Can finally see why people are leaving xbox. I used to stand by them 100% but now I am absolutely disgusted by them. Extrememly rude to their customers, Very money grubbing and will even sell products that don't even work at all and tell you well sorry no refunds it's like they've turned into a 3rd world scam company.

If anyone buys any xbox games don't buy digital make sure you get a hard copy because you will not get a refund for any digital games even if they do not work.

I'm very upset. I haven't been able to resolve the issues at hand with this company and now I can't get ahold of anyone to help because of lack of understanding of employees and "dropped" calls. I've apparently reached the call back limit for a 24 hour period. I purchased an Xbox series X bundle and never received the month gamepass included with the bundle. After about 2 hours of transfers and dropped calls, etc I was eventually told I would need to purchase another 3 month subscription for something I already have a monthly subscription for and then I could be refunded my money for the gamepads included in the bundle that I never received. Note that this was all the previous business day. Today, I look at my account, see that I've been charged but not refunded, I check my email to find RETURN INSTRUCTIONS for a product I NEVER RECEIVED. So I requested another call back today, got on the phone with someone who finally seemed like we were going to get the issue resolved. They put me on hold for about 7 minutes and the call dropped. I never received a call back so I tried to requested another call but apparently I've reached my limit for call backs and now I need to wait another business day? Is this really how a mulitbillion dollar company handles their day to day business? This is absurd and frustrating. Instead of sending physical copies of something that you force people to buy why not automatically apply it to the account in the future? I just don't freaking get it and I'm absolutely frustrated!

Xbox support is absolutely ridiculous, trash! 8 days, 10 "agents" later and i have the exact same issue that i started with, is there a way to log am formal complaint against the support division?

the support is terrible. when asked for a supervisor they put you on hold and then check to see if you hung up before they hang up on you. then you can only have them call you a total of 3 times a day no matter if they hangup on you when u requested a call since you can't call them.

Literally a paperweight without wifi. Intrusive update prompts for everything. I finally managed to get enough hotspot for an upate and it gave me the black screen of death and the only way to fix it was to factory reset and lose all of my game progress fro pretty much everything. Then come to find out you cant set it up at all without wifi. Customer support is also a joke. They literally do not care what so ever, and i hope it comes back to them

I called the xbox customer service number, only for the automotive service to tell me to go to the website or they will send me a link... I receive the link i answer ALL questions to request a callback. Which it says takes approx. 3 minutes. Well it took 30 seconds and only for them to call me back and place me on hold for 2 minutes. What was the point of all the extra steps?? What a waist of time and my problem sill wasnt resolved after all that. Xbox needs to do better.

I bought black ops 2 to have a little fun on an old game I used to play. If I'd have known there were the amount of modders, I would not have purchased the game. I really want a refund due to the game being completely ruined by people that require the use of mods to be any good.

Absolutely appalling customer support. No direct number to call Xbox Support from the UK so you have to go through the Microsoft Store number and every time you do that the call disconnects.

Xbox is the biggest load of garbage fraud I've ever seen. Turned off reoccurring charges, MONTHS ago. Qoke up this morning to a 3mon live subscription charge, we were charged, THIS MORNING. I can't get a refund, only turn off reoccurring charges AGAIN! Support system is stupid, apparently only certain people are eligible for a refund on subscriptions? This is why I've always hated Xbox, only have one because my daughter wanted one.

This last weekend, my XBOX account was blocked so that I could not join groups or make comments for three days. I asked WHAT comment I made that would cause such a thing, so that I would not repeat it. It took awhile (two of the three days) to get an answer. The answer was that it was deleted. So, I was blocked, but they could not tell me WHY! I have an idea which comment they probably had a problem with, but it was not vulgar, et al. Someone else brought up a group, and I stated that IMHO I thought they were a terrorist organization. Any group that promotes violence against another group is a terrorist organization as far as I'm concerned. Clearly someone at Microsoft did not like my statement, even if it WAS TRUE. So, Microsoft are thought Nazi's just like Facebook and Twitter, et al. I cancelled my Facebook account, and am now seriously considering cancelling my Gold membership due to their actions.

X-box Customer Service is Piss Poor, you can no longer talk to a LIVE Person anymore and the so called Canned Messeges for the problem you might be having is Dumb as F@#k especially when your problem is not one of the stored selections.

Received an expired $5 off code only for Covid customer service to have me upload the photo of the message abs date of the message over and over and over telling me they can't see the date but I can clearly see it on the photos I sent them so I take photo after photo abs even some screenshots trying to show them the date of their message and they tell me that they can't send me a new code. Was $5 off really so important for them to lie over and over about not being able to see the date of the message. I mean it's in my Xbox I used two phones to take photos making sure to show the dates. So anyways I'm told sorry they can't help me have a good day and they hang up.

