Jvc Tvs Suck.....broken In 5 Months And Customer Service Does Not Exist. Trying To Resolce An Issue With A 5 Month Old Tv And Get Nothing But Resistance And Delay Wiith No Commitment To Attempt To Resolve The Return Or Refund Of The Tv Price.

Contact Martin Brown At Jvc And Try To Get Anything Done...............terrible Tv And Customer Serice Does Not Exist.

I have had problems with the jvc android. Its screen shuts down only after 8 months of owning it. I've had to replace it now three times. Think I'm going to ask for my money back or store credit. Terrible brand!

Worst costumer service I ever received in my life . Wrote over 30 emails to validate my 58" JVC warranty. Never answered back . Only automated responses from costumer service system . Will never buy anything branded JVC again.

Very bad quality of LED TV and very poor service. My 55" TV got faulty 4 times and the last time it was sent for warranty service due to faulty display on November 2022. Till date (17/02/2023)no respond about the repair and return. Please don't buy JVC TVs

I would seriously never order from JVC again. Once you have received one of their items they expect you to have x-ray eyes. You are not allowed to open the box to check that the item is functioning and in good order and all items are within the box. You are expected to take their word for it. You are not allowed to check for your self. I would recommend to everyone never to buy from JVC. -10 out of 10

Just flat out terrible service, I will never buy a JVC product again and I will tell everyone that I know, to avoid them like the plague. I am quite sure that I will never get my money back or the TV replaced or repaired by them. I've been given the old run around. Shame on you JVC

Terrible experience. If I could just get my money back instead of another JVC product I would. Customer service is a terrible experience and I have not got any help. It's been four months and no one will help me get my TV fixed. It's been a constant state of if they even call me back at the end of the week which they would claim to do but never even pick up the phone to call me. This is embarrassing on JVC's part due to them being such a "big" company. If anything, all I see is a major scam. Save your money. Don't buy from JVC. They don't care about their customers.

one ofg the worst built remote control
and the local dealer is the worst to help.
and when oi called the customer service they not willing to help.
and the service center without any checking done wants to change a mother board,and charge a huge lumpsum money for nothing.

My JVC TV had a backlight issue. I on multiple occasions have reached out to customer service via phone (20 times) and email (5 times) to no avail. Ive called the jvc tv department to sit on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. When I did reach someone at the main jvc customer service they stated they could not assit me and my case will be "escalated" (4 times) but have received 0 emails. Ive tried to contact a supervisor to get a voice recording of "no one can take your call" multiple times.
Utterly useless. Almost as useless as JVC having a "customer service" number. I have been working at this for two weeks now and at this rate, I see it going on for months or years. JVC has by far the worst customer service experience I have ever been subject to. Almost enough to warrant standing outside of shops that sell their products and urging future customers to stear clear. I just want my TV fixed and they have made it nearly impossible to accomplish.

My JVC Smart TV is stupid! Pre-loaded apps do not work, I had to re-download them from Google Play. does not keep date and time, therefore wifi does not work without resetting time and date every day. Google assistant does not work. Black screen and rebooting on its own quite often. NO SUPPORT. Being asking for help since week one, now month 8 and waiting for warranty service still. No reason for the hold up. I am very unhappy that I choose JVC, it will not happen again.

I bought my 32 inch Roku TV back on March 10th 2021 and by September 21st it had this bubble of missing pixels at the bottom of the screen so I contact JVC September 21st and after many emails and phone calls. today November 15th 2021 I finally get an email and they tell me.

"Thank you for contacting JVC support.

Upon closer inspection the TV screen seems to be cracked/physically damaged.

We regret to inform you that we do not cover warranty for physically damaged units."

The problem is the tv suffered no physical damage it is kept in a bedroom with the door shut all day and is only used at night also the screen has no cracks but they are trying to tell me it does. So now I have to go buy another TV and it certainly will not be a JVC.

I sent my jvc radio in for repair to United radio on the east coast. I could not find my receipt for it so I just sent it in for repair. Becky from United radio calls me and tells me I needed a new board it would be 85.00 for it and 16.50 for the shipping. I got on line and found my receipt so I sent it to them it was still in warranty. I get a call from United radio 2 days later telling me that my radio had corrosion and would not be covered under the warranty and my radio was not repairable. Call jvc talked to Leslie who thought he was some kind of god and let me know that the decision was in his hands and I needed to bow down so he could make his decision which he had already made to deny me of any help. I will ever waste my money on any jvc or kenwood products.

The tv is good ish, for streaming n watching tv, it will record only if u watching it n u know u can press the record button. I won't trust it to record a program on a timer, it never records! It the worst for recording. So my next tv own be a jvc. I won't be buying any of ur products ever again. Worst company for service, for recording. I have a £80 tv that records better n it see the hard drives straight off

I bought JVC smart TV in Dec 2019 game store King Williams Town for R5500. Got faulty took it back in March. They sent it back to me in July while it was still faulty. I sent it back to game stores still in July. It has been with them since then. What I am saying it's November Now, I only owned that plasma TV for only three months and the warranty expires in December. I want New TV as I will never take that one back from Game stores or be given the full refund.

JVC 70" TV's been dead since 9/21/20. They've done NOTHING. They've not answered a SINGLE e-mail. After about 4 calls/2 weeks I demanded to speak to someone at a higher level and they hung up on me. I called right back waited another 23 minutes and he recognized the number and hung up again. It's going on 5 weeks and about 3 calls per week and ZERO.

