I have had great Uber drivers but not on my last trip. He never said anything to ID himself and didn't get out of the car to help with luggage. I left my jacket in the car and have contacted the driver and Uber 4 times with no response. They have not been helpful at all.

Are you doing that I was just on the phone with support for an hour and a half only to get transferred from person to person Department to Department without receiving the help I needed I am a uber East driver I was calling with a simple concern about my account and after getting transferred 10 times and usually to the same back and forth between the same Department I had asked to speak to a supervisor and they just kept transfer me saying they had to every single person said the same thing they said give me a minute on my place you on hold for a one to three minutes so I can do my research and then they will put me on hold and then they will get back on the phone and be like unfortunately sir I'm not able to help you with this matter you need this department and then they transfer me even though I'm steady asking for a supervisor like is this how you guys treat your employees like we call you guys for help and then this type of stuff happens

Well my aunt has a situation where she left her phone in the car not 5 minutes later the unber driver decided to call my sister with my aunt phone and ask for 150.00 to her cash app . Nothing has been done about this driver . I can't the driver would do such thing and still be employed by Uber and never turned in my aunt's phone to lost and found ..

We will never use Uber again after they charged us for a uber one membership that we did not sign up for and basically ripped us off of $128 over the course of a year. We had no clue of the fraudulent use of our credit card we told American Express about it in American Express try to make a dispute but Uber refused to do anything about it. Interesting that it is difficult to leave a review for Uber, oh I wonder why when you get treated like this? Fraudulent charges and no customer service. Zero customer service. Looks like uber needs our $128 more than we do but will never use Uber again and we're making sure we tell everyone we know about it interesting how many negative ratings you have listed on here in the tens of thousands in terms of customer complaints and a number under 50 for positive remarks I would think that would matter but apparently it doesn't. And I will find Opportunities to put out reviews of uber wherever I can and they won't be positive after our experience

Took a Uber to phoenix airport when myself and the wife went to Chicago and the vehicle that picked us up was clean but there was all kind of warning lights on and the drivers horn didn't work when he went to us it I thought these cars got inspected and this was a 2021 smh ?

I've been driving for Uber for about 6 months now and believe me I don't recommend you to do it because they don't care for the customers as well as their employees...bottom line they are just after your money (both ways) for us as drivers they send us sometimes to pick up customers about 1 hour 30 minutes away and just pay us $20.00 and they charge the customer 3 or 4 times that amount. Their customer service is the worse in the world. My earnings for week ending November 27th 2023 were taking from me from a customer I was supposed to pick up and acted like an Uber representative on the phone when I called him to find out exactly where he was..bottom line, I had to communicate that incident to Uber representatives (about 150 of them...no kidding) they have no idea what they are doing ...pretty soon it will be 2 weeks and I still don't see my money ...the investigation support team found out my money was taken by a third party (fraud) but they still don't want to pay me...Every rep tells me to do something different ...I got so frustrated and disappointed that I told them to keep my money..I've been loosing more money by wasting my time trying to get mono I earn decently. THEY JUST DON'T CARE ....they are after our money ? ? ?

I filed a complaint with Uber about being charged for a canceled pick up. Uber responded by saying that they found my lost wallet. I NEVER lost my wallet. So it would be impossible for Uber to have found an un-lost wallet, Uber then claimed fraudulently to have returned the wallet that was never lost, and unlawfully charged me an additional twenty dollars for absolutely nothing.

Hands down the worst customer service on the planet. Their English language requirements are very laxed so you're lucky if you can even understand them. They also do nothing. If there's a problem...they give you the runaround. They put you on hold and then you have to start all over again with a different agent then that agent puts you on hold and the cycle repeats. It's not customer service. It's a bunch of clowns posing as customer service agents.

Found 4 bogus charges called "uber trip help charge". Took 4 rides got 8 charges.
So I decided to contact Uber. Wow, no phone support/"humans".
Customers can only submit entries in the app ... which was not user friendly.
Definitely will affect how often I use the service and now will check my card after EACH trip.
Called my bank to stop the payments and now getting ANOTHER card.

I don't know how many incompetent support uber has hired/employed but my account was deactivated incorrectly last week in the middle.of my day of driving. Only onsu"supeevisor" out of another supposed 10 "supervisors" gave a viable explanation as to why, but that still was an error on users end, I have not been able to drive for 5 days now and no resolution, no compensation/reimbursement. Uber support is the absolute worst.

