Zynga removed your ability to play with friends, if you have coins you can only set a table that is 10% of your coins. If your friends do not have as many coins they cannot play, this is suppose to be an "invite your friends" game. They have now removed any type of friends involvement in the game. I am HIGHLY disappointed after playing for years. I am part of a spades league and we enjoy playing together, we have special needs players, pro players, beginners and everything in between. You have taken the ability to enjoy a game, comradare and helping out each other away. Please remove this update that was made 2/27/2024.

The Solo spades game recently began take 25% of the four players bet for itself. Thus, if each player bets one million coins the highest score would receive 2 million with second place receiving 1 million and the game itself taking the remaining. THIS IS A RIPOFF

I can't get to my table to play zynga poker my seat is taken over by other characters. I hand a team of supporters helping me and they're nowhere to be found. I have several billion chips my character I control is, gutshot and she can't get her seat at our table. I want to play zynga poker and have spent a lot of money only to have to sit out of the games. I cannot sign into my Zynga poker account (on my PC) and have tried numerous ways to get help. It tells me the server at: d3qpjnspil4z56.cloudfront.net can not be found but I am able to sign in on my smart phone

Zynga support staff does not provide accurate or helpful feedback when you present a problem or question. They give you a basic answer, but not specific to your situation. Very disheartening.

Since I can't use my tablet to contact you, I am using my computer. Why is your platform so damn wonky? Love the Crosswords with Friends, but it freezes or crashes daily!!! I can't get through the 3 games without constantly going out and restarting the game. This is ridiculous! For heavens sake fix it -- would you please!!!

I enjoy playing spades however, while I am playing Spades Plus, I am continually receiving friend requests although I deny them and I also receive messages in the SpadesPlus game continually sexual, unethical, I have blocked them all and I still receive them on a daily basis I have over 100 that I saved because I want to get to the bottom of it. It says if my profile picture was sent away dating app or something similar.

SpadesPlus is very Racist, hateful & fraudulent! They only deal ME 2 good cards during. The other team gets 5+. I have 40 accts. all are less than 40% winning. I NEVER GET HOOD CARDS ! CSR2 racing. Twice when completing a challenge the game took my in game currency and locked me out for several weeks. They deactivated my account by resetting it to the date prior to the incident

The third time it happened they refuse to help
They have appalling customer service

June 9 was when it happened

Despite released nice requests for assistance and an update this is what o received this week

Owners of game clearly cheats you out of coins. You pay, it spins no coins and charged!! Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit as it's real money they are stealing!!!! Also, it rips off coins . Played a 50,000 game and it took 100,000. Soooooo much fraud I don't know how to list all the complaints and they do zero rectifying. They'll blame it on your internet service. Going to start screen recording their faults and prepare for a lawsuit.

Why does Zynga not have somewhat of a level playing field? I do understand that some idiot pd 12.7 Billion for zynga, etc. , but you dont have to totally scam and rip off your customers. I used to buy chips on this site, as ive been playing it for 20+ years, but it become such a rip off site with bots, in house playing and players using cheats.... i no longer or rarely buy chips. Its not a fun or enjoyable site anymore. I only come to this site now when im bored and have Absolutely nothing else to do. Enjoy your bad investment as im sure at this rate you wont last much longer. I hope im around when you fail. Why would i fill out the info below? You'd just punish me on site that much more. A few weeks ago, while I was playing Words with friends, a White Supremacist promotional ad popped up, It was fundamentally disturbing, professionally polished 5-6 framed bigoted, raciest misinformation and call to action. I have submitted my outrage on whatever Zynga communication site I could find, receiving pat responses regarding "filters" such that the logical conclusion is that this ad passed the filter as acceptable. Ariane A responded with "Thank you for updating us. Communication #66116737. I insist responsible action taken with integrity. I will persist until I receive evidence that this hate messaging is removed. I have photos of these affront to our principles as a democratic, socially respectful and responsible society.

Spades plus is fraudulent and should be shut down or at the very least thoroughly investigated!! They use their players to cheat partners out of coins which is theft and they deduct/add coins at different rates after a game is won or loss! How is a company allowed to continue operating with this number of complaints. Monitor this company, file crimes charges and fine them

Appawling customer service and no answers for weeks when you get credits you don't win I had total of 9.2 bn and won not even my bet the game stutters speeds up on potential wins and forced to purchase credits to complete tasks it's just a rip off and as for customer support is a joke even emailed the owner who also ignores you so the only way to get anything back is solicitor's and take them through the courts again

How on earth did I get banned from chat for 10 days. I said nothing inappropriate. I play in room full of rude, inconsiderate people and I am careful to avoid this very thing. Why won't Zynga show what was flagged. People can just report you for doing absolutely nothing wrong because they are jerks and then you are muzzled. Tired of this crap.

Zynga is rigged. The good news is, I didn't spend anything. Just frustrating playing it when you're ultimately destined to lose. Also, they're stupid flip flopping from screen to screen is obnoxious.

evidently Rick reported me but I played w/ him the other day and he did the same thing. He Starts an argument and then starts playing terrible on purpose. I was playing with him the last hour. HE should be banned from the game period b/c I'm thinking he does others this way. Now I'm banned from chat b/c I told him what I though about what he was doing. And I've tried to report this to Zinga but it says all the fields must be completed and won't accept my report.... All the fields are completed!!! Not sure about these ratings as this is a 1 time experience but I can't seem to reach them to explain instead now I'm blocked from chat for 3 days but can still play the game. I can't reach them, chat is not really important just would like to comment when someone comments to me, friendliness, can't reach them so not sure how friendly they are. Service = worst b/c I can't reach them. Overall positive b/c I don't usually have a prob, am a daily player.

