Their customer service is overseas and gives you fabricated answers not even pertaining to your order. I placed an order 10 days ago for a blanket (on December 1st) for the holidays and it's now the 10th and only after I called was I told that the blanket isn't even in stock and won't be for another week, if that, so who knows if I'll get it before Christmas. Not to mention that they won't let me cancel the order, while holding the amount on my charge card until the item comes into stock. It's fraud and a complete joke! |
