called on hold no one picks up....i bought a system with all kinds of missing equiptment totally disappointed..

Weirder xrs 50 is a piece of junk bought mine and the structure cracked for the bench press after a year and they told me I'm stuck with it don't waste your money I'm gonna wait till it snaps cracks my head open and sew them for it

I bought the Weider 200# dumbbells and rack set from Walmart. The weights are great but the rack is impossible to get together. The box it comes in shows 3 bolts on the bottom through the plate to connect the top bars and the top bar and bottom bar flush against each other. Not one piece that I have has 3 holes to match the 3 bolt plate and the pix on the box. The angle makes them not match flush like the photo. The instructions are awful and again do not match what I received. I reached out to Weider who then sends you to Icon Health and Fitness who is NO help whatsoever. I asked for instructions and sent photos showing how the instructions and box photo don't match the parts I got and the only reply I received was, "Did you register it?? I can't as I have no idea what the serial number and model number are. I didn't keep the box as I didn't think I would need to register it. I also don't see what a registration has to do with giving me instructions for a product you sell to match the product itself. I would not recommend purchasing this unless you are OK buying a new rack or leaving your weights on the floor.

I need some serious help with the assembly of this Weider Pro 4250 Home Gym. I have taken it down and put it back together twice now because the cable running through the pulleys kept coming up about a foot short and pulling the top weight off of the weight stack.

I purchased a bottle of Weider Prime, supposedly to help maintain my testosterone level. I had my testosterone level checked in February and again in August. I had started taking the Weider product in February even though my testosterone level was considered fine. At this latest screening, my testosterone level had dropped to point where the Dr. is recommending a testosterone cream. In other words, this product was a major fail. It did not work and did not do anything to improve my testosterone levels. Fraud.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I called because I had a question about one of their products I wished to purchase that I couldn't find online, and I had other questions about it as well. After getting their automated system I found out that they won't even SPEAK to you unless you've registered your product and already have an account. A lot of good that does anyone who wants to buy your freaking products!! I tried two different numbers - both Weider and one that rang to Icon, and both said the exact same thing. My solution? TO NEVER BUY ANOTHER WEIDER PRODUCT AGAIN. EVER. I'll give my business to a company who actually cares to sell their products, not one who, based upon all the other comments below, couldn't care less about the people who keep them in business.

I trusted Weider equipment and bought the C650. Now I need parts, like the cable for the C650, can't find it. Is this your sale quality and trust.

My weider bench fell apart tried calling customer service but no answer

I purchased a Weider Power Tower and it was missing two parts. I tried calling their Customer Service and waited for 40 minutes before giving up. Then I tried to email them via their Customer Support email site, and it told me the Model number I entered was invalid, even though it was the exact number on the Tower label. So much for their reputation.

I haven spoken to any one as of yet. I am hoping you will call me as a result of this email.

I purchased the Weider Balance Stepper and the pump will not inflate the stepper and there are no instructions included with the equipment,.

I have never had to wait 15 minutes to talk to a Customer Service Person in my life until I called your company and since you don't want to answer my call, I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a bad report on your Business. Happy Holidays Bungholes!