Unfortunately my experience with xbox support has been terrible. I was told multiple times four to be exact a manager would call me back and never did. This is completely unacceptable.

Such a piece of trash company now. Used to be great but now you are literally the WORST. Customer service you provide is absolutely garbage. Can't even get ahold of an actual person to help me with my problem about YOUR Xbox website not WORKING AND CANT REDEEM A CODE I BOUGHT. SONY is better and you should be ashamed of yourselves. I expect someone to reach out to me about this!

Disgusting. Took all my money (almost 750 dollars) and banned my account because I cancelled my card and my account was reported as "fraud" somehow. I know they'll do it to you to.

Absolutely useless support, good luck contacting them on the phone and speaking to a real person. They just direct you to their wrbsite with useless tips.I spent hours trying to cancel my subscription through them that should have taken minutes on the phone. I don't know why you can't cancel it through their app. Seems predatory to me.

Xbox are crooks. I tried to order 2000+400 bonus atoms for the game "Fallout 76". I went to the Xbox store and there was a sale. 2000+400 bonus atoms for $17.49. I clicked on the order button, and got "Oops, something went wrong. We cannot process your order at this time. Please try again later. Error: udtwmiccyjbuh+v/kvjhkn". Tried again later and got the same error. Tried a few more times then gave up. Checked my bank account, and I was charged $125!!! Microsoft refuses to refund the money, even though I provided them with the error code. Called my bank immediately, but Microcrook had already taken my money. I'm almost 60 and in a wheelchair and I mainly play video games to make my day happy. I have $30 each month from my disability to spend on entertainment. Microsoft refuses to refund the money they said could not be taken due to error udtwmiccyjbuh+v/kvjhkn. So, there goes a bunch of my rent for my room and wheelchair. If I can't come up with the stolen money by rent day, I'm homeless. Thanks, MICROCROOK!

A little kids account was hacked and Xbox support will not refund all the money bc the person who hacked the child got a digital game! This is ridiculous when they could easily investigate and see the stuff that was purchased was not purchased from the child's game system nor in the child's house!!!! If a criminal can hack your customers accounts and steal from your customers and you won't refund them the money it shows you care nothing about your customers especially your hung ones!!!! This is bs and Xbox support needs to change this and fix it!!!!

When your account is hacked they will not refund your money on digital games even though they can look up and see it wasn't purchased from your system or location!!! This is beyond ridiculous!!! When a criminal hacks one of your customers accounts you should be refunding EVERYTHING!!! You've lost my business!!!

I tried to sign into my Xbox profile and it said I needed to verify my account with my phone number. My phone number was my old one and I didn't have access to it anymore. So I went to chat support to try to see if I could get it changed. They wanted me to sign in so they could look up my profile which I can not do because it wants to verify my phone number which is old. So I can't sign into my Xbox or go to Microsoft and login. The Xbox support number tells me to use chat support and hangs up. I had to use my boyfriends Microsoft account just to call a support person. Microsoft support tells me I need to recover my account on the website which I tried before I called and it said my info wasn't sufficient enough and it blocked my whole account. I talked to five different support people and all they tell me to do is try to recover my account which does not work. Then one guy hung up on me and the last guy said I'm just going to have to start over. I just need MY PHONE NUMBER CHANGED. Why can't they just simply change my number. I give them my name, gamer tag, Xbox Id number and debit info and it's still not enough apparently. I make purchases on this account and it's my main one and now I don't have access to it anymore because they won't change my number. Worst customer service ever

I bought an xbox for an ex 7 yrs ago. Started his account using my bank card. We broke up, I canceled the charges through my bank. Microsoft is super sneaky and has changed their billing name 3+ times! I canceled my bank card, somehow they are still charging me?!?! I called Microsoft, they told me unless I have the username, password and gamer name they cannot help me! I told them that the card was cancelled, but they illegally linked to my entire bank account. I have to close a bank account I've had for 20 yrs! Still no gaurantees that they won't charge me! I have never played video games in my life! Such bs! Horrible, money sucking company! Don't waste your money.

Microsoft- crooks and scammed. No balls to even take phone calls. Lock me out of my Xbox telling me my password is wrong. I've had the same password for over 15years. Who are you to tell me it wrong. I think all you Microsoft crooks should go back to school and brush up on your knowledge.

This company is garbage. No customer service at all. Like zero. Total cash grab of a company. Bought a product that doesn't work, but they don't refund digital products apparently. They don't een have a department where you can talk to to person. Avoid this company at all cost. Trusting this company is like trusting Andrew Cuomo with elderly people.
