KIA OF CAPE CORAL, FL. I had a damaged front wheel cover guard and it took a long time to order. Made 2 calls and left 2 voicemails to check on status. Dropped in and service rep. told me she never got the voicemail, she checked with parts and it had been at the dealership since before Christmas ( this is now late Jan). Made an appt. to get the part placed, 1 hour later, the service rep comes out with a 3 page list of immediate issues that needed to be addressed. The worst of which was an oil leak so severe " you should not be driving the car". They did have a loaner available and she quoted 3200$ to replace the oil leak alone. Decided to leave and take it to our local mechanic, who thoroughly examined the car today: NO oil leak, he did replace the wipers and cabin air filter....132$ TOTAL service cost. Just unconscionable scam. Overall have been satisfied with car performance but will never take car to dealership for service.

The absolute worst. We returned our car two weeks ago and the Kia finance website has us listed as 12 days late on our payment. Calling them is a time sucking vortex of pain. They are the absolute worst.

Fayetteville KIA sent out flyers indicating a prize giveaway. The flyer had three chances at winning. My flyer indicated I was the winner of $1000.00. I called the phone number on the flyer and entered the code on the flyer and was told via recording that yes I was a winner. I went to the dealership to claim my prize, only to be told that I had to speak to a salesman. I explained to him I had a new car and was not interested in buying a car. He said I was only a winner if my code matched the codes on a display board in the showroom. My code did not match any of those codes. This is nothing but a scam. I would like to know what prize the recording had indicated I had "won". I feel like the dealership owes me the gas I used to get to and from the dealer. (Over 100 miles traveled). I would never buy a KIA product!!!!!!

I have a 2019 kia Optima. No my car has not been stolen as of yet but the issue I have is that my car has been in the shop under warranty since august waiting on a part that's not available in the United States or Korea.... No word of when the part is coming being made... I have a 2 2 year old daughter and a demanding job I have to drive to and from to. The dealership does not offer loaner vehicles and was told they would reimburse a rental. The problem with that is rental fees, paying the notes on the vehicle, and insurance coverage is completely out of my budget. I can't continue like this any longer! Help!

I spoke to customer service yesterday about setting me up with auto pay. I had a very difficult time understanding him as he spoke very quickly. Besides that he kept saying my incorrect payment figure. After giving him all my information and saying it was all set up he said he needed to do it with my debit card instead. At that point I became suspicious and told him I changed my mind. I have always done auto pay for my vehicles and never had this much trouble setting it up. I will be calling again today to make sure they won't be taking anything out of my bank account.

My car was stolen on May 30 house a rental for a month and then paying for four months of a rental out-of-pocket. OK I want to offer the thousand dollar credit because my insurance covered the loan the car was found totaled and I am emotionally for a part because I drive using my car to get to and from work with sometimes can be an hour away. Hopefully, Kia can get back to me and make this right.

Due to a recall that can cause my Kia to catch on fire, I was told to park it outside and away from other vehicles and buildings and keep it parked until recall is fixed. BUT, get this, there is no remedy with no ETA. I called Kia and they said there is nothing they can do. WHAT? they said basically drive it and if it catches on fire, they could address it. I asked if they would reimburse for a rental due to this and they bluntly said NOPE.
Horrible that this company would put lives in jeopardy.

I have a 2016 KIA Optima Oil problems since day one !! From Lafayette Ind. Service Dept kepts telling me how it's more less my fault my car has been towed 3 times for no oil !! Never buy a kia from Lafayette Ind .we all know KIA engines have a oil problem!!!!

My Kia car has an engine problem when I spoke with Kia they are giving me a song and dance. Firstly, I have to do a diagnostics test which cost 140 plus tax the wait for 1000KM then do another diagnostics test are these ppl crazy are we picking the money off the tree. the first test they should find the problem...money grab...apparently, it is a manufacture problem and they are aware of the problem but letting the customers know. I am advising customers be aware of the problems don't purchase this vehicle..the dealership are over pushing you around to make money off you.

