I visit your store in November of 2023 had a problem in the restaurant. I have been calling customer service for 2 months no response. I see why service in your restaurants is so poor if management can't return calls to find out about problems.

I have an issue with a manager in Palm Bay Florida Daniel Collins I used to go there all the time I haven't been in a while since this incident he's a sexual harassing my daughter and I don't appreciate it she's young and it's not professional it's supposed to be a place of business it's on 880 Palm Bay road Palm Bay Florida so now me and my family have to travel to Orlando to a Golden corral just to avoid harassment from this manager. It's a place of business it is not professional it's disgusting and I'm thinking about calling your lawyer..

Visited Spokane Golden Corral on 8/9/23 2 pm. There was a lack of food. No chicken, no taco makings, no pineapple, no watermelon, no fresh fruit, less than 1/2 the desserts had any available left on the servers. Of the dozens of times we have visited, worst lack of food ever. The waitress was great, (tipped well) but clearly ashamed by the lack of food.
Hope next time is up to the usual par!

It was crazy busy and not enough belt. Our waitress was so beautiful at checking out the group of young guys leaving she never came back! I finally got up and got my husband a refill on his sweet tea!!!! Plus... I was charged almost 4.00 for a cup of coffee!!! No way, won't be back!

Went to the Golden Coral in frederick md to eat the food was ok but when I went to take my granddaughter to the bathroom it was like walking into the a landfill yard toilets over flooding with paper just all together horrible. Horrible. Can't believe all.that money they make they can pay someone to clean restrooms like they should be. Just can't believe it. Do you not care

Me and my sister went to golden corral on the 9 this month and I paid for both of us cost me 28.35 and the lady chance my sister for her food I tried to tell her but she wood not listen to my I want my money back for one person I think she doesn't need to work there

The food was cold even the steaks that came off the grill and the some of the food was cooked to long and the fish was raw was not very happy and would not recommend this golden corral.. and there's no senior citizen discounts but 50 cent which they might as well kept.. I won't be back again until these issues are fixed and the cooks start caring about the food they are cooking for their customers..

I take care of my mother 12 years that is paralyzed due to a stroke and has an onsite of dementia. I like the fact that golden corral has home style meals for my mother at a reasonable price like on Mon and tues and of course we go in to eat because it is too much for take out. However on occasions as my mother is 72 and the dementia make it difficult not to mention being paralyzed I have no choice some times to do take out from there and do you know how much I pay for 2 meals 1 salad and desert almost 80 dollars there is one manager that helped with a small discount to which I am so grateful the others are definantly not good with customers in need I'm not good with computers I would show a picture of what we were charged for fyi it cost ours 20 dollars to eat in mind you this is the same meal we take out and 2 or 3 times a week at 80 dollars a night that is expensive let me share why we eat out my mother thinks we are poisoning her with salt of course we are not and I love my mother and want her to eat Well. and if that's what she wants that's what I get and Mr Devin sir I appreciate the discount on rare occasions it helps thank you so much for seeing into our situation I hope you do not get into trouble on our account the other managers didn't care and looked angry I don't ask for much but I'm doing this all by myself oh and my mother worked for years at golden corral the first one Chinese is even cheaper by 40 bucks because they know when we can we eat in

I took my daughter-in-law and 6 grandchildren to eat at Golden corral in Sherman Texas .they overcharged me which they fixed but then the youngest grandchild is six and something was wrong with the cold bar, the pineapple was sour. I got cucumbers and they were frozen and it was just a horrible ordeal.. the grandkids were excited to go but then they were very disappointed. I spent 118.00 dollars and we couldn't eat everything that was offered because the food was spoiled. The desert bar had a horrible smell like something was soured. I love to take my grandkids to Golden Corral and it always cost me a lot of money but to see them smile it's worth it but they didn't smile this last time. Very disappointing.

Very disappointed. The service was horrible we sat there for 1hr15 min with no service at all. We had to get up and go get our own drinks. The ice cream was completely out and when asked about it was told they didn't have time to fill it up.

