Estee Lauder Customer Service

Horrible customer service- I will never buy any product of Estée Lauder EVER.

I ordered 3 tubes of Sumptuous Extreme Mascara. They arrived as expected but the mascara was thick, dry & lumpy. I'd received a sample which was wonderful, but the tubes I was sent seemed old. So disappointed!

the people who answer your customer service phones don't know your products at all. it's pitiful. i had a whole new bottle of white linen body lotion taken at the airport because it was too big. $70 bucks up in smoke! i called to ask if it came in a smaller size. i was told a travel size was available as part of a gift package from you, but i had to pay $69 for the gift!



this was after calling twice and finally educating the C/S rep on this particular one of your products! she had no idea what i was talking about, which is why i hung up the first time.



I buy tons of your stuff every year. can i just buy a travel size tube of WL body lotion for my next flight? seems only right, given what i buy yearly from you.

I was told I would receive two "samples" with my order. I did not receive any.

I ordered Youth Dew and did not receive my free samples. Please advise.

To whom it may concern: I have been using estee lauder fragrances for 40 years now. My favorite Azuree! I almost went ballistic when it was rumored many years ago that it was not going to be made available any more. Happily that did not come to pass.

What I really would like you to be aware of is this: my husband who has been buying me Azuree for 30 years now, went to Macy's (Hicksville NY) Estee counter and the girls there told him they never heard of Azuree. I'm aware that it has been around for a long time, but if you are representing a company shouldn't you be adept at what you are selling? Embarrassingto say the least. It was a birthday gift for me. Luckily the women in Roosevelt field did not have the same problem.

Just came back from Macy's after buying my favorite signature fragrance, Spellbound. Not only do I hate the new bottle design, but it appears the fragrance has been altered in some way. I have been buying this fragrance for over twenty five years and know it very well. As a matter of fact, I still have a bottle of the older one. Why would you want to change something that has been tried and true and has many loyal customers? Not happy at all. I just might stay with my summer fragrance of Yves St. Laurant's Paris for my all year round fragrance.

Sick of finding no products in store here in Simi Valley California Its a constant - here you are running a promo snd no one can find the product - all out is the familiar refrain at the counter snd its been like that for years
Asked why snd am told buyers are told needs snd they ignore employees requests so I thought it was time a customer contacted you
I'm done - I am weary of your lousy customer service and it's been like this for years today we spent 45 minutes looking for the large size of makeup river that comes with the kit snd none in entire store. As I said this is always the case and perhaps it's time you fired your buyers and found someone who can do the job properly.

I like Estee Lauder products very much, but I find difficult to buy it. I am talking about sales assistant based in Bradford Boots... She never there ?! or if you will get lucky and find this girl, she will be unhappy to see you, she makes me feel like I am unwished customer. she doesn't communicate, doesn't give advise. No effect to make a sale. very unmotivated girl.

So, I went Christmas shopping for my grandmother, and she really loves Estee Lauder makeup so I went to buy her something. I was just looking for a day cream, so I went to the Estee Lauder section. For some reason, this lady expected me to buy a full set which was a 1000$??? so i said nooo and she goes on to say, "well there is a cheaper set for 600$." I am a student and obviously would not buy a makeup set for that much money for myself.. I mean I would have loved to buy my grandmother the sets but she would probably not even approve if I had bought her them.. anyway, i tell her I just want a day cream which was 90$, and her face just turns emotionless.. she looks at me like she was annoyed of me for buying just the day cream! i felt so humiliated I couldn't even think what to do at the moment. I wish I just threw the cream at her face.. I don't know if it was just her but never again estee lauder. Your customer service is horrible.

Have used your products most of my adult life---loved all of them---only problem was this order--called directly and from the first, the order taker spoke so quickly I couldn't understand her--asked her twice to slow down, to no avail--I ordered products for dry skin, but rec'd "normal" skin products--love the free samples, but after listening carefully, and mentioning that I used neither make-up nor eye products, I was sent make-up remover and mascara--I'll keep what I recd since I'm traveling soon--but next time I'll call a second time if I can't communicate with your people--

For 3 weeks I have been trying to get a Mauve lipstick from Estee Lauder and there is no such thing. The one I purchased in the store the first time was more Coral- took it back - #2 was Pink - took it back- I even ordered one delivered to me by mail - still no good- went to the store. I was told by the sales clerk to pick out my own since my idea of Mauve and hers was differant. I have wasted more time and money then ever before. When you put the lipstick on it is not what is shown in the tube. I will never waste my time with Estee Lauder again.

I have been using Estee Lauder - Beyond Paradise Body Lotion for years and have gotten numerous compliments
"everytime" I use this body lotion. I cannot tell you how
much I love...love.. this body lotion. So, it is with a heavy heart that I was informed of the discontinuation of this product. I went out to numerous stores, outlets, any one that sold this product at the time ...and bought as many as I could get...hoping that Estee Lauder will realize the grave mistake made and return the product to the dedicated fans, like myself. To date, this has not happen and I am reaching out to you to PLEASE bring it back. Also, I am running low on my stock and will be in "panic mode" very soon.
