Original Comment After losing my laptop for over 1 month after receiving it. Acer called to inform me the repair that I had told them was needed before I sent my laptop in, would cost me $199.00.
Never did they apologize or give me an explanation as to why a customer has to track down their own equipment after it is delivered to them.
I will never buy another Acer Product again.
I recommend DELL.
DELL's product's and customer service has always been impeccable.
