Original Comment Cricket's internet offer of first month free service is false. I had my service shut down for nonpayment as a result. Why don't the customer service reps respond to questions rather than just hang up on you ? It's about time someone began an investigation into Cricket's practaces as they are goverened by the PUC regulations.
