I bought a 6 pack of replacement lamp globes. I got one. When I complained Westinghouse customer service said someone else added the pack of six, that what I paid was for one. Basically told me they didn't care. It is still on Amazon as a pack of six weeks later. Avoid Westinghouse, they are not ethical or nice people, they used to be, but not anymore.

Westinghouse support is non- existent. I have left my number at least 4 times with no call back. I will never purchase a Westinghouse product again. No wonder people buy other generators

CS is Hiding & non-existent. won't communicate between answering service & technical support. when connected, no one answers & you are cut-off. If you choose a 'call-back' it NEVER comes. calling today, i was hung-up on after giving my case number. finally connecting with someone & they have no clue about my claim, except that it's there.

I paid $3000.00 for a westinghouse french door refrigerator. 5 years of part replacements; over 19 led light modules and 3 led module light control boards. My 5 year extend waranty ended 4 months ago. Now have another light control board is failing. I priced the control board OEM part $274.00 plus service call $100.00. Base the poor engineering using a seriescircuit which causes all inside fridge lighs go out when 1 goes out, poor electronics parts burn out prematurely. I rate Westinghouse appliances on a scale 1 to 5 a 0.

Customer service is by far the worst I have ever seen and they don't care! Trying to get a replacement recoil starter for a brand new generator for over 6 weeks and still not resolved. I would not get a Westinghouse product even if it was given to me.

Completely useless customer service/tech support.
I purchased a gas generator and first time use during a power outage,it leaked/poured gas out the bottom of the generator. I attempted multiple times to call customer service and was only able to speak with an answering service. I attempted email contact and haven't gotten any callback. I was told they'd reach out between 24-48 hours but a week later , no one has called or emailed.
So I was without power for 24 hrs with a brand new generator that is defective sitting on my driveway.

I have a WPX2700 White Westinghouse pressure washer that is just over a year old and been used around about 8 to 10 hours max. When stored, the gas tank is drained and the pump has a can of pump protection applied. Pulled the pressure washer out a couple months back and couldn't get it to start. After following directions provided by White Westinghouse site and speaking with agent we determined it was the carburetor. Since the pressure washer has two years left on manufactor warranty and three years extended warranty through Home Depot, White Westinghouse said they would send me a new carburetor out right away. Nine days later I received the carburetor however, it had no gaskets. I contacted White Westinghouse regarding the issue and was told the gaskets should has been in included. The agent said she placed and order for a whole new assembly and I would receive notice upon shipment. Four weeks later I have not heard a peep. This company does not stand behind there products, and the employees do the very minimum they can to get through the day. I believe they refer to it as quiet quiting. Service sure isn't what it use to be! I will NEVER BUY WHITE WESTINGHOUSE AGAIN!!

Bought a power washed in November 2022. Only unboxed it in July 2023 and it would not start at all. I contacted Westinghouse on their complaint portal on the website 5 times and got no response. I cantot find an actual telephone number to follow up with. I have never encountered anything like this before, this seems like a highly illegal practice.

I've been waiting for a company director to call me back with no response. I've had an ongoing issue with a generator I purchased back in November 2022. It is very frustrating at the level of customer service received.

Westinghouse generator, broken twice in five months. They won't call me back when approached on chat, phone call, or email. about to take them to court. Garbage generator, crap support.

Would not come out to get 1 cockroach out of the clock. They said we had to get it all fumigated first for 1 bug!! It's a complete new kitchen with a new Westinghouse oven so was the roach already in the oven??

I have been waiting since mid February to hear back from this company regarding a refund. I bought the tv end of November 2022 and by February 2023 the circuitry in the television had malfunctioned and the tvs screen frozen. I contacted Westinghouse and they ran me in circles back and forth with emails for over a month. When they finally asked me to recycle the tv and provide proof to them, I did. Sent on the proof and was told I would get an answer within 30 business days, that was on April 10th 2023 and it is currently June 4th 2023 and I still have not received an email, a refund check, a notice in the mail nor a phone call to update me on the status of my refund...I'm very disappointed in this company, as they should have been able to issue a refund quickly and efficiently just like when I purchased and paid them for the television. I do mot recommend this brand as they are proving to be very sketchy behind the scenes, purchase at your own risk

I recently purchased a Westinghouse I gen200s portable power station I've only had 2 weeks I used for the first time this past Saturday at camp it power rating is 150 continuous watt I only using 30 watt and worked good but then showed an error code so I checked the manual it try a few things which I did and it still didn't work so I called customer service they told me to send them proof of purchase which I did then a very rude woman from customer service telling me I sent the wrong thing so I sent a different one and they refused to get back to me and help me so I will never deal with this company a again and I will tell everyone to stay away Westinghouse products!!!