7/14/20 12:57pm, I called for service, my tv screen was blackout. On 8/4/20, World Electronics picked up my TV. I called Dionisio Medina TV repair guy 8/28/20, 9/11/20, 9/17/20, 9/18/20, 9/25/20. Dionisio said he will call me back everytime. Some info relayed was that a company call USA is supposed to send me a tV from California, but the place is closed due to Wildfire. I called JVC again, they said a manager would get in contact with me (last week), nothing happened, I called 9/25/20 and the agent said, no one has done anything about the status of your account. I asked for a supervisor on the phone, agent said he can't get me no supervisor and there is only an email that is allowed. JVC has my TV and my money. I need a refund of $216.49, ASAP. I will never buy a TV from JVC. JVC has stolen my money. I will give you one week, then I'm filing with civil court to help rectify the situation. From the first day I called, I have never received an email, I have told that everytime I called and no one checks to see if the email was written wrong. Please call me or email asap.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever seen, purchased a Tv model EM65FTR less than 5 years ago and just replaced the remote in March because it just stopped working, authorized dealer informed me there's a problem with the sensors on this televison are bad, JVC has been no help via email or phone, either no response or voice mail,PC Richard's where I purchased this from has since stop selling the JVC brand because there's known issue with this product, I would neither purchase nor reccomend this brand. Faulty product that you stuck the consumer with and really bad customer service, JVC should've recalled this product knowing it was an issue.

I have a JVC TV and the remote control unit is faulty (EM42) one of the buttons goes bad on a daily basis. one by one this poorly constructed remote controller has failed starting with the volume control and now I can no longer change the channel without surfing through all the channels. I suspect that aspect will go next. Just a piece of JUNK!!

I contacted JVC about a DVD/VHS recorder combo (SR-MV40U) Worst customer service help I have ever received. As a high school football coach, I bought thousands of dollars worth of equipment several years ago. (over 10 years). Because the equipment was over 10 years old, he would not even talk to me about my problem. He said buy a used one. He said he had no info on my unit if it was 10 years old. They should tell customers up front that they could care less about the products they sell after 10 years. I will tell everyone I know to stay away from JVC products.

My name is Shelia Freeman, I purchase an 55 inch Tv from Walmart after Thanks giving, I just got around to having it install, I am very unsatisfactory with this purchase, I can get my credit card receipt from the bank if needed. The sound is definitely not good, 348.00 was suppose to have be the flat slim Smart Tv it was flat slim not a smart tv. After just getting around to setting it up. I am deeply disappointed 😔.

I've had a JVC XL-MC100 for about 30 years and it's never been turn off for that period of time and it still functions as Well as the day I purchased it, a credit to the quality of the CD player

I wrote to JVC about my headphones, just a few months old and the ear pads already broken and impossible to clean. I received immediate response and offer to replace ear pads no questions asked; they had them couriered within 3 days. Outstanding service, and WAY above and beyond what I usually expect from customer service. Actually this reminds me of the great customer service common in Thailand.... many North American businesses could seriously benefit by adopting such philosophy.

I have two JVC products.
A DVRM1S and a BP100.
Both unfortunately, were out of warranty by a few days and they understood and took care
of all my concerns.
You have to know how to communicate what you expect for things to happen

With all of the bad things said about JVC's customer service I have to tell you that I was a little worried when my 42" Black Crystal TV just stopped working. I called their 800 number, got the information that I needed to do to get my TV fixed. I received my TV as a gift and did not have a receipt of purchase. Once I got a copy of the receipt I emailed them with the information. Two days later, I got a call from the service tech. He not only showed up on time, but it only took him 30 minutes to fix the problem. I am SO impressed with JVC service and the people they hire to do their repair work. Justice, my service tech was a very professional and knowledgeable young man. THANK YOU JVC you are the best. I will only buy JVC products from now on.

I bought a JVC boombox in 1995 and the only thing broke so far is the antenna. It has lived through college beer parties, bachelor pad, & kids. Not sure if this was luck, but if they make products like this then I highly recommend.

I just received a JVC Dvr150. I had trouble hooking it up to my cable/tv system. I called JVC. Within 60 seconds a rep was on the phone. He guided me through the process seemlessly. I was very pleased by the service.

I had purchase a Everio Camcorder. The CD Software would not work. I contacted JVC and spoke to a gentleman named " Joe " Employee # 6081. In less than 5 minutes he took care of the problem and shipped me the new software at no cost. Great Job Joe! He is an employee that shows the true meaning of what Customer Service is all about...taking care of the Customer. JVC you need to keep this man and give him a raise!

I used to work for JVC UK Customer Services, until I made comments about their so called agreement with Comet to sell JVC badged Televisions as exclusives on a public forum. What people do not realise is JVC never supplied us with new products, so how do customers expect support? JVC/Comet are ideal partners they fob customers off with lies all the time. A word of advise would be never to purchase a Television from Comet cause you will get no support, you will be unlikely to get it repaired cause parts are not available, lose the remote never get a genuine one but a universal one will be sold to you that does not control all functions. JVC Managers knew of the complaints just ignored them all eh Mr Broadbent. I am glad to no longer represent them.