I've driven for Uber for four years and they just blocked my account because my account was a "duplicate". I can't get costumer service to do anything other than end chat or hand up on me. I've never had a duplicate account.

Went to use uber for ride to airport from Hyat by the arch at 4:40 am. Price was $73.00!A friend took a cab at the same time and it was only $43.50! It was only $48.00 when I rode from airport to Hyat on Tuesday at 4:30 pm!

I guess Uber made a huge error in 2020 when I first signed up that's effecting me negatively now.Apparently Uber registered me as a driver in Nebraska Omaha even though I am and always have been a resident of Massachusetts! Or other scenerio is Uber allowed my account to be compromised. I'm not sure how it happened because Uber won't acknowledge my question at all. In fact they want me to resubmit all of my paperwork background information and go on pending in my app even though I have submitted all of these updates and documents for over 3 years now! And I just recently updated my vehicle in the app so I had to resend everything then. But Now they are asking me to do this again? Another thing is I asked them multiple times spoken to three supervisors probably six customer service Representatives this week alone when we found out what the issue was, how did this happen? And is my information secure? Meaning my personal info. And either they are not reading my chats at all because they don't answer the question I asked. Or they purposely are ignoring me because they know the error they had made! I don't care if there was a mistake made a long time ago but I do care that they're not responding when it's a serious issue like this. And that they are punishing me when this has nothing to do with any error I made. All of my documentation since 2020 has always been from my state showing my information. I have no idea how they let this slide or how this happened.And I want to know If my information like my ss# or my driver's license maybe is being used as somebody else's identity in omaha! Because I've never been there it's across the country from me so wth is going on! (how did this happen) Uber will not even acknowledge my question. And they are punishing me and acting like I did this. I have no idea how to contact anyone other than a customer support who is not qualified enough for this issue, or the so-called supervisor who answers my chat without even reading them or understanding what my chat says. So I'm ready to call a lawyer!

GREAT FOR EARNING BUT NOT FOR CUSTOMERS!

I have ordered for grocery, yet nothing align with my order! The driver neither clarified with me through messages nor calls! Since i do not have the permission to edit order, literally 80% of my order were re-iterated and i recieved a full bag of items that i have to pay for, yet NONE of them was what I wanted. I later went to the physical store and guess what i found... everything was in stock:)

As i was trying to reach customer service, i highly suspect most of these agents are robots or ai. Everytime after i stated the matter, they appeared nice and then blame everything on policies. I have tried over 10 times, yet 8/10 are robo answers that appears exactly the same. Out of the two - surprisingly - i got some new answers. Apparantly it says there are some restrictions on my account that prevents it from making price adjustments for me. as i insist to ask it told me that i have already reached my refund limits. which is funny. I have used this account way before pandemic, possibly over three years. It is unavoidable that there could be sometimes that my order could be stolen from someone yet it is definitely less than 5 times. btw in another attempt it told me i should be held accountable for my delivery after the order is made and after it is delivered. I thought the reason why i subscribe was that uber was rly responsible for its costomers before. Yet now they pledge costomers guilty for their misconduction and poor management:)

still not sure how to deal with this but i have cancelled my subscription and ready to delete my account afterwards.

I had a disappointing experience with Uber and felt the need to share my thoughts. Recently, my account was deactivated without receiving specific details or evidence of the alleged incident. This lack of transparency is concerning and frustrating. I believe it is crucial for companies to provide drivers with clear information and an opportunity to present their side of the story.

Furthermore, I found the conduct of the supervisor and management team to be unprofessional. I felt that they were not genuinely interested in addressing my concerns or considering the potential impact on my reputation as a driver. It is disheartening when your voice is not heard, especially when the impact can be significant.

Horrible customer support, I am trying to solve my problem since weeks no proper answer or resolution for that. They made me to pay my last drive twice. I used Uber before Pandemic around 2019 and paid by cash. Now, when I start using again, it shows pending payment, customer service team asked me to pay that as they cannot take dispute since it is more than 90 days. Even after the payment also I am not able to use the app , till now it is not resolved. Every time someone wil come in chat ask same questions and no empathy for customers

I was visiting in Michigan over the weekend 30 minutes from the Detroit Airport near Monroe. I made an appointment on Friday for a 6am pickup on Sunday morning to go to the airport. At 10 minutes to 6 it tells me on the App no drivers are available. No time to get a taxi or a car service. This is outrageous. I guess they have been taken over by the federal government!

