Tucows Customer Service

Would be really good if you could display the contact information for TUCOWS (Australia) so that people can contact someone in Australia to resolve issues.

Tucows is without a doubt the most criminal company I've ever tried to deal with. Part od the problem is that you can't deal with them. They are impossible to contact. Emails are not returned. Phone calls are not returned. They steal shamelessly. In my case, a domain that I have owned for almost 20 years was brazenly stolen by Tucows and transferred to their sole control. The domain was not expired, just stolen by the Tucows thieves. Now, the only way I can re-acquire the domain is by dealing with some shady broker who works with Tucows. Only a fool would do business with Tucows.

You guys sold a domain name and he didnt have the right trademark registration. either you can help me out to get it back. or ill have my attorney sue you guys and make it the hard way.

Stupid people. They have no phone support. They refuse to transfer my domains, emails tell me to contact another company, that company says to call them.

I believe that tucows has the best conceptual service around until I became a reseller. After 1 day I asked for a refund in which they say that it is non-refundable from the beginning. Go reason. YOu pay to become a reseller and you don't get the satisfaction that other platform does, and if someone is unhappy with it you don't want to refund them the money. As a business owner I find myself instead of progressing in my business venture. I now have to prepare to fight a battle in the court of public perception.

I am very tired of working with Tucows. They do not return calls, emails, nor follow up with complaints about their resellers. I have contacted them many times with absolutely no results. DO NOT DEAL WITH TUCOWS!!!

I think you should consder not doing business with Tocows as they are virtually unreachable. And I mean at all times and do not respond to help requests. I can't even contact them to close down my account. BOO TOCOWS!