I will NEVER get another Kia as long as I live. I will tell anybody who will listen that they should not either. I leased a sportage from Kia in Smithtown. They made a mistake on the my second bill, they apologized and then they put a deficit on my credit. They got my license suspended and my broker had to fix their mess. He stated that Kia really botched the situation and it was crazy to fix. They charged me $250 for diagnostics on my air conditioner and then did not fix it. The Assistant manager said that there is a point of impact. It could have been a stone In The road. He proceeded to say "you would be surprised how many people come in because if that" Well it sounds like there cars are not durable and they hold you responsible. The warranty states it's covered unless consumer abuses it. Well I did not go under there will a hammer. I sent emails and letter to everybody all the way up to corporate and was completely ignored. I called Kias internal consumer affairs, they gave me a case number and said that someone would be calling me within 24 hours. Well that never happened. At this point I just want to return this car and be done with Kia FOREVER! I am now returning my lease and they better not be looking for all kinds of fees or I will have to go to court. I am so disgusted that this type of customer service is allowed. :-(

My car has been setting at the Kia lot for 8 weeks now. My transmission went out it's a 2019 Kia Sorento. Been trying to get an approval from Kia to fix it, it is still under warranty. Every week they keep asking the technician to check this and check that. In the meantime I'm having to rent a car because they don't have a loaner car. I'm so pissed I have purchased 5 Kia's this is my last Kia I will own. I'm done with Kia

I have been on the phone with Kia customer service for over 30 minutes they have transferred me from one person to another because I got a paper in the mail stating that I need a will like because they've been stealing the type of Kia that I now possess. I held on the phone for over 30 minutes and then a person answered the phone and hung up twice after being on the phone for over an hour trying to get some customer service this is the worst customer service I've ever had ever I have no knowledge of why they would even send letters out to customers and then not help us when we can't get the website to pop up she even told me that the website was having trouble and she transferred me to someone else which I said an additional 30 minutes. This is horrible horrible customer service or lack of.

Kia is the worst car you can buy! Forget it if you need service! They will try everything in their power to make it seem like it's your fault and make you pay for any repairs! Plus, they will make you pay diagnostic fees on warranty work! Who does that? The warranty that you spend your hard earned money is no more valuable than the toilet paper in your bathroom. It means nothing! I just had a service manager at the dealership after that their engines are junk and told me to drive my Kia until the engine blew up, they weren't going to fix it! Kia needs to stop making cars and fade away!

Kia is stealing my money.

In March of this year, our 2023 Kia Telluride (3rd Kia in a row), that we lease through Kia, was involved in an accident. Since March, our Kia has been sitting at the repair shop awaiting parts that Kia cannot provide. 6 months later, no parts, no eta, and the parts can't even be ordered yet. This is unacceptable. This should be criminal. We are leasing a Kia, through Kia, paying Kia, and Kia refuses to provide the parts to fix it. Kia has told me there is no one at Kia that can help me and that my issue is with my dealer. They want me to lease a near totaled car that I can't drive for 3 years because Kia can't provide the parts to fix it.

You crooks have blocked me on social media, you delete my posts, and hang up on me. You are a disgrace, no integrity, no morals, no ethics.

I am going to quit making my lease payments to Kia for the Kia vehicle they won't provide the parts to fix. Kia can come repo it from Sonny's body shop in Traverse City, MI, bring a flatbed.

I've been considering buying a Kia but wanted to know which dealerships are not charging the market adjustment fee. I called consumer affairs four times but could not get through in a timely manner.Called Corporate and the operator put me through to a person.After explaining the problems I had with calling consumer affairs and asking my original question, the guy giggled an said I needed to speak to consumer affairs. Through my protests he put me back on hold with consumer affairs. I tried numerous ties to re contact corporate. Financial couldn't help me. All other times the line went dead. If the customer service is this bad before I buy,Why would I buy ?

