Hi friends.... Yahoo customer service is really awesome since 2days I was facing the login problem. I spoke to customer service 5 min back and immediately sorted it out

The one who spoke to lady ( Customer serivce). She was really damm gud. Thank you Madam

I just spoke with Yahoo Customer Service and the woman was very helpful and courteous. I got through in less than 10 minutes. Don't believe every thing you hear about bad service.

Please check your comment section because it is running very slow. I am having a hard time writing a comment because of this. Anyway, I had a positive experience with getting my problem resolved. I'm happy with the results.

Well after reading all these horrible comments I was skeptical about getting any help at all. I too tried to do it on line 3x and got no reply. I called the number and pressed 2 and got the no one available message. So I hit 1 told the poor att guy what I needed and he connected me directly to a operator (ext 4) and she was kind and helpful and got me fixed up in no time. I am a very happy camper!

Good news for those who have att.net email address but no longer are att customer and use yahoo. My account was hacked over the weekend (by a Spanish speaker it seems). Hours on phone with yahoo and att, yahoo said I had to unmerge and transferred me to att, att didn't know what to do. After many hours over a couple of days I got lucky. It was done through att at 866-757-9808, prompt 1. Ignore that it is for Uvers customers, whatever that is. Justin was who was able to help me, he got me a temporary password reset by using an older system of att. Good luck!

Thank you, Thank you. I had absolutely no problem speaking to a person. The call took 4 minutes flat. Yahoo stinks. There is no way to find a phone number on their web page. I needed to answer a security question correctly online and it wouldn't accept my answer. The real person did. Go figure.

My account was inaccessible today. I was a bit freaked out when I saw all the negative comments. I was calling from abroad and I had to wait about 20 minutes to talk to someone, but when I finally did, they were very helpful. If you are willing to be on hold for a while, it's worth the wait for your peace of mind.

I actually had a great experience with Yahoo support through the phone # above. I was skeptical [but desperate - I was locked out of my email after a hacking]. A professional, articulate & diligent Yahoo agent took care of my needs quickly & effectively. A big help - thanks!

After a 30 minute hold I talked to a very nice female representative about my hijacked account. I was given some tips like since I changed my password and downloaded additional antivirus, Microsoft Malicious Software Tool, etc., and my BitDefender Suite and ran tdeep runs,my entire computer, my account is probably now safe. I probably will eventually close it.

I am retired military...I am used to long lines and waiting,,, and waiting,,,, and waiting.

BTW one of my contacts on another service said he/she had heard of 5 of their contacts with yahoo addresses which had been compromised by hijacking.

Although the recording said they were experiencing heavy call volume, a friendly Customer Service rep answered my call within two minutes. She was able to confirm my log-in issue and resolve it, all in a matter of minutes. I was more than pleasantly surprised at the quick results.

I called this number and got through to a rep pretty quickly, even though I was warned of a long wait. The rep was friendly, patient, and helpful and I got the situation with my mail account straightened out.

After reading all the up to date reviews, i was skeptical if YAHOO customer service would even answer my call or if they would just ignore it on hours end or hang up on me.
I just got off the phone with customer service, gentleman was very polite and answered my question.... I do hope he's right! If my problem on the YAHOO search hasnt been resolved within the time frame he said yahoo takes care of these matters-than ill be calling back next week. Otherwise my customer service experience today was over good!

My experience with them today, 11-11-11, was positive, it only took a few minutes to reach a human operator and my problem was quickly resolved.

My visit to the mcdonalds on mckinley buffalo was very pleasant the cashier is nice and attive to what i wanted so overall is was a good morning start to any day. so thaks mcdonals very starting my day with a friendly smile and giving me exactly what i wanted....

hello grace2011 again just wanted to say thank you for your service, i feel better now that i was able to express myself, i was up late last night replying to people in need of advice which i did to the best of my ability from my own experiences not complaining it was my choice. Yahoo had no problems with my replies to people they just keep saying your on a roll answer more questions of course i couldn't answer all i'm not a doctor i was falling asleep and sent message i was going to bed then when i got message saying my question was banned it was a simple question i could not sleep all night i was so upset.

I was unable to get into my account after going in it and deleting all my contacts because my account had been compromised. I did get a CSR quite quickly who was able to help me. My account had been compromised all the way from Russia, but the CSR told me what to do: update anit-virus, reset security question, use their ID protection. The call went well and I was satisfied. KUDOS to Benjamin.

I called this number because my account would say invalid ID or password. My security questions were even different from my own. After being on hold for about 15 minutes, they asked a few questions to verify my account and gave me a new password.

I was fortunate. I actually spoke with a live, intelligent, and useful representative. I believe pressing 2 was the key. His name was Marcus.

Marcus guided me one step at a time to completion.

Marcus was the exception. Every other tech person I have ever spoken to has been awful.

I called the number and PRESSED 1 and in the next menu options, I PRESSED 2 and got a live person right away. I hope this helps!

I was on hold for about 10-15 minutes but as soon as they answered a very nice customer care associate helped me terminate my account that was hacked... I am so thankful!! The wait on hold was worth worth it!
