Binatone customer support seem to make up rules as they go along,I cancelled my Hubble camera over 3 years ago, then suddenly this October they took £29.04 out of my bank account to my dismay.i have tried to get a refund but they say you have to keep on paying until you cancel????,which I did over 3 years ago.
If this is the case why didn't they take any money the past 3 years out of my account.? I would not recommend this company at all,we work hard for the money we earn not for it to be stolen out of your account.Do not trust this company.

I got Hubble Pal Could baby monitor June 2022. I was never able to connect the camera to the app/phone, but was able to connect to the monitor, however almost one year later, and the camera disconnected to the monitor and just would not re-connect not matter which troubleshooting instructions I would try. I contacted the customer service (on the website it advertises its a 24/7 customer support chat/email) but didn't hear back for several days. I than submitted a "Ticket" to Binatone, and also took several days to hear back. Once we got in touch with someone via email they sent me troubleshooting instructions which were over a page long. Going back and forth via email over several more days we established they my camera just doesn't work. At first the customer service rep asked me to pay to ship them their defective camera...which I refused. Then the customer service rep said they will send me a replacement camera but it was currently out of stock. It has now been ONE MONTH and I still do not have a replacement camera. I have expressed my concern and safety issue this creates as a parent not to be able to safely monitor my child while they sleep.... but still no camera! I've askes for my case to be escalated to management but have not heard back. The same customer service rep emails me to say they are waiting for the shipment of the same style of camera to arrive and will ship when it arrives, but no idea of the date. I have also asked for a replacement unit (camera and monitor)of a comparable style with no response. I am at a loss as to what to do... But to anyone thinking of purchasing a Hubble monitor- BEWARE!

I had gotten hubble connected dual vision baby monitor as a present for my baby shower in September 2022. When i went to go set it up it took my husband and a total of 8 hours to figure out how to connect the camera to our phones and monitor screen. We ended up deciding to contact customer support. On the website it advertises its a 24/7 customer support chat/email. We e-mailed Binatone and told them our concerns. We didn't hear back for a couple of days. Once we got in touch with someone they tried to help us set up the camera and it still continue not to work. So they ended up sending us a new camera. Once we got the new camera in the mail it was the wrong camera. My husband then contacted the customer support team and told them they sent the wrong camera. The customer support team then try to blame him saying he didn't tell them the right camera. When we first contacted the customer support team we gave the name of the camera, SN # and UDID #. After my husband going back and forth with customer support they ended up sending another camera. We waited almost two weeks for the new camera to arrive in the mail. When we opened the shipment it was the incorrect camera again for the second time. We had then contacted customer support again explaining they sent the wrong camera twice and never sent return shipping labels for the incorrect cameras they had sent. Also we had sent a picture showing the incorrect cameras and how it looks nothing like the original one we got as a gift. Its very concerning that the company can't even send the right camera when we provided the name, SN# and UDID#. As we go back and forth with the company we are still waiting for a tracking number for the correct camera that they claim their going to send to us. It has been almost two weeks now waiting for a tracking number. My daughter is 4 months old and should be sleeping in her crib at night but due to not having the correct camera we can not put her in the crib over night. This has been a continue issue since March 6, 2023

The absolute worst customer service and a bunch of frauds. Take your money and never deliver products. Don't purchase anything from them or Motorola, complete trash products.

Hiya we have a Binatone phone lifestyle 1910 System and for some reason it's not showing up who is calling Its just saying call instead of the persons name any idea why it's doing this

I was gifted a Scout1-B pet monitor and tried to connect it via the Monitor Everywhere app. It would not work so I had to create a case in order to get some support. I kept getting emails from Binatone support, asking questions about my system etc, until I actually found some information that this app is no longer in use. My monitor is useless. Instead of just stating that the monitor would never work Binatone support gave me the run around. They finally responded 'as we stated this app is no longer supported' and they had never mentioned it. I would think twice about getting a Motorola product now.

What does "out of range" mean when flashing on all 3 phones of a Binatone Vesta 1215 triple ? How can I remedy the non working of the phone ?

We recently purchased a Binatone digital cordless telephone, although we have no problems with this, as it is wall mounted it does seem that it is not always properly connected when not in use, and intermittently gives out high pitched bleeps and the light on the phone will appear for a short time. Is there any reason that this is happening and can we do anything to stop it. Thanking you.

i bought a binatoneu435/u505/u605 sat nav today I have plased the sat nav facing the sky for over one hour it says waiting for a valid gps signal very disappointed

I waited for 48 minutes and kept getting message there is one call ahead of you . This is disgraceful and rest assured i will be warning people on google what a waste of space the binatone helpdesk is.I cannot complete questionaire as I did not get through.

Do any Binatone phones work?
I bought about a month ago a Binatone Acura 3000 call blocker, so far never been able to put address book numbers in or use as stated now interference on my line each time i pick up receiver, i hear but folk i phone don't?

I have recently purchased a Binatone Latitude 100 set. One receiver appears to work fine, the other when switched on gives the customary beep, then, after a short while follows with two sets of warbles and switches off. I am therefore unable to use them.

Purchased a Binatone 6025 and there was no manual in the box. Called customer support firstly to be told there was no manual available and then I was told its £3 to purchase a manual!! Appalling level of customer service!! I have never known a company that does not have manuals online!!

I have just bought the binatone handset, trying to add names to the caller display
is probably the frustrating task of my life . WHY IS IT SO CONFUSING ? can you not come up with a simple instruction to help us laymen ?....If you ask for feedback ????

Helpline in the UK for Binatone Baby Monitors was appalling.
No customer empathy.
Rude.
Abrupt.
The customer is never right in their opinion.
Was told I was wrong.
Unresponsive.
