Employees very rude. Tried to order food but girls said they didn't have hot dogs cooked. I ask how long it would take. Didn't get an answer. I was going to get 12 but left without any.

North Wilson Way store in Stockton has a very very nasty manager that comes in in the morning she had black and blonde hair I think she is or Asian not sure cuz she has a very nasty disposition about her she talks about the side of her neck to people she treats them like they're she belittles them immediately tell him you guys like where what you guys need to leave we hadn't been here but about 15 minutes and she told us we had to leave and get out of the premises now after I was sitting here drinking my coffee and eating my donut that I had just purchased inside I'm tired of the way she treats us and the way she talks to us and the way she looks at us she cusses at us she doesn't care about nothing she just is very ignorant to the way things are you don't talk to people like that let alone his manager you don't teach your other employees that it's okay to talk to people that way and to treat people that way customers that is something needs to be done about her she doesn't act like that in front of other people but boy she comes out in the morning and she just tears into people that's not right we have a few minutes to drink our coffee and eat our donuts but she treats us like we need to hurry up and get it and get out now like we're beneath her thank you and have a nice day but she needs to be dealt with
Wakefield VA store employee Angel has the nastiest attitude EVER! The other employees are awesome and easy to get along with. She lies (ex. Today no coffee at 6pm asked why she said corporate policy says no coffee 6pm to 3am.)I know it's a lie because I worked for corporate 711 in va Beach for 13 years. She answered a personal call and was rude to customers while on the phone.
The store in South Bend, Indiana...Linconway West...I normally go in and get Ice at this location, it's amazing but the last couple of weeks I noticed at the bottom of my cup black and blue particles...I've talked to the owner and cashiers about it and nothing has been done yet. Tuesday of this week I went to get ice, but the machine had slimey stuff coming out and the lady said they're still waiting on someone to fix the machine. It's been a whole 3 weeks, someone is going to get sick and they have raised there price from .50 to a $1...what are they waiting for!!! I work at a gas station and I know IT'S MOLD/MILDEW...without customer they wouldn't have business so they need to take into consideration...
The store in Metheun Mass stole 100$ from me on 8/26 and has yet to return my messages, or calls. They have not made any attempt to reimburse me the money they STOLE. The corporate manager reached out to tell me they'd send me a check and then just fell off the face of the earth. I am still waiting for my money back that was stolen. This is seeming more and more like a scam that store has running and it seems like their manager is involved, his lack of replying speaks volumes

