Luis Estiven Marta montoya Or Steve customer service representative provided horrible customer service. Not only he doesn't respond to ur request but he will open your file but do not respond. Also he did advice he was busy with other customers and I guess there's a scale to who to assist.

Not only that he made an send 10 000 pictures and still not satisfied. I find this is ridiculous when my warranty is still effective.
All my pictures are clear and I have resend several. Every time I send a picture he will say send new one when it's photo is very clear.

This is such a disappointment and I will never buy products from dewatt again

I bought a leaf blower Thinking that all my batteries would fit it from all of my default tools, but no Had to have a $200 battery to go with it. They put a picture of all the tools on the box, making you believe that all your batteries will fit it.

Brand new Dewalt 7 1/4 inch circular saw didn't even last through a three amp battery before the side brake got stuck on, and the side would make run rotation and stop complete piece of garbage. No paint even got were off the blade before the thing broke.

Disappointed
I purchased a Dewalt cordless 60 volt edger/trimmer. The total cost without tax was $398.99. The edger and trimmer are separate attachments. The first time I used the edger the plastic guard broke. Now, six months later the 60 volt battery won't hold a charge and I have a yard that is less than 1/8 acre. I make sure that it is fully charged when I begin but half way through the trimming, the battery dies. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS DEWALT PRODUCT and would never make this purchase again.

The switches in Dewalt tools are unreliable and poor quality. I have had 2 switches on palm sanders go bad in just hours of use. They want as much to replace it as it cost. They use to be bad ass tools, now they are just bad. What a shame!!!!!

I bought a new dewalt framing gun and I have a couple of issues with the way it is designed. You should be able to load the gun with one hand, the slide should lock back in the open position and the nail holder should be able to hold 2 clips of 6d nails.Otherwise I really like it

Wors t tools I ever have spead 800 dollar on tools that should be in trash and I got XR and still trash

DISAPPOINTED. As a company owner who has mountains of dewalt tools I was extremely disappointed when dewalt gave me the (6 HOUR on phone) run around on a $1,400.00 tile saw that was only a year old. I wasn't trying to get it replaced only trying to get it serviced. They told me on phone It came with 2 year warranty but I have to ship saw from VA to TX but warranty probably won't cover it. $1,400 with a 2 year and I have to trust my saw makes it to TX AND WONT BE COVERED...WHAT A JOKE. I ended up fixing saw myself. I'm done with dewalt and buying Milwaukee. Service is everything, but not to dewalt. Guess that's why they closed the VA service center. What a joke

Sturdy tough system 2.0. The unstacking and stacking of tool boxes can get to be a bit much especially when they are heavy. Was excited for the drawer system but then realized the can't be locked which defeats purpose of getting the entire system.

DeWalt customer service is horrendously bad. I purchased a pressure washer that was missing the green nozzle and spent hours on the phone over and over, online, sent emails, left phone messages with no return calls, followed links, all to no avail. This rates as one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had and has insured I'll never buy another Dewalt product again. What should be simple, has turned into a time consuming dead-end over an item that was missing from a purchase. I've been in the trades for 50 years where equipment and tool word of mouth is everything. and I have nothing good to say about Dewalt.

Dewalt tools should all come with the bag. Framing nailer DWF83PL and circular saw DCS391. I have an enclosed trailer full of tools 90 percent dewalt and I am confused with why no bag comes with these to keep them safe from dust etc.

Anyone who is currently using DeWalt Tools for their business need "Seriously Reevaluate that decision and look elsewhere. Purchased a commercial pressure wash and the pump failed is four (4) months, any warranty is for 12 months on the pump but they are no standing behind that warranty, I only used is for 6 jobs . Customer service just give you the run around stay they will check it out and call you back but that call never come so you call again and get the same promise that they will call you back. What a joke.

I made an online purchase and once my order was received it was incomplete. I purchased a 60v Brushless weed eater with battery and charger included ; however upon unboxing no charger or battery was included; they even forgot the instructions...

I called Dewalt and after multiple calls I speak to a supervisor. She wasn't only rude and unprofessional but she stated "Sir you just need to be patient ; you order will ship in late April or mid May. Please note that I made the purchase early March.

The service Was Incompetent and DWALT did not take accountability. They just don't care for there customers.

DeWalt has become a poor product brand to purchase for your company. I bought a dcd778 brushless hammer drill and within the 3 year warranty period the gears stripped. I cannot get a customer service rep on the line. Turned out i am stuck with the bad product. Oh well, my loss. Guess I will go with Bosch or Milwaukee. Three all my DeWalt tools away

Purchased a DCF892 Impact Wrench, after 4 months it jammed and does not work. The store I bought it from will not help, Dewalt's only options are drive 1+ hours one way & drop at repair place or mail to their (a different) facility and wait 6+ weeks (neither a good option for a tool used in a working shop). Disappointing to say the least. Hate to start replacing my tools with a different brand but thinking Snap's warranty policy is worth the extra money

I have 2 20 volt battery chargers and 2 20 volt batteries that I got in a package deal for Christmas from my kids and my chargers has quit working and the batteries won't charge up either. And I was wondering if DeWalt stood behind their products and would make these good if I sent them in. I called the Lowe's store in Laurel Ms which is where I think they bought them at but I received no help there. Just gave me the run around. So if I can't get these replaced I will never own another DeWalt product for anything. Thanks

I bought a battery gun model DCN680 and in 3 months it broke. I contacted dewalt because I no longer have the receipt. I was told to try online help and they want to charge me 70% of the amount I paid for the DCN680 gun to fix it. I will lose my money I paid but I want everyone to know. Do not buy Dewalt because they are tools that give many defects and when you need them they are not able to fix it.

