I just spent 2 hrs 15 minutes on the phone with a customer rep out of MX City. Nice guy, tried to address my issues. After 2 hours, it turned out that since it was an airline problem, ORBITZ couldn't help me! I told him the problem (flight delay due to equipment issues) first off! So for 2 1/4 hours on the phone I saved $25 on the hotel room! Definitely not worth the time on the phone! |
