Why is that everytime we give you money pay our invoice hook up another service your office is always giving the customer problems and too top it off your Agents are ARROGANT trying to Intimate the Customer are Very Very Rude and there Arrogance goes to the floor when we ask for a MANGER or SUPERVISOR to call back with an attitude that she or he will call me the customer back in 24/48 hours and I say fine and now her Arrogance has dropped to the floor okay like a little girl or boy?

Very bad Service from the Customer Service Agents by phone to the clients customer's also the, Other Departments Very Rude don't check there Sources make unwanted calls to the Customers for nothing without checking how much the customer really paid on their Account.Out of 10 I personally give you 3 on 10.

Absolutely horrid service. Agents ask the same questions over and over and over and have absolutely no interest in actually helping. Then I'm supposed to pay more... For a service I'm already not getting. Stay away from Videotron internet. You'll pay for a constant headache and customer service that is not service, it's a joke.

I am quickly connected with someone. They put me on hold very quickly. I wait. They get back to me after a few minutes only to put me on hold again. I wait. This time, the same agent never gets back to me. I look at my screen and see that I've been on the line for 40 minutes. I hang up. Total time with an agent was 2 minutes tops. I was told he was going to check my file which is normal and fine but then he never got back to me.

Vidéotron is the worst phone provider
Internet provider. I highly suggest you get out Vidéotron and find another provider . There are a bunch of scammers. Fix your garbage And get better.

They're terrible please do yourself a favor and go with another company. The customer service is so bad I feel like I'm on the verge of a mental breakfown. Dealing with them has been so stressful. All I wanted to do was to cancel my internet service because I moved with someone and they keep charging me on my credit card almost 3 months later even though my account is supposed to be closed. Took them 2 months to cancel the service because they kept making mistakes. I decided to ask them to just remove the pre-authorized payments just in case, which they said they would do, only to wake up this morning and realize that another payment passed on my credit card for the equipment. They're terrible. As soon as my cellphone contract is over I'm going back with Koodo. Videotron, never again!

On September 10 I called Videotron to extend my service for another year. They offered to upgrade my service to Helix, which they said is better service. They told me that its the same terms of service as my existing connection. My existing connection had terms of returning equipment when service is terminated, they never told me for this new service I have to buy the new equipment. When I disconnected the service today for poor service, they told me I have to pay 179$ for Equipment, because according to them I was buying the equipment as per contract. Thy refuse to give me my original contract or sent me email informing about it. Also they sent a technician to resolve a technical issue, which technician didn't resolve and said there is no problem on my side. Which according to videotron should be covered by them, But on my bill they charged me 99$ for the visit

I switched to videotron with my 2 mobile numbers and my home internet helix, i was really impreased with the service when it comes to switch you to them, then i noticed that my mobile number is not the same i have for more than 2 days, suddenly i knew and i contavted them, they said we are sorry its a temporary number while we are switching you to us, without any notice....
Here the customer service was really slow and not so helpfull. After that i am Noticing a really bad internet on my mobile.
For the bill, i was told i will be waived for the connection fee but they sent me a bill with connection fee.
As for Helix, the company sent the modem or router to my address and i was promised that the guy will pass by the same day to make the connection. As they sad he came twice that day and didnt found me home, also i have noted my mobile number to contact but nothing...
After many calls they told me that there is no availibility fot the technicien to come before 5 or 6 days....
And i was surprised with a bill sent to me by email ??
I didnt have internet yet and not even connected and the rputer is still wraped in the box waiting for the guy next week and i have to pay tge bill????!!!
Its hilarious, i contacted videotron and cancelled my helix subscription and i am getting back with my old mobile provider also.
Thx videotron, the worst experience!!!!

Videotron agrees on phone, then goes back on their word continuously. Internet service is a joke, connection is lost at least 5 times a day! Multiple technician visits checking household wiring as well as modem changed..... still losing connection and sometimes phone service ad well. Problem is apparently on exterior (house connection or service pole), but Videotron has do far refused to address. I assume due to expense. I guess they believe it's cheaper to lose a customer than fix the problem. This company used to be so reliable, now its just a scam.

Its a SCAM and FRAUD company. They will rip you off without you even knowing. DO NOT TAKE THEIR SERVICE. I am paying them 300 dollars for an equipment, I didn't even want.

