WM has the WORST customer no service in the universe. 45 minutes on the phone, 4 times. website is worse, it will not let me order a dumpster or additional cans, says I have to call. WM, your trash website and customer service is gaabage, how appropriate

Very rude, costumer service told me something different. I pay for 2 cans, but WM said only 1 can per household. So 3 weeks now only 1 can been dumped. I hope WM eventually fails. There the worst company I ever dealt with. Quick to take my money, there service sucks. Not to mention all the lose trash that comes out the can when dumping. Who cleans it up? I do.

Waste Management are elder abusers for the last 2 years or year and a half that they have owned rays trash they have flawlessly picked up my grandmother's trash from her garage door being almost 94 she cannot take it to the road without warning or thought they quit picking up her trash 3 weeks ago my mother who has to handle her finances called waste Management to find out that they need a handicapped form from the doctor in order to continue service that's a little annoying but okay we can do that which we did the same day after doing so we received information from waste Management saying that they still are not going to do it because they have changed their policy evidently they changed their policy to abuse elder and handicapped people from getting trash service and if you're going to change your policy waste Management you should do that on future customers not on existing customers that have already been getting and receiving the services you are true elder and handicap abusers you do not care about our citizens of higher age and it is not okay you should have grandfathered her in she has been a customer of Ray's trash for decades just because you bought them out 2 years ago and did the service the whole time until 3 weeks ago doesn't give you the right to just revoke service out of nowhere without even contacting the customer furthermore she should be grandfathered in and that should be a new policy for new customers what you've done is not right and this will not end I will fight you

I am disappointed with the lack of customer service.

I have been trying to get a valid holiday schedule for my service area, not Canada and the US, which is what I get on your website. I tried calling my local Tucson, AZ office, but nobody answered, so I tried the 800 number. After being on hold for 45 minutes there, I tried a chat.

During the chat, a Customer Service agent assured me there was no delay in my recycling pick up because of the MLK Day holiday, and that my recycling would be picked up today as regularly scheduled. They also told me last Tuesday's delay was for "operational" reasons. Today they tell me my service is delayed because of the MLK Day holiday, which I already figured out for myself. Based on their assurance that my service was not delayed, I put my bin out last night, only to find it had not been collected this morning.

It's impossible to talk to a real live person at WM, and I am giving up on ever getting a straight answer from you, so I guess you've accomplished your goal.

My pickup was missed Friday. Got an email saying it would be picked up on Saturday. Logged into account and now WM is saying my pickup will be the 19th so apparently aren't picking up today as previously told.

These people are beyond horrible! I called this morning. On hold for 44 minutes. Called back and was giving option for them to call back. They called 2 hours later, I just hung up after being on hold 1 hour and 17 minutes. Called another number I was given. BACK ON HOLD. My bill is $69.89 every 3 months. They are taking this payment from my bank account EVERY MONTH. I can see it on my account but can't get it fixed. I emailed them yesterday. She got back to me today. Said she doesn't see that! I emailed her with attached screenshots from the last 3 months to show her. NO response at all! The 3 months is as far back as I went at this time, but I may find more when I really get into it! I think the Attorney General will be my next move!

I think WM is purposefully messing with its customers. We have no choice but to use them and they know it. When you call, it's almost impossible to get a person. The computer just bounces you around. If you finally get a human, they transfer you to another department. Rince and repeat. I've spent about 45 minutes this morning trying to rent a dumpster, but it is proving to be impossible. Now I'm on hold having been transferred again without warning and am typing this. Seemingly nobody at this company is in charge of setting up dumpster rentals.

Please empty the trash at Sherwood 2460 Dixie Highway Waterford, MI 48328. We paid for service and the driver never emptied the trash.? The dumpster is packed.

Yes, Waste Management protocol of securing the debris they are hauling is not sufficient. I have over $2,500 of damage to my car and have not heard from WM's or their insurance carrier to follow up on our case. Terrible way to do business.

Several times in the last few months, the WM driver slows down near my residence, but does not stop or pick up my can. The can is by the road the night before pick up and the lid is completely closed and yet the driver skips me.

Last week the driver slowed down, but did not pick up my trash. I called this past Monday to schedule a pick up and lodge a complaint against the driver because the issue was continuing. I had to wait until the next day for pick up.