Had a family meal on March 5, 2023. Anderson Indiana location. First issue fountain pops are all or about all empty. Second issue plates are dirty. ALL OF THEM! MANAGER CONSULTED!! She says night shift left them dirty and dishwasher is broken. These 2 things ruined our meal!!! Never Never going to a Golden Corral again!!!

My complaint was at your location on 101 Volvo Pkwy, chesapeake va 23320, was there around 1:30 pm, was out of chicken breast, lots of items was out on bar, no plates on salad bar, when ask cook, about missing item on bar, they get attitude, do you all have mistry shoppers, if you do they could tell you how your business is ran.very poor operation, poor management, no one is in charge. So sad.

Was at the golden corral on battlefield va, today around 1:30 pm, very bad service, ran out of chicken breast, no plates on salad bar, lots of items out on bar, when ask the cook , when will they will be bringing items out,they gets a bad attitude
I don't know what happened to this golden corral, it has went down, poor operation, do you all have mistry shoppers? They could you let you know how your business is ran .

I sent a complaint on Feb 21 and haven't heard a word back, pertaining to the Shiloh,Il. restaurant. Bathrooms very dirty and toilet hangers broke, the door handles won't work, lots of food items was terrible

Went with my family and the service was awful. Paid $4 for our drinks with no refills. Server wasn't removing our plates so they were piled up on our table preventing us to get more food. I put our plates on another table and a different server yelled at us for making another table dirty. I explained our server wasn't taking our plates. The other server told us to stop. We left without getting a refill or dessert. WILL NOT BE RETURNING

Bellevue Ne. Manager was rude and not reasonable about over charging my daughter that's only 11 years old and her friend 12 years old for adult price. Wouldn't refund the kids for kids price. We like eating there, but that upsets me when we're not being treated like how a customer should be treated.

Went to Golden Corral in Weslaco Tx for breakfast this morning. We're retired Winter Texans on a fixed income so every penny counts. We got our breakfast, which was ice cold, the place was filthy. My husband complained to two managers and they didn't do anything or acknowledge him. We go to the one in HarlingenTx and is usually very good, food is hot and they are always cleaning it. We will be telling all of our Winter Texans friends about the conditions of the Weslaco place.

I was at golden corral on Taylorsville & Hikse lane in Louisville,ky with my grandkids around 6:45pm on 2/10/23. The line was out the door. they held the line up while someone was waiting for the rest of their party to show up and then rushed them to the front of the line. I will never go there again.

We showed up at 7pm and were told that they were locking the doors at 7:30 due to the 1 inch of predicted snow. So in the hurry to eat and get out i forgot my purse. I want to thank the staff member who turned my purse in but next time maybe leave the money that was in it alone. You obviously needed it more then me and my family.

Just finished good hot Thanksgiving meal at Golden Corral. We, the wife and I, left full, satisfied and most grateful. To be sure, they were giving up their holiday for us to provide an experience that we will remember, at least until Christmas.

I really use to enjoy eating at Golden Corral Food but it's food is not as good when I first started eating there.The potatoes are hard,the chicken is bloody,no cheese for your broccoli,you ask for well done steak and they give you are bloody steak.I don't eat bloody food I don't like my food with blood.Then when you go and talk to someone you don't understand them.Food is cold half the time

I stupidly left my purse at the table at the Golden Corral in Wilmington, NC. Not only was the purse worth some money but I had $150 cash inside, credit cards, and professional ID in there.

I NEVER thought I'd see it again. But my server, Candy, held on to it and eventually put it in the safe. I realized I had left it the next day and was able to retrieve it.

So thankful for honest people. Oh and her service was exceptional.

Store Rock Hill.

We went for lunch today and I was so pleased. I asked for popcorn shrimp and was told they are not for dinner which was fine, however your employee Darrick quietly offered to make me some! Customer service like thus is rare and I was so surprised.

I just want to give him a "cudo" and GREAT JOB and let you know you have an amazing employee that goes above and beyond.