Uber hires people that do not comprehend what they are reading on the chats it frustrating chatting with dumb people they need to do better and train there reps better explaining yourself over and over is agitating i hate chatting with there employees especially when they want to give you the run around please do not refer drivers they scam me out of a driver invite they switch my invite to where the person i invited looked like he invited me and neither one of us got paid for the invite smh

I used Uber for the first time on July 20, 203 from my home in Cedar Mill, OR to the Portland International Airport. The cost was $46.00. I attempted to use Uber again on my return trip on July 20, 2023 from the Portland International Airport to my home in Cedar Mill, OR. Same passengers, same baggage, same route except in reverse and Uber wanted $104.00+ for the trip. What a rip-off.

I was charged £80 with a fraudulent cleaning fine, despite making no mess whatsoever. Phoned Uber support, I had a man called Tim on the line, he was very understanding of my situation and helped resolve my problem.

I want to express my great satisfaction of using Uber in my last trip to Lima - Peru.
After I updated my Uber App in Lima, I was able to connect with Uber and request transportation by using my fingers on my Iphone and not having to deal with the language barrier. It is great that Uber knows exactly our location and there was a time that drivers could not find the area but Customer Service will look another one and always letting me know tha some one else was going to pick me up.

I requested an Uber Black to take me to a doctors appointment. I am a person on wheelchair. I could not get into the car because the step was to high.
I was charged $16.03 cancellation fee.
After contacting Uber Customer Support I got an email immediately and was informed that my visa
was credited to the original amount.

I commend you for providing free Uber rides on Election Day. I want to encourage you to expand that to the early voting period. I know that in my area there are people who will not be able to vote without assistance getting to and from polls and are unable to do so on Election Day due to the need to work more than one job to support their families. Expanding the free service to early voting helps to ensure the people in greatest need have the opportunity to cast their vote. I will personally be driving as many people as possible to early polling places and hope your organization can do the same.

I got a ride home from Samuel Milani on Wednesday, August 29th. I left my bank card and some cash in the back seat as I was taking the Uber for a reason:).

Well, I realized the next morning that my bank card was missing. Assumed it was at the bar but they said it wasn't there. I then thought, damn, bet I left it in the Uber.' No idea how I would get in touch with him, would I go through corporate, or just order a new card. But then I checked messenger and he Samuel had left me a message that he had it and would meet me at my convenience. Met him tonight and he even returned the cash (which I assumed I spent at the bar). Too good to be true. Solid Uber experience. He's a good one.

I left my phone in the Uber that picked me up on 8/27 from my job to take me to Manly Honda to get my repaired car. The UBER driver named Robert in a white Scion returned it to Honda where I was able to retrieve it. He was SO nice in the first place, now he is my hero!!!

As a disabled senior citizen I appreciate Uber enormously. UaV ber GPS directs drivers to wrong address when ride requested from 8103 N HOLLOW ST, SAN ANT0NIO TX 782440 by senior resident at Villa de San Antonio senior living community. Drivers are directed to different locations resulting in frustration for both driver and rider. Rider has to direct driver to 8103 HOLLOW ST on phone frequently when trip needed. It is hoped that remedy is found for this problem. Thank You.

I needed to change my rating of a driver today. Name is Simon.
It was a perfect ride and the driver was first rate. However, before i was able to complete the rating of 5 stars which was my intention, thevscreen closed at 3, maybe even 2.
That is not right for this driver but the customer service page did not allow me to change the rating, only to check off comments which did not apply. So this is a problem.l i hope you can correct it for this particular driver and in general. Thank you, Rivka

First experience was San Diego on October 5..driver got there we got in and in about 1/4 mile she said we had cancelled service and we would have to get out unless we agreed to pay her cash.which we did. Since then we have found she should not have done business that way. We have used uber twice in San Francisco and had no problem.

Hi, I just got a ride home from uber and I feel that some of the drivers are not being fairly compensated for what they do. I feel that when you reach your destination there should be an option to leave a tip for them. They work really hard for it.

I regularly get uber to go home every after work shift at the airport, and I like it so much. Good rides, courteous and friendly drivers, most of all Khaled, the Syrian driving a Toyota Prius with Plate Number He is a very nice person.

