Beware !!!!!! There prouduts are not as high quality as they perceive...Viking cooktop cracked right down the center after only 3 yrs.They are not willing to do anything about it.Had a KITCHEN AID for 28 yrs not a problem with it. Will never purchase a Viking product again i suggest you dont either!!!!!!! Do your research

Beyond the worst. You can't get ANYONE on the line. How Viking works is to not answer customer complaints long enough for you to go away or for their warranty to expire. GARBAGE PRODUCTS!!!!

I bought appliances for my kitchen four years ago. I have had nothing but problems with all of them today. My dishwasher does not work at all. The repairman told me it would cost $1300 to fix it. I said it's just turned four years old he said they only last for four years for something so expensive and American made I expected better quality I will never ever buy Viking products again

I have found that my Viking Refrigerator has a problem on which I have spent hundreds of dollars to repair. However, at this time it has been classified as a problem that cannot be repaired. Specifically, fruits and vegetables in the fruit and vegetable drawer freeze. The authorized Viking repair company has been unable to fix this problem and Viking has been unable to tell me or their authorized repair company how to fix this problem. Bottom line is that I am left with a multi-thousand dollar refrigerator that is not usable as it is and cannot be repaired. I, personally, would never purchase another Viking product, especially a refrigerator, because Viking does not stand behind its products. It is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that I was ripped off by this company. It is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that Viking is incompetent, dishonest, and/or unethical. Viking cruises (themselves) are great. Customer service and dispute resolution is the worst in the industry.

I ordered a pair of hard case bags for a brand new H.D FXLRS . I was promised they would be shipped out because they were sold out. When they came in they where shipped but they where but the wrong ones that were shipped! Then I called they said they where sold out again. they I went with a pair that where not really what I orig. wanted but took them anyway because I wanted my bike. the supervisor told me there was a plate relocation kit needed and they did not have. I ordered one from H.D. @ $165.00. then researched it more that day and found that the kit was included. H.D. charged me for the kit because it was a special order. and now my bike was delayed another week. Plus I was charged for the lift time. and my bike was put aside. all because they got it wrong completely ! I spoke to a supervisor and asked if they could at least throw a saddle bag discount hardware in for all the trouble and cost. A was rudely and abruptly told know !!! WORST SERVICE AND KNOWLEGLE !!!

Bought a built-in Ving Microwave oven four months ago. Microwave stopped working after 4 weeks. We have placed numerous warrantee calls into Viking but after no follow-ups a customer service representative said that no one bothered to put us into their system.
Since that time we have placed several more calls in to have the unit repaired and we have gotten the same response - basically that our issue is in the system and they are trying to find someone to service it. Really???? That's the best you've got? We had heard that Viking had good products but we would recommend that potential customers look at other manufacturers.

I am without a refrigerator door for over a month that fell because of broken hinges . It's a recall part!! No one is helping at all !! Terrible

I purchased a $10,000 double oven with cafe doors and the first time we used the upper oven the glass in the cafe doors exploded. Even though it's under warranty, getting the doors replaced have been a nightmare, ,ostly due to the lack of follow through by their customer service dept.DO NOT BUT VIKING APPLIANCES!

I had a river cruise scheduled in 2020. I was issued (4) vouchers for future use all with expiration dates in 2022. I was told the first (2) issued to me were no longer good but I was not notified of that. I was told the next (2) vouchers was for 125% but if not used by expiration date I cannot get my deposit back because all different kind of vouchers are issued and the ones issued to me have no cash value. They said they talked to me different times in 2020 but I do not remember all of this explained to me. Talked to supervisors. I think either all (4) vouchers should be honored or my deposit returned to me.

Customer service is the worst. I have a Viking Grill with a lifetime warranty on all the stainless parts. The heat shields on the grill rusted through. I talked to customer service, filled out forms, sent pictures, have a Warranty Request ID (WRID) and nothing. I have called at least 6 times with no results. I will never buy another Viking product. They could learn something from Weber. I have had no problems getting warranty parts on 20 year old grills from them.