I appreciate Rock Hill Golden Correl. One common question I have due to the rewards program 1dollar 1 point. #2711 rock hill breakfast senior is 11.09 yet we're always charged 1dollar extra every time. This is securing after freeze it appears. SC is a no tax area but food tax isn't a full dollar. I'm not into complaining but this is suspicious. Just asking. Thx

My name is Marilyn Hilton,I've been going to Golden Corral since it open here in Kingman az. I've seen disappointing moments with food and service over time.So since you hired YenyMaza she has been doing a super great job, she has brought the restaurant back around where it should be, she great with the customers, the employees, but most of all she cares about the food and how it should be prepared. I fell she should be recognized on a great job she doing as manager. Thank you

My family and friends recently visited Myrtle Beach for several days. We happened to eat at the Myrtle Beach Golden Corral three times during our stay. All three of the dinners were very nice.
One person on all three of our visits really stood out. She is a waitress named WONDERFUL. She greeted us with a smile and made sure we had a table large enough so my family and friends had enough room to enjoy ourselves. We were very well cared for during our meals. Some examples would be our glasses never ran out of beverage, and she kept the dirty plates and utensils cleared quickly. She even brought us complimentary coffee to sip on while enjoying our desserts. She thanked us a couple of times for visiting GC and welcomed us to come back soon. Especially during these trying times, I thought GC Management would appreciate hearing of such a wonderful lady being part of the Golden Corral family. In our opinion, Golden Corral should feel honored to have her as part of your team.

We went to Golden Corral in Tracy, CA for the DAV annual dinner salute to veterans. Food was good as was the service.

Two things I noticed that were changed. The selection of freezer ice cream is gone. Replaced by a Slushy machine. Bring back the great ice cream. Adults don't like Slushys. Secondly, my wife and I wanted some turkey breast. The carver behind the line carelessly slammed the large cooked breast on the cutting board and chopped some meat off and put it on my plate. I told him that he cut the meat with the grain and it should be thinner slices not a chunk. Breast meat is dry anyway, cutting it correctly is more appealing and save GG money because it isn't wasted and thrown away. I was an Army Food Service NCO and know about these things. GG needs to train these young cooks techniques on food presentation and proper cutting without waste and make the store more profitable and professional.

Went to Golden Corral Friday 9-17-21 ...Store 0625
Server was KJ ....I don't live in this area but was there on business.
KJ in one word was: EXCELLENT!!!
I've been. server many years ago and can tell when I am getting bad, good and excellent service.
KJ whom I'd never met before should be used as an example of What To Do and How To Do It.
I drink a LOT of sodas and I never had to ask for a refill, it was there always on time...he would prebus my table every time Ieft napkins or safety glove on it...all the while keeping everyone else around me just as satisfied...I was watching them and he without them knowing of course...one lady had a baby in a highchair and when she left KJ Immediately cleaned the highchair and removed it from the area and I could tell by what other customers were saying and commenting to him that he had also pleased them with his service.
I also brought it to the attention of one of the managers to make sure he was recognized for his perfect service to me.
Thanks KJ I hope when I am in this area again that I can get you as my server again!

I forgot to mention, after I paid for my meal and before I had even picked a table to sit at, I dropped one of the receipt I was carrying on the floor and before I could bend down to pick it up, a guy saw it and quickly picked it up and handed it to me...Guess who..yes KJ ,,,and that was before I knew he would be my server yet before I sat down.

I visited Golden Corral today on Miller lane in Dayton Ohio. My experience was unbelievably. My server who name was Linda. She was remarkable .She checked on me throughout my visit .. Out of all the years I have gone to different restaurant I have never had a server concerned about the guest.She is awesome and I appreciate her very much .Great JOB.

On December 12,2020, you had two AWESOME employees at your Golden Corral #0928 Florence, SC resturant that saved the morning for my Granddaughter. My Granddaughter was graduating from Frances Marion University that morning. Therefore; we all wanted to eat together. We could not wait to reserve the party room, but Heather Martin and Cindy Hopkins made it work! We got the party room, did social distancing, wore our masks, and had a great breakfast with our Graduate before she walked across the stage to receive her BA degree.
To top it off.....Cindy announce my Granddaughter and another graduate in the resturant, over the intercom, and congratualted them!!!
This was one of a kind service!

