YouTube Customer Service

YouTube is dangerous some content creators follow subscribers & mock them.. they'll stalk a subsy every comment then indirectly mock the subbie. They'll gang up and create skitts based on a subscribers comments. They'll follow you to a health channel or a mental health channel then mock your comments. They have content creators who have IT experience they dox your IP your other social media channels, dry stalk people.. they do it for content click, veiwe and addends checks. They invade your privacy and real life & blame the subbie for bringing it to YouTube.. they feel they have the right to stalk subbies.. they think they own YouTube.. it terrible I uninstalled my app.. because YouTube doesn't do anything to stop doxing and content creators invading peoples privacy and using their app to do it. I've had to change my name and channel several times to avoid being followed by content creators.. they have no talent and they use subscribers comments & turn it into thier content

I would like to comment on I am about to get ride of U tube for good my favourite channel warthog defence has been taking down I would like to say how need change your rating system on for content should b able to see it I am not a child and havey own judgement...your turned plasic

I think YouTube is a very bad service because wasting our time. This is a very fraudulent service.

YouTube ticket service is one of the worst I've seen. Thats beyond imagination if you hope for any talks while having 100 videos on your 10 years old channel you can forget about it. They can delete anyone on a whim, if even one video shows something that may be offending anyone. They wont discuss it.

They are strict and not informative about any reasons how the rules were broken. They delete problems as fast as they appear to not scare their fund holders. If you have any other platform for video uploads you better use them instead.

I tried updating my payment method for youtube premium on to a different card but I am not given that option when in settings. I tried to have the problem taken care of by tech support by someone named "Lucas"? but he kept on hanging up on me, so I decided to just cancel my subscription since Youtube fails to be customer and user friendly and fails to be easily accessibly.

I just had a conversation with customer service for YouTube and it was very unsatisfactory.

YouTube only sent form letter emails to respond and never once let me speak with a human being. If you let an AI run your business; I hope you find some robots to be your customers.

I hate YouTube. I love the creators, but I HATE YouTube as a company. They're pieces of ?. They flag comments, send out threats and don't tell you who or WTF triggered the complaint. I think those as?holes get off on it,.... self righteous son of a ?'s. If you comment a lot,...who knows what ?ing comment set someone of and why. I hate them so much,...if another company can provide the videos I'm looking for without the dumb? and bull?,....I'd leave them in a second and pay for the other service.

Youtube staff and their help center are a joke. You never get to talk to an actual person or anything other than an automated response or bot. They have no problem taking your money for a service you didn't even ask for on your account but they won't do anything to refund except direct you to their automated responses.

Did not help me find a solution to my problem. They ended the chat without notice and we're very rude to me.

The add commercials are so often I find myself annoyed with the content I listen to and no longer want to view the content. Entirely too many adds per video play and resulting in loss of a consumer

Whenever I try to access youtube, I get a message that I need to update. I have updated 6 times already and still cannot access youtube and still continue to get the update demand. What the heck is going on? Youtube worked better when it cost us nothing. Since paying for it, all we get from Youtube are the damn update messages!!! Youtube should return to charging nothing because we actually accessed the content then. But now it is a joke, only we aren't laughing!
YOUTUBE should be named B.S.tube!!!!

Chronology of an exceptional case (for the record)

April 14.2021:
- Youtube immediately suspends my account upon receiving multiple simultaneous false copyright claims of an individual (claiming he holds the rights to colorized editions of various public domain movies, without legalizing his claim through copyright registry).

April 15, 2021:
- I send the following e-mail to the claimant:

'To whom it may concern;

I'm informed by Google that my Youtube account is suspended due to your copyright claim.

You may have taken part in colorizing these movies. However, unless you fulfill the legal and financial requirements of owning the copyright of the colorized edition - and the restored edition of the original movie that you used to start with- , you can not claim so (adding a copyright graph to the video credits does not entitle you to that right).