I took my Kia to the Quirk Kia in Braintree, MA for service. They kept the car 3 weeks! Not once was I called with updates or even to be told what was wrong or being done. I had to initiate every contact through the process. I was told there was no General manager and had absolutely no idea who "my one point of contact" was in the service department. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a service department or dealership. The place seems to be very disconnected and to be honest, the customer service is severely lacking!

My Kia Soul was stolen from my drive way . I am a single mother of 2 kids . This whole situation has left me traumatised!! There are Instagram pages up of people stealing these cars and riding with guns . I absolutely think Kia is the worst!! You left me with so much emotional damage !! Just bought my son a 2019 Kia Optima in 12/2023 and now the AC and most importantly the defroster aren't working. Needa to replace a wire but dealership states they have to replace the whole unit and of course not covered under warranty. Contacted Kia and nothing.

Kia customer service is the worst in the world. You are unable to reach them and they will not give out a specific dept.'s phone number. I waited for an hr. today, only to be transferred to the Finance Dept. I gave the lady my case # and she disconnected me. This is the second time this has happened to me and many times I have hung up because of the ridiculous wait time. They sent me a property tax bill which I paid and am trying to get an abatement because I had to pay my town instead.

My fuel pump failed at 45,000 miles. It is under warranty but Moritz Kia can't fix it for 4 weeks. What do I do walk for 4 weeks? It is costing me $1400 for a local garage to fix it in 4 days. NEVER buy a car from Kia. Their warranty is WORTHLESS if they can't honor it in a timely fashion.

I have a 2016 Kia Sorento that i enjoy driving. At least i did until the engine was toast. The lifetime warranty that was given to cover engine repair/replacement, at first an amazing offer, turned out to b garbage. My car had to b towed because the engine faltered. I had earlier issues, one of which required me to drive it 35 miles in limp mode to the dealership. On that visit, i was told no engine replacement yet but prob next time engine light came on. There was already evidence that the engine was giving issues. As noted, car towed this time. Problem diagnosed and recommendation was engine replacement. Of course the caveat was i have to pay $6500. They say wrong part of the engine was damaged according to the warranty. I say the company put out the recall and lifetime warranty, plus there's all kinds of info about vehicles using oil, etc. it's all engine issues. Kia, just do the right thing and replace these engines! IT'S ALL ENGINE ISSUES.

I have a 2017 Kia Sorrento , 84k miles. This is still a fairly new car, BUT I am now burning oil. I brought it in to North East Kia on Tarrytown rd to check it out. They told me it's not burning oil, when I checked it for the last week and it was going down everyday. They updated my recalls and told me to go. When I left the dealership my check engine light came on and then all week I couldn't put gas in my car. They told me they would check it out next time I came in. I came into today at 9am for my appointment. They told me at 1 pm that it was a gas issue $300. I asked about the burning oil again and they said it's fine. I asked when my car would be ready they said 4 to 5pm. I said that is ridiculous, my car was there at 9 am. They didn't address the major issue which was the burning oil and tried to fix something that wasn't an issue until I left the dealership last time. I am going to report this to the better business and let all friends and family know KIA is not a good car and because I am the second owner they didn't honor the warranty. How can you fix this?

Worst mistake ever - dealing with Dane issues for almost 6 months engine burning oil to 6 months later and 4 1000 road tests they want 1000 $$. To get a diagnostic I have an extended warranty they don't want to honor - this is csr#18 I hsve our purchased first and last KIA

Received a letter from Kia about a faulty fuel pump. The letter specifically asked to fill out a reimbursement form if the repair had already been done. I mailed the letter 3 times, no response. I uploaded the form and receipts, no response. I called, no one came to the phone after I waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Stones Kia Idaho Falls. Very helpful. Had a tuneup but the car kept missing when at a stop and in Drive. Couldn't take the car back for two months. They analyzed the problem, which was a defective spark plug. No charge for the service.

Brandon is beyond and above exceptional. Brandon has great customer service skills from greeting us to constantly checking in on us while we were sitting meant a lot to me. His personality rocks.... I loved that Brandon gave us real honest answers to all of our. Brandon gave us real honest answers to all of our questions.