THIS week, the driver AGAIN slowed down at my can, but did not attempt to stop and drove right by. Again, I had to call WM and ask for pick up. I should not have to remind WM to do their job weekly. When a customer pays for pick up it should not be my responsibility nor should I feel like I have to watch the driver and then call every week to beg for a service I'm paying for. I have videos of each time the driver skips my residence and all WM will tell me is, "Gee we sure are sorry; we'll send somebody tomorrow". They fail to recognize that I'm having to monitor their work (or lack thereof), take the time to call WM and then wait another day for pick up. This company should be reliable, responsible and pick up the trash of all customers who pay, have their can in place and follow the rules.

Your customer service is HORRENDOUS!!! I have personally had trouble with your service in the past. Now my mother is having trouble with her service. You do not notify her that you will not be picking up on the scheduled day until after close of business on that day. This means garbage is left out overnight for the animals to raid. Now I'm trying to get pricing for a dumpster rental and was willing to give you a shot but, after your automated system hung up on me for the 4th time, you lose out on that opportunity. I know many people who have elected to discontinue your service and I may be the next. I would CERTAINLY never recommend you.

I hate having to call Waste Management and sit through their automated messaging system (Lisa) which takes forever and asks so many questions, regardless of the reason of your call. When I reach a representative, I am always reaching the corporate headquarter rather than the local facility who is more suited to answer local questions. And the representative changes every time, there is no consistency in who is helping you.

The customer service needs improvement and if you call their company to address an issue with their trash pick up you might not get service after that.

Customer service? What Customer service? You can't get around an annoying robot and after it refuses several times to give you a human being, it hangs up on you. I give it a zero.

I've had WM since 2/4/23 and my weekly trash service has been picked up TWICE !!!
They reimbursed me $12.36 - instead of the 5 1/2 months worth of missed pickups.
Can't get any customer support at all.

The drivers are not concerned where they drop your cans? They could be a lot more considerate after all we are asked to put our cans in the proper place, why can't they be returned to that spot instead they are turned over in the street? can't we be a little more considerate to the residents ?

A driver came to pick up garbage today 7/31 at 8323 Iris St and he knocked down a couple power lines. He called for a manager and she said they can't do nothing about that her name is Rochelle Czajka and she can't give his name. Plate of the truck is 89696U1. Waste management needs to fix this. Manager said ATT will fix, I told her THEY WILL NOT. I AM EXTREMELY UPSET

Zero starts, the worst company you can get residential trash service with. If you actually expect your trash to be picked up then go with another company. Is is also impossible

Today, July 3rd, at approximately 10:30 AM a man in a Waste Management truck on E470 threw out the driver's side window his drink, that was not empty, into our lane causing us to have to swerve into another lane. That is quite the definition of ironic, not to mention dangerous.

I had to cancel my WM service and because it was cancelled within the ¼ payments they do not refund the other months I will not be using them. So..... they get payment for service I'm not getting. Doesn't seem right. I should get a refund for the months I will not have service!!

We've been a WM customer for 15 years and have been VERY satisfied with their Service. We have children on our street and our driver is extra cautious...always checking!! They will make sure the lids are closed or the cans are upside down when its raining. It's just the few "extras" our guys do which, doesn't go unnoticed and we TRULY appreciate their efforts! Thank you WM and Kenny (our driver)!!

Our driver is excellent. He is caring, attention to detail is top notch (picks up all trash that may have been blown around) and always always talks to the grandsonds. He should be recognized for his exceptional service.

Truck number 2208 blue waste management truck, the guy driving it motivated and damn moving fast my three year old son said to me this morning he a hard worker daddy I said yes he is and he moving fast and earning his pay just wanted too share my thoughts great service awsome driver........I seen guys move but not like this guy he needs a raise or he moving like he just got one.

a waste management driver named anthony chamberlain saved my grandfather when early one morning his car and him were trapped by garage door. He saw my grandfather was in distress and acted swiftly which our family is forever grateful to this young man in tampa fl

I have been an employee with WM for 10yrs, working in customer service and sales, I have been a lead agent in the commercial customer service department for the last 2yrs. I can say that these comments are common ones that we hear every day. While I cannot speak for anyone not in my call center, I can assure everyone that we DO care and wet do everything in our ability to resolve complaints and explain our missteps. My suggestion is that you should always contact your area customer service center if you have a complaint or need help understanding something. If you are dissatisfied with an agent, please ask for a lead or supervisor. We really are there to help you.