I am a daily HIR player. Yes, I have seen the videos showing Gilbert Sullivan, but I am not sure if he is a single entity or actually a team. I just know that I message him, he returns my messages in a very timely manner. Be him a team or a single entity, YOU need to give him a bonus, raise, something. the ads on words with friends are such a nuisance. 10 sec. to play the word and then have to sit and wait for a 30 second ad, If Zynga does this to the rest of the games, theres going to be a lot of lost customers. 5-10 sec. ads are bad enough but 30 is unaceptable.

I have had to contact support hundreds of times because of the constant and ongoing issues with their zynga games (i.e. I have not been able to receive materials from friends for over 6 months). It would not be fair to rate customer service poorly because of the game issues. They are not at fault. Except for a handful of instances, I have always been very satisfied with my experience. If not for the support staff, I would have quit playing long ago. They are always polite and generally do more for me than I expected. Although they cannot fix the issue, they tend to my current needs so that I can continue to build or upgrade what I need. I would have rated reachability higher but live chat has not been available for any of my games for the past 3 days.

I am constantly having to refresh my CastleVille on Zynga: Everytime I get notices that someone has sent me something or is requesting something from me, the screen goes white, an exclamation point appears, and I have to constantly refresh the page. The same thing happens when I click on my neighbors to visit their kingdoms. I have not been able to visit any of my neighbors in over a week to do work in their kingdoms. Also, Hidden Chronicles... Zynga does not post my posts when I am requesting parts to build. I have to go to facebook for it to work properly. I enjoy these games, but with the quirks that are consistant....which I have not been able to get resolved...have made it so frustrating.

Had a problem with farmville. Contacted Zynga customer support expecting to be ignored. Two minutes later I got a very nice email response and problem was fixed. Wow, they are awesome.

I have contacted Zynga on several occasions for gameplay issues. In all but one or two, I almost always given what I consider to be the correct resolution to my problem - I usually state what I want in my complaint. The associates I have dealt with have been polite and professional, but some lacked knowledge and I would have to explain my situation a different way for them to understand. Zynga's biggest problem for me is the games themselves and the crashing or resetting of the game. Sometimes I have completed quests only to come back later and find that the quest is back!!!. I now keep a written log and date of when I complete and what it took to do so and if I feel the effort is needed I have contacted Zynga to complete the quest for me and it has been done. I would estimate that in the past two years I have contacted Zynga approximately 8 times regarding concerns and feel that they have resolved them.

My Zynga customer service experience was nothing like the comments listed here would indicate. It DID take too long to find this page with a phone number on it, but when I did, I dialed the number. When I pressed the option for tech support, I admit it was annoying there was no option for a person - I was just directed back to the website. The website Help tools were no good to me since 1) I play via mobile ap rather than Facebook, Google or other drop-down choices and 2) the game needing support was Draw Something, a recent Zynga aquisition which is not listed in their Games list yet.

So what did I do? I called that number back and this time pressed the buttom for Billing Issue. I ignored the recording stating that the billing person could not help me, figuring if I could not get help, then I did have a billing issue, because I wanted my money back. However, the billing person (Karen)could not have been nicer. (NOTE: I was very nice to her too, knowing in advance it would not be her fault if she could not help me.) Karen offered to write down my issues with the game and email the support team. She told me she would send me a confirmation email that she had done this, that I would hear back from a support person via email within 48 hrs, and that I could then correspond directly with that person via email. And she DID email them and send the confirmation immediately, and I heard back from support (Rowena) within 10 hours. Rowena and I had to swap a couple of emails and try a few different things, but the problems got solved and I was thrilled.

I wanted to leave this comment so that others would know there were options. BTW, the direct email for the support team is [email protected], but your issue will need to be assigned a reference number and routed to the appropriate game support person. But - at least for me! - after some initial frustration, the system DID work. Good luck!

I have found Live Chat to be the most effective way to get my problem resolved and more..... That is getting up in the middle of the night about 3am, clicking the HELP while I am in my Cafe, takes you to a page go all the way to the bottom and clicking a little word "here" and there are two of them you don't want Adobe! then it redirects you again and click on Cafe World, and hitting the F5 (refresh) button if you don't see the white dog LIVE CHAT. I know it's just the long way to get to ZCS, but it is the most effective way I have found to get the LIVE CHAT, don't spend a lot of money with the game. Scratch off's and Prize Machine, daily bonus's but that is about it. I also have them throw in some spice or complete some goals for me, last time they did ALL the Tony's Great cook A thon, and the VIP goals, and they gave me 100 instant thymes. Not to say all reps are this generous, but if you are nice to them and show some empathy towards there job and try to establish some rapport w/them. Because you can catch more bee's w/honey than you can salt. Good luck

Excuse my French, but are you out of your minds? Closing Cityville which is a game played by so many! And not giving any reason for discontinuing the game either!

Cityville is the premier city building game and should you close games this is not the one. You have 2 word games, why keep both these? And then there are the bubble games and the likes of them. Sure, they attract a lot of mobile players, but these players are not the loyal kind and will soon move on to other games not run by Zynga.

You need to reconsider and continue to run Cityville if you want to keep all the players of this game as clients, they will not in large numbers move on to neither Farmville nor Castleville but rather choose to engage in games similar to Cityville with other providers.