DO BETTER as a business this is shady as heck!
There should be an option for a negative set of stars! This experience has been the worst experience I've ever had with a franchise. This location ripped me off $100.00 and expects me to drive back to Metheun MA to get my money put back on my debit card, for THEIR wrong doing. They claim it was an "honest mistake" yet give me the run around saying "they have to figure out how to refund me". It's simple, put my money back on my debit card that was swiped! I'd say some training in how to finalize transactions would be a good start as well.
I was traveling through and stopped for 3 20oz bottles of soda and a bag of chips, and was charged $111.98. This is absolutely outrageous, and to get a call back from someone with authority is apparently unheard of.
I highly recommend that if you are not from MA you DO NOT visit this location.
This whole situation is very suspicious.
The 7-Eleven on Pine Lake Avenue in Laporte Indiana closes the restrooms for cleaning between 730 and 7:35 AM in the morning. (They just started recently doing this) I am a bus driver and 7-Eleven is close to my route. This morning I asked the clerk, if I could please use the restroom because the sign was up and they had a metal gate across the hall so you couldn't get to the restroom. She yelled yes I could do it this time but it was going to be cleaned. The last four days I've passed the sign and walk through there anyway because I did really have to use the bathroom and couldn't find an employee in the back to ask if I could go I knocked on the door no one was cleaning it and I use the restroom.
On August 16th I visit 7-Eleven to purchase gas and was hoping for fruit. Let me explain why I said hoping for fruit there are times you can go to this 7-Eleven and there's fruit and it looks fresh then there's times you can go and you wonder why they're selling it. My reasoning for leaving the review today is because there is a sign that states the gas amount of $3.32 but when you go to the pump it is $3.59 it's not a problem but this is false advertisement. I understand some things I forgotten to be done I just feel as though that's a very important thing. I am also noticing the lack of upkeep of the store a Big lack of cleanliness. It's clear there's been changes but not for the better I enjoy going to this 7-Eleven or shall I say I did.
I am a well-rounded shopper but the product sales / pricing labels at each product are difficult to decipher and are even difficult to read - causing confusion at the register even. I triple check each product's pricing now before I check out to make sure I get it right to avoid any confusion. They should be a little more more clearer.
Every 711 I go into in Dallas and in fact all over Texas has dreadful restrooms.
Dirty, broken items ie hand dryers no soap etc ill equipped look as though haven't been cleaned in years
Dreadful company if you have Area Managers they are getting money for doing nothing.
Owners managers and franchisees all need to be fired
7-Eleven on hertel and military is the worst 7-Eleven I've ever been to people that work there sit on the counter play with their phones don't worry about the customers and do whatever they want store usually smells really bad and and now it closes at 11:00 what an inconvenience I don't even know why it's still open
Why is it every time, and I do mean every time, I go into the store at 4701 1st St w, in Claresholm, Alberta I have to ask then wait for fresh coffee to be brewed? I went in there tonite ans as usual the coffee was old and cold. I was going to ask for fresh to be made, as usual, but there was a long lineup at the counter. I left and went to the other store here where it is always much cleaner and the always have fresh coffee. That is another complaint I have about this store. It is always dirty. It need to be shut down for a real good cleaning. I can't tell when the floors were last washed and sometimes I'm hesitant to touch the counters. They also don't do very good job of cleaning outside. This really needs to be looked into.
I have been a regular customer at 7-Eleven at the corner of Sunrise Blvd and S. University Drive for several years (6 plus). Most of the employees are professional and courteous to custermers except except a mature lady, Sophia. She's very inconsiderate and has no awareness of custermer/business relations. This lady acts as if the customers need to bow down to her for service. For instance, I walked into the store to pay for to pay for gas and as a courtesy or some decency, I said good morning and Sophia act as if didn't existed. Another employee nervously worked over to ring up my gas and other merchant. To my disbelief, Sophia shuts dow the pump while while I was in the process of pumping over $25 of $35 of my gas. Ultimately, it took me an additional 15+ minutes for an overall 28 minutes for a refund or continue to get gas. Of course I opt to the refund as she cause me an unnecessary delay for work because she could have wait a minute long for me to pump the remaining $9.22 worth of gas. I recommend so.e serious customer service training for that lady. Otherwise, it seems like Wawa customer reputation is winning.

I went to 711 on spirit Lake and record highway on a Monday night at 12:30. I am out of gas completely and the g****** doors are closed. The attendant is in there can not hear what the h***'s saying hes not opening his doors and I can't get gas. It is the worst g****** place I've ever been in my life too. Many drug Alexander around timidly drug addicts work in there. It is the worst f****** 711 I have ever been to. Please don't stop there view yet ask late at night.
7 Eleven 111 west walnut ave visalia, ca use to be fantastic. But recently the syore has gone down hill. Rude disrespectful indian boy ripped me off and wouldnt get off his phone long enpugh to talk. One girl was giving away free phone charger to her boyfriend. And free food. Everv werkend afternoons the store is torn up no cups, food is old and gross i asked the girl Mandeep for fresh tornados she said no none for you. im not cooking. No coffee at all empty everything she refused to make coffee just wanted to talk on the phone. What has happen to this store. They use to be so polite. The night guy with beard say owner douesnt care. Then sale the damn store. i recommend the mooney store better customer service.
Yesterday, May 6, 2023 stopped for coffee @ store w/in gas station west of I-95 on Gateway Blvd apptox time 8:30 am. Coffee was lukewarm, from Brazilian pot dark, choc flavor, tried another pot, awful, lukewarm too. Women's restroom disgusting, dirty floor, toilet psper on floor, wet spots, broken soap dispenser, stool wet.