Here's my story (short version). they sold me a Viking hood for my range. When I went to assemble it the holes would not line up to the motor. After being put on hold for two hours it was explained to me that they made the hood incorrectly during a three month period. They said they had a modification plate that would fix it for $145. Questions: why didn't they alert me of their mistake. Why must I PAY for their mistake? Why do I get put on hold for 2 hrs? Why didn't they at least give a small, tiny apology? So...they forced me to buy the part and when it arrived it was the wrong one. They next had the nerve to ask me to pay up again for their 2nd mistake. You can see for yourself. Just call their 888 number and you'll understand after you're on hold forever. It does no good to buy a good appliance if the service is horrible, because eventually it will break and you'll need to reach out them. They are the worst of the worst.

Worst service ever, i bought 10000 usd refrigrator and since the install the LED not working. Its been 4 months i have been chasing their service support, no resolution yet. They have out sourced service and repair to other agencies and they dont give damn when it gets repaired

We bought the house with all our kitchen appliances. It cost lot of money for the parts. Crepe products with the very expensive comparison to other companies. y advice to any person thinking to buy Viking appliance, please don't buy. You are inviting the problems and your money is wasted.

Viking service repair was sent to my home he said I needed a part for the refrigerator , we signed the contract , and agreed to the price and waiting on the part needed. the service man named Gary never called again to update us,when I called customer service they keep telling me they'll call me back which they don't - terrible Customer Service no help at all.

I have a Viking Refrigerator, Freezer, Range, Microwave and wine cooler. I had repairs on all within and after the warranty period. I would not purchase another refrigeration product as the evaporators failed on multiple units. The free standing refrigerator's evaporator has failed twice, both due to material and manufacturing defects. Viking would not cover labor on either failure and only cover the parts on the first failure. the second failure was just over 2 years after the first failure.

Oh yes, I wish I read these reviews before I handed thousands of dollars to this company. They are literally cheating their customers with omitting information from their advertising. Their dealers don't accept 1 star reviews. Well if I could leave a review thiis company makes and sells overpriced junk and has no follow up to correct the problems.

My Viking Stove....the Over Temp Knob...the Lettering Wore Off!!! A $4000 Stove....and I Called The Cagey Viking People...and They Wanted $39.00 For A New Knob...what!!!!!! They Shoulf Repalce The Defective Part Free.....they Build Overpriced Junk....please Do Not Bother To Buy Any Products From Thjem....poor Customer Service...and Poor Products!!!!

The lettering near the knobs on the front of oven have worn off so I do not know the functions they perform as I turn the dials. This is a real issue! I took photos so I could send them to you to view.

My expensive Viking range has no preheat function and takes forever to heat the oven. I bought an oven thermometer to check and it's taking longer and longer to 'preheat'--now it takes over an hour to heat to 350 degrees. That's not functional. I tried the customer service number to ask about the preheat/heating problem and although it's 11 am for their office, all I get is a recording that says I've reached them after hours. Unacceptable. Will never buy Viking again. Looks nice but not a good appliance.

Worst of the worst customer service I've ever encountered.
I can't believe how dificult it is to reach someone for help given that my Vicking stove is only 2months old and I paid a premium price for the Vicking name.
I'm on my 8th phone call today, each time waiting approximately 20 minutes or longer for someone to pick up before getting frustrated and hanging up.
The best was that While I was holding I was informed that there was no one in the queue, 8 minutes and no one picked up..
I'm going back to my selling dealer to complain. Ugh

We purchased a complete kitchen of Viking appliances a month ago. I went to dust off the vent at bottom of refrigerater and it nearly severed my finger tip off. I think for the price we paid it could have a better design, maybe a vent like the microwave, rounded. The handles on frig should be more like the ovens, solid, not hollow. I'm glad I sill have a finger tip!

I live in the Boston metropolitan area and for over a month now, I have been in contact with a Viking Customer Care Advocate. Now after on month and many requests,she can only provide me with a single service agent that is well over 100 miles away in Portsmouth, NH! This is my second Viking stove. The first stove was delivered in Dec 2020 and after 3 months of use, the surface covering on the bottom of the oven started to flake away. After 6 months of complaining to replace the defective surface, their solution was to replace the entire stove. The new stove as delivered has a very noisy fan and Viking cannot provide me with a more local service agent even though they have 30 dealerships within an hours drive of my residence. Incredulous!