Ive been on hold since 6pm and is currently 7pm. No awnsers, no help no nothing. Very annoyed.

The internet and mobile connections are great. Customer service is not. They're very good at passing you around from one person to another, which, technically, does not serve the customer at all, but only absolves Videotron from actually fixing a problem. It only serves to wear the paying customer down. Five mobile lines and home internet. After these contracts, I'm out.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with Videotron supervisor: Claudio. Employee number 364133 who does not believe me that I was told to throw a defective router, insist that that didn't happened and is charging me $100 for it.
Way to treat a 36 years of loyalty to Videotron:(((

I had the first bad experience with Videotron after being a customer for over 25 years. Over the last 4 months my bill kept changing. Each time I called I was quoted one price and then with the next bill it would go up again. Finally I was told that the bill would be $126.77 for a year. My new bill comes and it is $163.00. When speaking to customer service the representative kept repeating the same thing that there were modifications to my service ( even though nothing had changed). When I asked to be put through to Loyalty service she kept repeating what she had said before. I had to be forceful to get her to connect me. After waiting I finally got through to the Loyalty representative only to be told the same thing and that I had never spoken to him before and not to be upset. When I asked him to check the phone recording where I was told my bill was to be $126.77 for one year, he replied that recordings are only for training purposes and regardless of what I was told that the bill would be $163. After saying that I would then cancel he offered a price of $130. for six months. I guess I will have to call back again. I can not believe how they can tell you one price and then continually change it. I am so frustrated and tired of having to negotiate every month.

Videotron has stopped mailing out monthly statements to their clients. When I called to find out why they simply told me that they had chnaged their system to Helix and their system does not allow for a paper copy and they refused to mail me a copy. They also indicate dthat should I call or e-mail them again that they would simply ignore my calls and e-mails. What a way to deal with their customers. I am very disappointed with their resposne and would not recommend using videotron. I would urge everyone to consider other service provider.

I was called by a rep to upgrade my services to HELIX, and I was pretty happy since they assured me that for the 3 services I would be paying less, when my equipment are upgraded! I thought that was amazing, EXCEPT, that it was the same price for TWO services and that it did not comprise my home phone which I was paying 30$ (now cancelled have a 13$ phone instead), essentially making it more expensive, not only that, the bills are split, one by videotron and one by helix but it's the same company? and now if I cancel, I need to pay for the equipments because I am buying it? That's ridiculous, the rep told me multiple times it would be the same price for three services, now I'm stuck equipment I did not want or need, absolutely disastrous misinformation they just wanted to make the sale. When I called them, they told me they would rectify the situation and credit me this and that, ok, at least, but months later I come and check, nothing was credited, I follow up and they tell me they have no records of anything!!!!!! What the hell are they doing? Hours on the phone, no notes, of nothing? Wasted time, paying more, terrible service, doesn't do what they say they'll do. Absolutely ridiculous, avoid at all costs, can't believe this is how they treat clients that have been with them 5-6 years?? Is it because we have an asian name on file? I take care of all the bills for my elder parents, and they would have never bothered to call nevertheless follow up, cannot be trusted with anything they say, always get a written transcript or proof and ask for names, poor business model, poor work ethic, AVOID AT ALL COST

Never seen such incompetent customer service! They screwed up on my residential account, the agents ALL gave me totally different prices and stories when looking to upgrade my cell phones, they DON'T come on the line when u wait for what seems will be approximately 30min, more like 1hr and 30min later!!!!....unbelievable how awful they are and I thought they would be better than Bell! Now I'm considering changing EVERYTHING with Bell cause this company just really get their act together and TRAIN their staff, and employees to get the job done PROPERLY!!!

On June 25th, David, an amazing technician, came to my new home to install my services. He was not only pleasant but incredibly competent! The work order did not state that I had 5 illico outlets, 3 home phone Jack's but also a router too. He was the most polite professional I could ever imagine.
Truly, grace under fire. He did everything! Everything works perfectly. I have to say David should get employee of the month!
He made me happy I have all my services with Videotron. I hope David's manager compliments him for his incredible work ethic.

Excellent service! We have been with them for 16 years now and even if we do have some issues sometimes, we just call and everything is fixed. They do have a long wait time but it's worth it. The services are a little costlier but at least we have a constant good service. We were with Bell for part of our services and we will never regret switching everything to Videotron.