I take UBER to LAX from my home regularly. It is much cheaper and reliable than an LA cab. Last week i flew to JFK and paid $75 from there to my apt. in manhattan. The return trip i decided on uber. There were tons of cabs around fro the trip to the airport but loved Uber. It cost me $120. More than a limo. Rediculous. This is a mistake, correct? How do i go some refund.

Signed up for Uber months ago and still have not been able to sign on and drive. I went to see someone at the sprint store for customer support and she said I'm still waiting for my background check to be done. I don't know what's taking so long I don't have a bad background I've worked in nuclear power plants and been read badged with FBI background check I think maybe I'll sign on with Lyft instead

I've been trying to start driving with Uber for weeks now but the website isn't working. It keeps asking me to upload my documents and I keep doing it but my status hasn't changed from Onboarding. I tried going to the hub and they said I had to upload my documents online. I tried contacting Uber to fix the issue, FOUR TIMES, and they just keep sending a text that says my inquiry was resolved but nothing has been fixed. This company is lazy and ridiculous. How are you running a company without a phone number? That would resolved 80% of Uber's issues. I decided to go with Lyft who is much faster and much more professional. Why keep wasting my time with Uber when Lyft actually appreciated my time and pays more. I will NEVER recommend Uber, only Lyft.

I'm a driver who has been emailing with uber over an unpaid week. I've emailed dozens of times, only to get a different person each time who has no idea what happened yesterday, or ever for that matter! I've gone to Uber in Hoboken as per one customer service rep. I trusted the person I spoke to was being honest who he said the problem was resolved and I'd get my money! Only to learn it wasn't resolved and they didn't pay me for this week either, now!

This is a damn disgrace! I'm a mom of two who desperately needed this money which I earned!!!! How dare this company toy with people!!!! You have nothing but incompetent children working for you! I've been going through the hoops of becoming an Uber driver and I'm having issues with their App and submitting documentation. I sent in my vehicle registration, proof of insurance, and car inspection form, which was initially approved. I received a text message saying I was all ready to go. I waited a few days until I had time on the weekend to make my first pickup. When I tried to login, it asked me to select a vehicle before I could go online to pick up my first passenger. However, my vehicle wasn't listed and I got an error message saying that my vehicle wasn't configured.

When I tried to email Uber asking for help on how to add my vehicle so I could begin, I was told that my vehicle was deactivated due to missing documents. I tried re-submitting 3 times and all 3 times I got text messages saying I submitted the wrong documents...the ones I submitted were right every time. About an hour later, I got a 4th text saying that I failed my car inspection. What?? The paper I sent in to them clearly shows that I passed.

I emailed their representative explaining my situation and have still not heard back. I would call, but it doesn't look like they even have a phone number. In the meantime, I'm missing out on peak times for driving. I'm becoming so frustrated that I'm considering signing up with one of their competitors instead.

Drove for Uber for 1 week then had to send updated insurance. They said it would take 48 hours to get back online to drive and it's now over 4 days. None one to contact and emails are answered by automated computer with same answer over and over. I QUIT Uber and will drive or many other companies who have 100% better service than Uber.

I've been driving for Uber since Jan. 1. I am mostly happy and greatful at the same time. Being able to work like this has been a huge help to my survival. Thank you.
On the not so happy side I have had some technical problems while driving in the field that have become an extremely aggrivating. My thoughts are that there should be an app. or button that will direct a driver to someone that can help him ASAP. For instance, presently I have an issue with NOT being able to call the rider. I work on South Beach in Miami a lot and it's very congested with people and few places to pull over. I try and call the rider when I am close to cooridnate the pick-up. BUT, I cannot. I could before. But not now suddenly. NO number appears, like it did before. I use to just touch the number and it would call them. NOW, no number appears. How do I fix this? I need to fix this NOW. A GOOD TIME TO TALK TO TECH SUPPORT. For now, that's my issue. But I'm not alone on the idea that being able to talk to someone should be easier. My account offers no options to speak to a LIVE person, nor does it offer a means for me to explain a problem and then have someone find me to fix the problem. When you're on your way to a rider and driving in a very busy area, it's dangerous and difficult to accommodate technical issues while in route. So between riders I pull over and waiste a great deal of time trying to troubleshoot my problem and figure out a way to TALK TO A HUMAN. First question,,,,is it my phone or the program? Next question......what do I do? See,,,that's it. That's all I needed.
Ok...overall,,,I'm happy and not anticipating any serious problems. I hope to drive for Uber for a long time. Thank you for the opportunity.