I am astounded that after 1 use that a wheel fell off. Wife can't lift it and your fastener choice is difficult.

I purchased a generator and should have read the reviews. It ran horribly, I let it go, bcos I needed it. After only using it 6 months, I would started and no power. I phoned and someone recognized the part I needed and received it, had to look up on YT how to install after being told instructions would come with the part. When I was changing part, I notice a tiny spring just dangling. I looked it up on the Exploded View, Went right to it, called, and told the person answering the phone what I needed, Received the wrong part. Called again, The young girl said, "oh we don't sell that part separate, you have to buy a new carburator"..
oh, okay, so following day, I called and explained that to the next young girl. SHE told me, oh, we don't sell that part anymore, it's obsolete. I said it's the "Throttle Return Spring" and doesn't go on the carburator. So I did not have to purchase the carburetor. I asked her, "well it's your product, what am I supposed to do now? She said, "well, I guess if you can find something to use...?" I was like, are you serious right now? Are you telling me, I'm the one that has to fund the solution to a problem with the product YOU ARE responsible for? Then she told me she sent me links to my email...
I didn't receive one single email.
No one at headquarters answers to complain. I had to leave message...to the BBB it is!

My Westinghouse generator failed on the 1st use. They refuse to return a call or provide contact info for a service center. Don't buy there products they couldn't care less about you

I had an issue with my tv back in October 2022It wasnt showing the picture it came out defective. When i reached out to the company to see if i can get it replaced or refunded. They asked me to dispose of it at an electronics dump. Gave them pictures and everything they requested. They told me 20 days to get it replaced back in November. After countless attempts to get it resolved and call after call they kept saying 20 days or it get pushed up just to never hear back. Its is now Feb 2023 and still nothing. Avoid this company at all cost!! Scammers and terrible products!

i have been waiting since august for a refund for my crap roku westinghouse tv. it lasted only 3 months before developing a bright horizontal line across the center of the screen. i had to go through several steps (jump through hoops)to submit my warranty info. i complied with all demands and i keep getting the "it will take 20 business days to get my check. part of the process was that i had to discard my tv. so now i can't even see if it can be fixed. i will NEVER buy another westinghouse product. and i am starting a campaign to advise others likewise

I bought a 50 in smart tv March 26th 2022 so I have had the tv for 9 months. The tv started flickering from the middle of the tv to the bottom. I reached out regarding warranty and was told I need to mail the tv back to Westinghouse in California, purchase a box to put it in( who keeps a box for a tv for than a week or two) and pay for shipping plus insurance as it can't be damaged in nailing process. I sent videos, pictures copies of my receipts. Why should somone have to pay all of this for a tv that should be covered when I have not even had it for a year?? I will never purchase another Westinghouse product as this is ridiculous.

Service is very poor. Product quality is very bad. When I call to service center no. Mentioned on box. They denied to provide service. I recomment to everyone. Not purchase any product of westinghouse.

Called out Electrician from Electrolux for a faulty Westinghouse Oven. He arrived not very happy with Saturday call out. He tried to take the back of the oven off with a screw driver and told me it could not be taken off as the screws had rusted, therefore the element could not be changed. Drank the coffee I had made him, he hit me with a $250 bill for him turning up and left. A friend called around and looked at the oven, he had the back off in five minutes without really trying, went and found a new element fixed it on and low and behold I now have a working oven. I wrote to Electrolux asking for my money back, they didnt even reply to my complaint.

They really know how to blow you off if you have a problem with a Westinghouse product... brand new for that matter. I will avoid Westinghouse products in the future based on this substandard service.

Had a problem with my pressure washer, had the recoil self destruct. Made one call to customer service and just like that received the replacement part in the mail. They seemed to know the part I needed from my description. Well done.

Model number: too small for old eyes
12" high velocity fan
... is sure not made for cleaning
I've only cleaned it twice, yet most of the screws and screw holes are stripped. I also bent one of the fan blades, while attempting to clean it. So far there's no vibrations from a bent blade, but I barely got the fan apart and back together. I couldn't find the cleaning instructions in the manual. Perhaps fans don't require cleaning where you are? Oraybe this is a disposable fan. You just throw it away when it gets dirty?
