AmeriCredit Customer Service

I have an issue and need some help. I had gotten a car loan through Americredit years ago. I then went through financial hardship and my car was repossessed. The IRS has now gotten in touch with me claming that I owe them an excessive amount of money from the year 2011. I called them and they said I need proof that the car has been reposessed and I need the year of the car and the year it was repoed and what the car was worth through the Kelly blue book. Is there any way I can acquire this information?

your website says you are open til 7 pm cst on fridays, but when i called it says you are closed at 5 pm cst

Americredit is a predatory lender and I have fallen prey to them. For six years I paid my car loan and am now making the last three payments and they tell me that I still owe them 2000. $ more because the money I paid they chose to use as late charges instead of interest. so now they say I still owe 2000. in interest. I have paid 413. $ per month for the last 6 years, a total of 32,000 $ for a 2002 Jeep Liberty!