On Nov. 25th, I purchased 7 - $25 Golden Corral Gift cards (Christmas gifts) because I would receive a $5 Bonus Bucks card for each one. What a Deal! I got the $25 gift card in a week, but no $5 Bonus Buck cards which are only good from Jan. 1 - Feb. 8. I called their gift card support number 3 times over the next 3 weeks with no help. I got generic emails from them, but no answers. I emailed them 4 times and got 1 response that was computer generated. Finally, I discovered this website and the corporate phone number. On Dec. 27, I called the corporate office at about 9:30 a.m. EST and told a very helpful, kind lady about my dilemma with the 7 - $5 Bonus Bucks Cards. I explained all that I had done to get the issue resolved to no avail. She apologized that my order had not been complete and for the lack of fulfillment. She said she would send out the 7 Bonus BuckS cards through UPS that day. I was very hopeful. Today is Dec. 29 and I received the 7 cards, a very nice letter, and 2 - $5 Gift Cards FREE. Thanks to this website, my issue with Golden Corral has a happy ending for me. THANK YOU contacthelp.com

Why does your Bay County Fl.Store treat it's employees so badly ? I am going to call the better business bureau and the work force. I watched your employees being abused verbally for nothing they were working hard. There is a crackerbarell opening up right down the road be careful.....

I am a current employee an the Golden Corral in Sumter SC. This is my second time around working for Golden Corral. I really love my job. The management team at this location needs serious evaluation. They arent fair. 3 members of management are immediate family. All of my fellow servers are great at their job. It's not fair for some servers gonna be 5 to 7 shifts and others servers are left with one or two shifts. We all have families and lives to support. Why not make the shifts equally spread? I don't think it's fair fornthe GM's wife to take shifts from servers that were there prior to their arrival. We all had 4 to 5 shifts each. The days are being cut from select servers and slowly the GM's wife is picking them up, as if no one is noticing. We no longer have employee meetings. These were very important, as they gave employees the opportunity to voice concerns. The latest issue is how they have the servers competing with the In Moment surveys. I understand it is a requirement, but management has told us, whomever gets the most mentions for the week, can make their own schedule, taking anyone's shift that they want. They said it was corporates idea. It may be, but it certainty causes a lot of tension among the servers. I have worked under 3 different GM's during my time working at Golden Corral and never have any of them been as unfair and nonchalant as the current GM.

I recently did an interview at your Gulfport ms restaurant, Brent was the manager. He told me I was hired . I couldn't find my ss card so I ordered one and Brent told me I have a job in a couple of days I received it 3 days to be exact . I called up there a couple times of day, and not during the busy hours after lunch and dinner rush . No reason for a manager not to be available, I called for 4 days. The girl answering the phone was rude , kept laughing playing on the phone. Saying well this is a manager ma'am what do u need , I asked her her name she refused . I called the next day no-one answered for hours. Hours. When I called yesterday a manager answered was so rude to me. I told him what happened with the girl that he probably personally knows considering how her behavior is and her not caring about her job. He didn't apologize, he did t care , all he said was we've moved on and hung up in my face. This is wrong i was so excited to work there. I'm intelligent and beautiful, I was disrespected and dismissed like trash. It's not fair I never even got a chance to prove myself. I would have done a hundred percent better than that girl on the phone. Brent offered me 8 an hour instead of 750 , He left the day he hired me or so someone told me.

Work for golden corrally in yuma az. We have a server that is always in the same section, great section, and he is completely horrible at doing any sidework. Everyone has to carry the load while working in a slower section making far less money. Very discouraging for many of the servers. No use in telling management. Any issues fall on deaf ears. No support.

I was an employee at the algonquin il location. The restaurant is disscussdingly dirty, the drain pipes for the sinks are not connected and those that are do not drain, the floors are dirty, food is left out in the back hall open, bathrooms are dirty and smell, the sanitizer system for washing dishes does not work. Management does not work together nor do they know what they are doing to run the facility. They have lost thier temper and fired employees for no reason. Many people get sick after or during thier meal and I stopped eating there and felt better. I have pictures of the kitchen with missing pipes, garbage in the hall way with food around and just showing how filthy the facility is. Many employees have quit over the management. The GM they had there was fired because he was actually doing his job and turning the buisness around and the existing managers didn't like the orders he was giving them.I had requested to have the plumbing fixed and the HVAC fixed but they wont
