Original Comment I filed a complaint with the BBB and Dell played their customer service game fraudulently. They would do everyhting possible to test my patience and time until I would give up. I finally bought a Mac after vowing never to go that way, thanks to Dell, Microsoft lost a loyal consumer. NEVER EVER BUY DELL.