Last time I have purchased a tool from this company. They offer an extended warranty, which was impossible to register online, due to IT glitch. Once got talking to them (2 days later), they wanted evidence from me to prove that their website was duff.
As far as I am concerned, its the absolute cesspit of customer service.
I do not believe that customer is always right, but Customer Care should be about customer's experience, not hounding him/her down.
Good riddance to you DeWalt!

I own $1000 of dewalt tools (stupid me). I have been trying over a month to get 5 batteries replaced. After over one month I get one box, one protective device to send in my batteries. Stupid people at dewalt can't count past one. I am ashamed of buying even one dewalt tool made by such a terrible company. I will now only buy Milwaukee tools or even Kobalt makes a better tool.

Would never buy DeWalt products they don't last.took twice to home Depot for repair, over two months and still waiting for my trimmer

On Home Depot's official website ordered Dewalt cordless drill kit DCD797D2. One battery pack is not responding not on the drill itself and not on charger. Next day made my trip to Home Depot for replacement. They didn't have it in stock. So representative told me that I can order online again, which I did. Today I got a package with my replacement of the same model Dewalt. Opened the box... Battery pack which is on the drill is not responding again not in charger neither. And this drill kit has weariness signs, scratches on the battery packs and drill driver itself.
Very disappointed with Home Depot and Dewalt.

Bought touch case connectable case system and struggled to open the plastic packaging. Their packaging is tougher than their bits! Not really, but ridiculously difficult to open. Totally excessive. Good example of old school wasteful packaging.

emailed Dewalt on a warranty claim for a worn screwdriver set. they replied its under warranty and gave me a order id and a order number. after one month and three e-mails which they never responded to still no screwdriver set.

I whis you guys make the reciprocating saw more compact whit the same 20 volt battery something isn't to bulky to put on a belt for electricians I know you guys have but still they are to heavy and bulky to bring on a lift or a ladder

Posted by Burns plumbing

Had a battery that would not charge. Called service and they immediately said they would send me a new one, I know dewalt is price but with a warranty like that how can you beat it? So costumer service great!

I am very happy with my impact drill set. I recently changed the tires on my truck and my heavy duty impact (different brand) couldn't loosen the lug nuts but I used my little Dewalt and it zipped them right off. It was so powerful it broke a 1/2" driver. I will never again buy anything other than a Dewalt product. Thank you for creating a quality reliable tool.

Hello, so I got the first Dewalt 16 gauge nail gun battery powered in 2004 and it's lasted a very long time and it finally burned out last week what a great tool with an 18 year life I was very excited when I first got it and was still very happy with the performance anyway I'm hoping that there's a chance I can send my gun back to Dewalt to have it fixed because it's been An amazing addition to my tools I'm a carpenter with 30 years of experience and a satisfied customer please let me know what I should do next. Thank you also I lived in St. Louis Missouri when I got the gun and now I live in Maui Hawaii

Did you ever notice that people can always find the time to leave a bad review but have little time to leave a good one. My experience with DeWalt is nothing but positive. Just about all my tools are DeWalt. Out of all of them I have only had one failure. The nice folks at DeWalt were ready to help and went above and beyond to resolve the problem. DeWalt is a company that listens to customer's concerns and acts quickly in finding a solution.

Thank you DeWalt!

Couldnt be happier with the customer service. I told them my problem and they were able to fix it within 5 min. Getting a new 5 AH battery in the mail next week!

My parents had a house fire a week ago and included in the total loss was just about every dewalt tool you have. As my dad is a carpenter and swears by dewalt. We found one drill that is completely melted to the battery and still works!!!! Now if that's not a TOUGH drill I don't know what is! My dad would be very happy to give Dewalt some advertisement!

Posted by Gearjammer

Customer service ok. DeWalt tool terrible . Orbital sander is junk. After 30 minutes of use it broke . Tool repaired and used it 30 more minutes and something else is broke . After 90 days they wont give a refund so you are stuck with a junk tool that cost $158.00.I will never buy anything with DeWalt name on it again.

Hello. I'm a handy man in the Boulder CO area. Today I met a young man at the Boulder HD. His name was Edward. He did a great job answering my question and I purchased $300 + in DeWalt products.

I would very much appreciate it if I could contact him and express my appreciation.

Thanks,

Mr. Kim Summeril
