Consistently send much older profiles than I request. One person listed under numerable ages. High rate of scamming on this site. Reported problems are not addressed

Idk much about Zoosk. All I know is that I checked my banking app today and saw a random charge of $95 to my credit card by some vendor named Zoosk. The $95 was refunded even before I called my bank so it looks like Zoosk may have reversed the transaction. I did some googling to find out that Zoosk is a dating site. I don't use dating websites and have never even heard of Zoosk before today, so I'm very curious to know how my card was charged $95 on a site I've never even heard of. I'm the only person who uses my card and my card is still in my wallet as I type this. After calling my bank, they decided to cancel my old card so I guess I have Zoosk or some sort of scammers to thank for the inconvenience.Frankly, I want to know what on a dating website would warrant a $95 charge. Sounds like you're paying for escort services at that point.

This site has my pictures and my money. It won't allow me to log on. The card is cancelled and I never used the service it won't allow me to reset the password to delete my information from 2 years ago and I am engaged.

The only way to stop automatic renewals the site says is from a computer. I tried it would not allow me to get in. I finally got a phone #for zoosk. The Indian agent said I had to go the the play store and allow him access to my phone to ancel. It felt like a scam but he was controlling my phone and did get into zoosk. But he accessed my venmo and kept ssying they were reimbursing me. But tge amount was 200. And it had his name not zoosk. Something like Aumand maul was his name. The venmo would not work as I think he was trying to take 200 from my account. I did not have that much. He told me to go to my pnc bank account to see if my refund went in. I used my computer as he could see everything on my phone! He kept saying look up your bank from your phone not your computer? Finally I. Sssaid no it did not go in my account. He said what's your balance? I said you don't need my balance. I finally hung up tried to quickly delete the app he had me download so he could control my phone!!! Shocked°°

I have signed off to the site over 6 months ago. It keeps me on and my profile and and just lmk that I have another 6 months which I never wanted. I am upset as they never let my sign off on there site as just went into. So they just charge me the 6 moth fee. They are cleaver but dishonest. when I called in Hawaii they are closed. I have been treated unfair by them and will look into a legal help.

I have been trying to get support due to the after affects of being on this dating site with bank statements to prove this. I have been harmed threatened lied about and had copyrighted stolen material used for illegally and for illegal profit. I have had illegal recordings in my rental home threats from landlords and unintendable intentions to harm a single professional woman to the point where I have lost business had my Vehicle damage on purpose left homeless on the street with massive Criminal harm and many laws broken. Without supports from involved officers and more due to again highly stolen material used for many illegal purposes which was my words my future and my inspiration for future generations. To be put down on such low levels is wrong and to have been lied about my sexuality and more is not to be taken lightly. I need to have access for legal purposes since my accounts prove all of it. Dates timelines people involved and criminal intent to harm someone with illegal hacking and more.

I joined this app today and can't get on it bc it keeps telling me to complete my profile which I did and then tells me to add. Picture which I did and every time I try to access this app it tells me to add a picture and I have 6 times .. worst app ever I want my money back .. switching to another dating site

I only want to date ages 50-62 you keep giving me ages 60-75. I am a young 61, not interested in older men. Please change my match settings. I would rather my date be 10 years younger than me, than for my date to be 10 years older than me.

I have been on Zoosk for approximately three months. Something happened to my account and I cannot log on to any members page. I have been trying to straighten out this problem for almost 3 weeks. I have emailed Zoosk's technical support team everything that they have asked for and all I get back in response is to try this or that which I have done everything that they have asked and nothing works. I have asked for a credit which they have denied. Never again will I be a Zoosk member!

Can't log in and called customer service and finally got the mail to reset my password but it didn't work and until now.Dis appointing for 2 day's now and i did tried to reset again but no email for resetting.hopefully you will fix this issue ASAP thanks!

I'm writing because this is my second time trying to get on this site the have taken out 69.$ . I don't have the money to keep doing this. The problem is after I get set up in the pay , I go looking at the site and find one I'd like to talk to and when I go to leave a message it carries me right back to payment method. This has been going on and on.

I just received an email that stating I requested to change my password!! I don't even have a Zoosk acct and obviously some scammer is using my email to set up an account. Please correct this. I am not a customer!!

Signed up the 3rd of sept. Next day account was compromised. They had me use another email address to sign up again on the 5 th of sept. On the 8th they shut down my account and had me use an alternate email they issued and could not get back into my account they said was still open and waiting for me. I believe that now i cannot retrieve my account that the site is not right... bogus ! Looks like I'm out my $29.95 in just 5 days of when I was charged the fee.

What is going on with your website??? I try to go in and the heart just spins round and round! Very upset that I pay for this and can not retrieve messages!!!

Hello my account has been blocked by zoosk administration I've tryed to open new accounts and keep getting same thing blocked by zoosk administration when I try to subscribe is there anyway this can be fixed as i have learnt my lesson as I'm still learning can u help thx

I had a problem with my account where Paypal had advised Zoosk that I was disputing the payment. This was not true as I had been contacted by Paypal and assured them the payment was legitimate.
I phoned the above number (after sending several emails) and got through to a lady in Zoosk customer service. She was very helpful and my account was reinstated after a short investigation... so there is hope if you persist, Derek (UK)
