Terrible customer service. Bottom line, the company is in the wrong and doesn't have an interest in protecting the consumer. Very disappointed. Will shop else where.

I ordered a 7 speed tricycle bike. I paid $79.00 for assembly. It was not, not one screw or bolt. I am handicapped and it is difficult to do myself. No answer at Walmart. Thanks for nothing. William West.

My Walmart.com was hacked and an order placed. Within 8 hrs I caught it and called to cancel the order. It is now 4 days later, 9 phone calls and multiple on line chats and the order is still not cancelled. They told me to deal with the credit card company. They just dumped the problem back on me to resolve. Every cust serv person gave me a different story but ASSURED me it was being cancelled. What a joke they are, I will never deal with them again.

I went to Payson,AZ Walmart for a simple exchange of a $69.00 Air bed the receipt shows exchange for the amount more or less the woman at customer service made me go back 4 freaking times.
Other Walmart locations have allowed more or less no problem.
I told the girl I have a major shoulder pain I can't over stress my shoulder she never once asked if I might require help to pick up another item.
At the end she was very rude.
I have worked in customer service.
Staff should never be rude to those who pay their salary.

Employee at your Las Cruces, NM store on Valley Ave was very rude and would not check price on an item that we read on the display was 30 cents. She wanted to charge us 84 cents. She told me I was disrespectful when I went to the display took a picture and went to her to show her the price of 30 cents

I came here to Walmart to do some shopping and ask for a little help the lady acts like she didn't hear me but what I said never mind she heard that real good it went on about her business and did I get any customer service no that I stick around to shop cuz no cuz I'm not going to search for what I want I want some of the pointed out to me so I can get it and leave. I will not shop here again I will tell everybody I know that this place is no good plus I found out that you support communism socialism so therefore I cannot shop at a place that supports the Chinese bye

I was making a purchase online when I checked my information and my phone number was incorrect due to changing my phone last year. There was no where to make the change. I called customer service. I spoke to this guy. He took my info after I explained to him the issues. He took my new number after I verified the old number, placed me on hold and came back saying it will take 24=48 hours for it to update because of technical issues. I called back and Spoke to Kimberly who couldn't help me either . She told me that I was a guest not a login customer when She escalate the call because some else has the same number. The escalator hang up the phone after she placed me on hold for 12 minutes. There was no call resolution. I have 25 years customer service. Walmart needs to hire qualified customer service to assist customers. Address change and phone number change should not be so difficult for your customer service to do. This really poor service.

Walmart at 1450 Monterey hwy sanjose 95110 has really bad service at customer service everyday I go to get money order or check cash they rudely say is not open till 11 am till someone comes

There's just too many incidents to tell involving this Walmart to list them all. But, in a nutshell, they include losing half of my grocery order, firing my husband's aunt who had worked there for 20 years because she took a week off to go on vacation, not refunding my money when I exchanged a straight talk cell phone. I bought the wrong phone for my daughter and returned it and got the right one. Because I had bought it with my debit card they said the refund would be issued to my bank account. I checked my bank account numerous times in the weeks after that and I never received a refund. While I was checking out at the self checkout one night, it was being monitored by what I can only assume were college kids. Two young guys were monitoring the self checkout. Then a young woman employee, also probably a college student, walked into the self checkout area and approached the two young men and said loudly "What's up f*ckers?!" Yeah, very professional! And a loss prevention person following me around the store and accusing me of stealing a shirt when I was leaving the store. I even started pulling everything out of my bag to show him I didn't have a shirt in it! I'm done with Walmart!

I have communicated for approximatly 6.5 hours with Walmart "Customer service" (I use this term in jest, there is no service at walmart!) people about the same issue for days in a row. Chat, email, phone calls. I've tried every way imaginable except somke signals to get answers to my questions and the issues resolved. Nothing works! I have been told "do not worry, I will take care of it" by at least 8 people, after telling the long, drawn out story of my distsatisfaction and non-working Walmart+ over 20 times. Nothing has been resolved. I am no better off now than I was when this began. Not one promise has been kept!!! This company has the absolute worst service I have ever experinced in my 61 years of life.

I have had numerous problems with Walmart when online shopping. Once I ordered a package of 5 leggings and they sent 1 in a package, and it took me 3 weeks to resolve the issue. I had to call them several times! Once they sent me the wrong colour, and to resolve that, I had to take 2 buses to the closest Walmart store to fix that issue (I was trying to avoid shopping in person, and it was during the Pandemic as well). Today I received 4 dishcloths when I ordered and paid for 8. They told me that I have to wait for 3 business days to hear back about this; they better resolve this properly, or I will not be buying from them online ever again!

I like shopping at Walmart, but since Covid they never opened the garden doors again and lines are so long and your in line sometimes for thirty to forty minutes, so I've been telling customers to shop at Target, plus they have more checkers.

Rude unhelpful employees..act like it's not thier job to help. It's disappointing to be helpless as a senior to get treated rudely and with disregard to a situation.Try lifting something heavy with no help offered.
And place online order always substitutions or out of item & produce not checked brused or withered. I see now why Amazon is my best bet. I ordered a lap top for Christmas from walmart for my son And it came in a parcel box with only thin layer of small bubble wrap around it in a box bigger then item and no instructions no plug nothing rattling around in a parcel box like it was a return or something ? Who knows . I never heard of such a thing. It's sad we pay so much for everything now a days and get such bad service and quality let's not mention expiration dates on items. I'm so disappointed ?

I had 2 issues in the same night. There were 2 employees at Vero beach FL, Walmart super center who were extremely rude and hostile. . Im not a racist, but both employees were black. The first employee was a male who I asked where I could find pet supplies . He had earphones in and didn't answer me . Then I asked loudly "Mr earphones ". He became hostile and blurted our out angrily. I told him he had an attitude. The second empoyee was a female. I was accidentally charged $26 dollar cat litter twice ( my fault at the self check out) and she became angry and disrespectful and argued with me about customer service hours ( I was at the store after 8pm out of customer service hours) and could not reimburse the accidental error. I never had that or any issues like that before anywhere. It was like being on the streets of New York City. The employees at this Walmart are sometimes hostile , disrespectful and have no manners. I thought the female was as going To try to start a physical confrontation. She was out of line.

I went to store 5962 to get the even pay and the associate Kelly at the customer service refuse to enter my information manually. I explained to her she couldn't scan my Id because at wrk they don't have my maiden name since I am married and it wasn't going to wrk. She asked her team Lead Joanna if she was allowed to enter manually and she said she couldn't help me . I am very upset about this situation since I know she could absolutely enter it manually.

I was picking up my prescription yesterday and as usual picked up some other products. While there I looked into the garden department for some plants for my patio. I was so upset to see that many plants were either dead or during. It was heartbreaking !
I found one still alive that I wanted. I would have bought more. Very upset.

Gonna make a complaint about Walmart. No one was at the dressing room and no one had a key. Couldn't buy lashes cause no one worked in that area. What the heck
