After years of non use, I cancelled my subscription today and received excellent service and corteous treatment from a rep named Daniel! I was given options to renew and was treated nicely when I declined. It was an excellent experience that took a total of 10 minutes.

I just had my new XMp31 activated. I talked with a lovely young lady who was in Cairo Egypt. She was a huge help. In talking with her, I think she said her name was Amy-but I am unsure of the name.
The time was 10:00 A.M. CST August 18,2011
She had a nice beautiful voice and was a big help.
A wonderful rep for XM radio! Please let her know what a super job she did.

I actually had a very pleasant experience with cancelling my service. I called 877-967-4672 and waited only about one minute for a represenative. Not only did they not give me any problems about cancelling they reimbursed my credit card within five days for the monthly fee. I was very happy. I will miss my XM radio!

I am extremely happy about the programming to keep Enlighten on the xm channel. I eagerly complanied when I heard it was not going to be available so I wish to thank you that it is going to remain. I listen every day and am happy to tell other people about xm siruis. Once again thank you.

Service not as bad as expected after reading other comments. Foreign speaking representative, but courteous nonetheless. Assisted with my issue and brought to resolution. We are in a global economy now and must accomodate. Remember, we're foreign speakers to them as well!

I love my XM radio. I have 3 and have had them for many years. In the beginning, I did have issues with billing with Sirius, but have had none now with XM?? (Since they are both the same)
The important thing to remember is once you have XM and are forced to listen to FM, its almost unbearable...
Coast to Coast the same great channels..My moto is "XM rocks, FM sucks...!"

So, I ordered a new car, which was delivered to me on 24 NOV 2010. I called XM to see how long I had service and to find out how service would extend beyond the trial period. I was told by the first rep that I had free service for one year. The second rep told me I had free service for two years. OK, I have an accounting degree, but you don't need one to figure out that when I received a bill today (11 APR 2011), that this doesn't calculate out to be 12 months, let alone 24! I called XM Listener Care and talked to "Morgan" for 45 minutes. He couldn't figure things out and had me on hold most of the time. He finally transferred me to Account Cancellations because he found I should be in a free period, but "somehow" I was signed up for a subscription starting 01 APR, and he wanted me to cancel my monthly subscription, although we couldn't figure out who signed me up for it in the first place. I ended up talking to Austin (yes, he was American) and he apologized for all the times I had called in (they had record of all my numerous calls regarding other things) and he offered me FREE one year of service. I will say that the user comments I read were right that you tend to be put on hold and don't get to talk to an American unless you talk to the Cancellation department, but it worked out for me in the end. Also, I was told that one year of service for just music is around $136.00. Does that sound right to everyone out there? I'd hate to sign up for something that's given to others at a cheaper rate.

i had a great experience. call lasted less than 5 minutes. i called at 4:30 pm my time zone. no problems.

I am having trouble with my XM tonight,,,,,, but when I called customer service, that told me that they were having problems. I have had xm since it started,,,,,,,, no problems one with reception, except today, but that can be blamed on the winter storm that is striking the northeast,,,,, most of their channels are based out of the NE

Contrary to popular opinion, my experience with XM Customer Service was quite good. The individual listened to me, didn't try to hype up a big promo,and gave me credit for past payment. Holding time? 10 seconds, maybe...

i love the service all it is so you dont go thru all the toubles it to READ THE TERMS AND CONNDITIONS!! I FIND IT VERY PLESANT TO TALK TO THE REPS. its understandable that when we as cusotmers call in scream and insulting the reps. they would return with the same additude we should think about what we say to these ppl sometimes they are just tring to help and by scream and insulting it is difficult to full fill our needs and satifaction... thank you xmradio reps and keep up the good work!!

Well I was having issues with my service and called the regular Customer Care (they could care less actually) and when i could get no assistance i found a number for the Customer Relations Department and spoke to a deliteful lady by the mane of Geraldine from Canada. Within minutes she had my issue resolved and I am now a happy customer again. Not only was she helpful but she was so understanding and pleasent to speak with.

I called today to cancel my service that was about to auto-renew at a ridiculous rate. I did have to wait about 15 minutes on hold. I finally got to a customer service rep who offered me a year at 'half off' which I accepted. I have verified on the web site that the transaction was completed.

She was a bit difficult to understand, but we got through OK. Obviously other people have had much worse experiences than I so I guess I was very lucky.

A quick 5 minute call to customer care and a reset of the signal and this 9 year old Skyfi II radio is working again just like new.

phone number I called was 800-967-2346 and talked to Jasmine who was wonderful. Spoke English and was very nice. Due to economics I can't afford this year and was charged the renewal with no notice. Jasmine canceled the account and issued a refund. Will watch my bank to make sure it goes thru, but right now very happy with service.

I actually like XM's customer service. They put through an auto renewal. I didn't have the money for it. I called, got it reversed and received 1 month of free service and a change to paper billing to prevent automatic charges. Yes, it was a hassle to have to call and wait for the fee reversal. However, they handled it appropriately. It was, after all, my fault for forgetting about the auto renewal. Their service is not in America, which does make it a little harder to communicate. However, if you talk to them and explain things, they are more than willing to help you.

I just called 800 998-7900 to order the 3 months free trial and was offered the 77.00 year deal after the free trial ends... within 12 minutes my account was setup and the radio activated.

When you call 800 998-7900 you are calling the call center in the USA.