Wakefield 711 employee Angel and Molly are the best employees. They are the nicest and very professional they seemed to have a positive attitude and seem to love their jobs. They work very well together. One was always cleaning while the other is running the register. On November 16,2023 I came into the store to get coffee. I had driven for a while as I was on my way from NC to visit Family in Hampton VA. I noticed the machine was turned around and not ready. When I asked Angel she told me that they had to be sanitized once during her shift that she could make me coffee it would just be a few minutes. I paid for my gas and an extra large coffee, then went out to pump gas and when I came back in there was a fresh pot of coffee waiting for me. She apologized for the inconvenience. It was so good. I wanted to stretch my legs and ended up talking to them. They let me talk and listened and were really positive. It was a very good experience. I came back to the store November 22,2023. On my way back home I stoped by again because I loved the service and their really clean bathrooms. It was one of the cleanest 711 bathrooms I have ever used. I was surprised to see Angel again and she remembered me from before. This time she had fresh coffee made already. She was friendly but working really hard to clean and run the register she seemed like she was alone. I asked about Molly and she said she was meeting her to go to her mom's for thanksgiving. I asked if they where related she said no just friends and I told her good friends where hard to find. That's awesome.I got my coffee and headed back home. Really great gas station I will be visiting again.
In Orchard Road Ion mall Singapore,there is a very sweet lady called Amy, she never fails to service me and my partner with a smile on her face despite how late it is always.

I went into the 7-11 on Niles Avenue and LaSalle in South Bend, Indiana today. The customer service was excellent!! The young man behind the register and the manager went above and beyond to help me. The manager went the extra mile to help solve my problem. The young man greeted people and said thank you!! You should be very proud of these two employees!! In a time when customer service is sub par at best, you are very lucky to have these two employees in your organization!!
I am thrilled to see that Ivy has returned to a sales associate position at the New London, CT, location!She is such an asset! Efficient, personable, and has always made early-morning visits to this location pleasant! She has to accommodate customers who "haven't had their coffee, yet", and does so with grace!
Love the convenience of the store, but you guys have horrible ideas. Cranberries on hoagie, the ingredients of a hoagie are bread meat cheese mayo and mustard cranberries don't ever go on a sandwich. Once again love the store but you guys have horrible ideas for sandwiches. I was looking for a simple sandwich not something eccentric.

I am a regular customer of the Store This girl always has a good attitude, she is always impeccably clean, she always treats people well and above all, she always has a smile. She helped me download the app so that I can save on my purchases and it is something that I am very grateful for whenever something is special, she lets me know so that I can spend less money and I don't appreciate that She is almost always alone in the morning with a very long line of people and despite that stress She is always with a smile and a beautiful attitude that we customers expect without any problem. There very friendly people, one lady was willing to come out to pump several times to help me get my rewards on gas after I signed up.. She was awesome definitely going back to her if I need more help. Store was clean with plenty of things to choose from. I don't know if I'm supposed to leave her name but her name tag said April cause I made a joke about it being May. Very friendly and helpful young lady.
I just want to let it be known that the 7-Eleven on Mojave and Eastern the guy that runs that store at Charleston sorry Charleston and Mojave the guy that rents that store is outstanding he is amazing I have lived in Vegas my whole life and I'm almost 40 and we are literally scared to buy pizza from most 7-Elevens because the clerks give you attitude and scarf at you when you ask for a whole pizza because they got to cook it and they don't want to do that and I'm quite frankly addicted to the pizzas from 7-Eleven so we literally found one store in Vegas that is nice every time you go and order a pizza where I feel safe going there to buy pizzas for my family I love this guy so much because even one of his clothes tried to give me an attitude one time and he corrected her and to be honest with you now when I go there I'm like he has the nicest and please he's the nicest guy owner manager I don't know what he is I love that guy though and I feel like he deserves some outstanding recognition for having good people that work for him like in other words he's good at training his employees so you know the simplest of things that you feel safe to do in this neighborhood it's just crazy I just love that guy so much we go out of our way to go to his store and I probably forever will I hope he's around forever
Store #34179 employee on duty was only DaiQuan Wells. Excellent customer service and I will never go to any other 711this store is further from my house but his employee impressed me so much it is worth the drive. The other two by my house turned me down but DaiQuan went above and beyond to take care of me. He was the only one working but handled it like a pro never showing stress when there were people in line and smoothly took care of each and every one with a positive attitude. Thank you again DaiQuan you made my night
I rarely leave reviews but the 7-11 on State Street in Provo goes above and beyond. The store is always immaculate. The food is fresh and the employees are professional and friendly. Jeremy especially goes to great lengths to be helpful and courteous. I will drive out of my way to go to this location because the staff is so great.
Store#38841, total bs, favoritism is this store, if you don't ass kiss you will be fired if you don't say what they want your fired,if you show up on time and never late your fired!! I am a hard worker who loves her job, however I will not kiss ass!! I do my job 100% and im good.
