so many ways. You better know what you are doing when you go to title max.

I borrow 400.00 pay back is closed to 1,000. I paid over 200.00 now and they said all the fees because I was late on payment not true. The girl was rude

Well titlemax should be shut down. Their rates are so high im glad they're not in Illinois anymore. Rude,not professional and nobody tells anyone but what's going on with your account. My suv wasn't running and I already paid back over 4,800.00 dollars my loan was 2,800.00. But they told me I had to still pay them. I told them come get it. And they said they didn't want the suv. I had to take out 2 other loans to get the parts. Which if they would of let me out of the loan I wouldn't have to take out 2 loans. I'm on disability. They even did a settlement for 1,700.00 which I paid off. But they told me I'm in collections because I still owe them money. How I did a settlement. So how im going to get collections papers and rude my credit. How can I get into the lawsuit against titlemax

My veteran husband's vehicle was repossessed due to Mom payments by the legal owner of the car in the Henson in South Carolina this is mcmanusa vet what's being provided services by Mr Hinton therefore he gave him money to purchase a vehicle wow he was in his employee in December 2021 Mr Hinton drove Mr McManus from Great falls South Carolina to Clarksville Tennessee where he was to live with his family and Mr hitting wants to return to South Carolina because Mr hitting was no longer assisting Mr McManus when Mr Hinton returned to Great falls the car was left in Tennessee with Ms mcManus

Taking a loan from TitleMax doing your time of need it's like taking on the mark of the beast they are not here to help you in any kind of way just to oppress you and steal from you but I do say every dog has his day and if this continues with their oppressory of the poor they sincerely see the destruction that will come upon this country which is occurring right now as we speak food shortages gas high prices there would be no more natural resources for anyone so keep stealing from the poor and needy mark my words you shall see and I do speak with love and peace in my heart and my soul and the day when it thieves shall be vagabonds

I called corporate no help. The cedartown has branch has associates that are erroneous. A girl borrowed a car and took it into the titlemac and her friend works their she told her to sign the title and they Pawned it in her name wasn't her car. It was a disabled persons car that was a gift. I am contacting the Ohio state congressman as well as the bbb and the ftc to report and I hope they do something as that is strong arming. The girl pawned a car that wasn't here's and your company told her to sign the back of the title...sounds shady to me I hope all of you title places go under. I don't care if people need to pawn but to have someone tell someone to commit fraud. I hope your ship sinks

Claudia Rivera is amazing. She was taking care of 3 customers at once and made it look effortless. She didn't even look frazzled. She was nice to all three of us and didn't rush us. She made good use of her time as well. We were all doing something so it didn't feel as if we were waiting.

I have just had (again) the most satisfying customer svc team at the Campbellton.Rd Atlanta GA office. Myself as a 10yr at the Ritz Carlton Atlanta - I learned from the best, how to be best & HONESTLY in my 9yrs of retirement I have kept my eyes to that outside the Ritz & I finally have. Probably spelling everyone's names wrong but Leon, Lasomba, Joy & ?edrick were AMAZING. They expedited something that happened to me , promptly, took all my annoying calls with a smile & followed up with a RESOLVE ? Finally I have witnessed Ritz scale of Customer Service. Traci Browne gm is such a helpful person she put me n da game I did even know pay more on my lone gave me cash back that lil change helped me pay a bill n helped my kids if it wasn't for her assisting me n giving me da knowledge she has and obtain to help me n other ppl i dont know what i would have done i would like to truely thank Traci Browne n all employees at San rittenberg office for all their hard work to serve me n others oh yeah get you title back with title max love you guys n thank yal the whole team