Being a person familiar with such issues, I would like to ask you to send me the proof of ownership for the copyright of these movies, and/or remove your claim. I'll be waiting for your reply and/or action before contacting Youtube on this issue.

'Re: Multiple strikes - account suspended

The 'strike' videos were uploaded months ago. They all passed copyright checks with 'no issues'. No further warnings (regarding the change of their status - if any) were issued in the meantime.

Instantly, on April 14, the status of various videos are changed to 'strike' and my account is immediately suspended. '

- I receive a negative and unsatisfactory response from the claimant.

- I decide to appeal the action.

April 16, 2021:
- As I prepare my appeal, I receive the following mail (One day after suspending my account, they inform me that they will now terminate it).

- I share the issue on Youtube help forum. My message:

'As I was preparing my appeal application, Youtube informs me that it deleted my account. Suspending yesterday, deleting today. What are you trying to do? You can't stop me from appealing.'

- Upon my post, Youtube help forum locks all of my messages. Only I can access it after logging in. They are not visible to any other person.

- I believe they will delete this one as well. But I will keep posting it to all relevant forums until they fix their methods and approach.

Need help getting monetization so I can continue to create great content.
Also Some YouTubers Hav Been Bullying Very Bad On Other media outlets to get people shut down on the platform

Once an avid YouTube fan until this week where attempting to watch YouTube I was forced to endure five mins plus of pre programme or adverts without the option to "skip ad" how annoying is this ? Seriously who in they're right mind want to watch a programme , oh great I'll watch this but ....... oh no !! You can't unless you watch this programme about Valentino Rossi first all five minutes of it !!!! Seriously !!!! If I have to do that every time then for me it's bye bye YouTube ! Get a grip YouTube because others will follow suit and ditch it completely !

As I'm sure you're aware many ages use YouTube. I feel like you guys dropped the ball regarding advertising and censoring. I have never written or contacted a company so I'm sure you can imagine my disgust. When my 2 year old watches an innocent show like pocoyo, I do not want to see the Jason Bourne movie being advertised ( "Jesus Christ its Jason Bourne'). This is basically profanity. It's blasphemy. You don't want profanity on your comments but put them in your ads?!? The advertsing should reach that age appropriate audience.

I was being charged for a subacription i did not sign up for. Was told id get a refund and billing would stop it didnt i terminated my info now they disabled my account. And i cant contact anyone anymore. This sucks

This is why people need to move to 'ZippCast' , I like it there to upload/watch videos and Youtube is annoying, with the strict rules and copyright, I've lost count of how many times I've been terminated and lately without reason and still waiting for 2 months to get my account back. I hope some website over takes Youtube someday, you can't be popular forever, Yt has gotten a lot of complaints lately, even by big youtbers, calling them out for fair use aka copyright, and how crap it is, people are tired of youtube. ugh!

After I cancelled most of Cox's movie viewing channels, I discovered YouTube's movies, but after thoroughly researching my options, I have yet to find exactly what i'm looking for, although You Tube fills most of my needs. I would like a subscription which bears a monthly fee, and bans all the banner ads like that scamming company who says "Social Security Sucks", and other stupid ads which I must continuously x" off my screen. YouTube Red might be the type of subscription I'm searching for, which is one which enables me to view any and every movie in its database without having an additional price tag attached to it. On YouTube I can access most of the Hallmark movies, but not all. I am going to contact other online movie channels which get the "green" light from the Web of Trust to research if they offer what I'm looking for. Please let me know exactly why You Tube Red might be what I'm looking for. I am only interested in a monthly fee, not an annual fee so this leaves Amazon out.

Youtube has better costumer service than most sites. They actually allow you to ask for help, and it is for the most part resolved. I've never once been frustrated with Youtube. They always give an resolution back.

YouTube customer service has a real person answer your questions individually. They gave me actual answers within a few days of submitting my tickets.