Hi, in November my husband took our Seltos 2022 to Lallier Kia in Laval, oil change and changing tires. Service was good but slow...apparently short staffed like everywhere else. Other than that our Seltos works well.

Today I went in to just look at a KIA SUV. Today I drove home with a new 2016 Kia Sonata. I couldn't believe how quick and smooth the deal went. All of the staff were excellent in their approach, diligence, and determination to work in my behalf.To see them all work together as a team made me feel like a queen. when I rang that bell, I knew it was a done deal. I want to thank all of the staff for treating me like a person not a $$ sign. My wife bought a Sedona Van in July 2007 here in Pretoria, South Africa.
After 8 years and only 28 000 km we are still very happy with the car.
The air condition unit was replaced in the first year, after than we had
our regular services and no hassles whatsoever. It was a real pleasure
driving the Sedona. About 2 years ago the car suddenly while driving cut
out and all the electrics shut down. The service light came on, we took
in the car rectifying the fault, but the service adviser told us we must
replace the throttle box on the vehicle. Before we decided to do that, we
ask for a 2nd opinion at Bosch. They found the fault on the cable connecting
the throttle box. Since than we had no problems anymore.
Now 1 week ago the car cut out again, but after knocking gently on the starter
box next to the steering column (key lock), the car started again.
Can you please advice us what to do, because it is very dangerous in traffic,
if the car suddenly cuts out and there is no power steering anymore.
We cannot effort (we are on a low pension) to take in the car to the dealer
for the fault, because they would insist replacing the throttle box.
We still very satified driving such a good and comfortable car, despite
this fault and kindly ask you for you advice.

I Received My Service At Coral Spring Kia Dealer And I In Love With The Customer Service, Every Time When I Need To Go Because I Have An Issue With My Car Or I Have To Do A Simple Oil Chage The Service Is Expectacular, I Always Have The Same Guy Who Assit Me Mr. Robert And He Is Simply Great.
For Me And My Family This Dealer Was A Great Experience, I Start Getting My Kia Soul 2014 And Few Month Later My Husband Get His Own Car Because The Sales Consult,mr Carlos, The People On The Back Like Finance And Everyone Help Us To Get What We Need As A Family To Move Foward... I recently went too my KIA dealership in Monroeville PA ,I was not sure I could trade in my car but the salesman that worked with me ,for a very long time made it possible . He poured his heart and soul into getting me into a better and safer car . He was wonderful and really knows his job . Jay Grimes is his name and I've recommended him too anyone I could that's looking for a car . He understood my limits and somehow made it happen . The whole experience was made so much easier because he truly cared . Your company is fortunate lucky too have him representing KIA . He's a huge asset too your product . I LOVE LOVE LOVE Jay and my Soul . Thank you for Jay .

On August 13 I received an email from Gosset Kia on Covington Pike in Memphis Tennessee on my two year anniversary. The very next morning my 2012 Kia Sorrento would not start battery was dead contacted customer service said it would take up to 48 hours for a decision. Since I am a salesman I could not wait 48 hours so I proceeded to buy a new battery. I was given a case number 2548083. Was told to go by Gosset Kia on Covington Pike for decision after sitting there for almost 2 hours I was told there was nothing they could do for me, per GM. I know I'm only one customer but I've had everything that needed to be done on my car through the dealership I will no longer be using the dealership for any repairs or oil changes and when I decide to traded it will not be at gossip Kia. Your customer service rep Leslie at extension 45298 was very cordial and try to help and I appreciate that thank you. Thomas Thorne, Memphis Tn.

I work for Kia as a salesperson and I am very unhappy with Kia. I have numerous 100 score surveys and because they are not email surveys, Kia won't pay me my spiffs. It is part of my income and I depend on it to take care of my family. When I called they basically said, O well, tough luck. Guess I'll be selling a lot of used cars for now on.
