Dear Sir,
We are facing issue with our internet connection from the date we purchased the Zyxel router from hallmark systems.
We need to restart the Zyxel VDSL router 4 to 5 times in a day to start Microsoft lync 2010 communicator.
My IT network expert from Belgium have advised to replace the faulting modem as soon as possible.
Earlier we were using DLINK router and everything was fine but after changing the router from DLINK to ZYXEL this issue have started.
Please send anyone and replace the faulty router ASAP.
