Kohls customer service for my credit card were very liars and made fun of me, they hung up on me and closed my account for a bad payment because I wanted to make payments and they canceled my account and I asked for a supervisor and the same person Sandra said she was the supervisor but she left the phone silent and said I'm going to ask for a supervisor and it was she herself who answered as the supervisor.

What has happened to the Kohls I once loved??? I am now being harassed by phone calls and emails saying I did not make a payment, when in fact, I MADE MY PAYMENT! I HAVE PROOF! I try to resolve the issue over the phone but get nowhere....why....because the customer service rep BARELY SPEAKS ENGLISH!!! Kohls online website is always having issues!! I made a payment on the due date but yet they are saying it was paid past the cut off time. NOPE,IT WAS NOT!! I have the confirmation #!! I'm done with Kohls! I will pay off my cc and then chopping it up! I'll never shop there again! Along with the poor customer service, their product quality has gone WAY DOWN HILL!! I might as well buy from some 'over seas' website and keep my fingers crossed that the sizing is correct, but atleast I'd be spending WAY LESS MONEY!

My Kohl's on line order was incorrectly filled. They sent the wrong size. I called customer service and got transferred around and then I was given another phone number to call. (strike 1) They would not give me a shipping label to return the items for correct size. Their mistake and my expense? I don't think so. (strike 2) Now I have to drive a 1 hour round trip to return these items. (strike 3) Another customer lost.

I never got my online item. Was charged. And kohls has item. I got email confirming kohls has it. Hence I have not been credited. I get lies from them. I used to LOVE KOHLS. NOW THEY LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND THEY DON'T CARE.

My first purchase from the Kohls website is also my last purchase. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size, realized as soon as I placed the order and needed to make a change. This should have been a simple process. It was 9:00pm so there was no customer service available. I called first thing in the morning when customer service opened and explained what I needed. I was told that I would have to have called within fifteen minutes of placing the order to make the change.
I explained that the order was placed at night and was basically told "Too Bad"
I still wanted the item, just in a different size so my options were to return the unwanted item by paying postage which would cost the same as the full order of seven items I had placed. I would then have to pay postage for the replacement item. So basically, I would pay the shipping three separate times because they couldn't simply change the item size on an order that had yet to be processed.
My other option was to drive a distance to the nearest Kohls, return the item for free and not get it in the right size because, when I checked, the store did not have that item in the size I needed because it is a clearance item.
I will never purchase from Kohls again.

Spent one hour forty-five minutes placing an order. Incorrect sizes were delivered. Had to wait for items to be delivered. Then return to nearest store. Very inconvenient. Unhappy customer.

Cut up my Kohl's card today and my whole family will no longer shop there. Disgusting that a store I liked is caving to the sick woke crap. I find it evil and will not support it. Leave our children alone!

I called kohls customers service and I was placing an order with my earned kohls cash that had expired and I was in the 10 day grace period. The rep told me that I could not use it I was too.late and today is the last day at least that's been like that for over a year cause I've done it before unless policy has changed. The cash expired on 3/19 and today is 3/29. He said I could of used it in store only today to use it, not over the phone. I told him no I've done it before today is the 10th day and he said no that I'm too late! That I Can't use it, agrueing with me. So I hung up and called back. Needless to say I was right and I was able to use my kohls cash minutes after with a very helpful and knowledgeable rep. Also with prior rep it was very loud in the background with another gentlemans voice speaking in another language, he was very loud. I didn't get his name or number I wish I had. But this is very fustrastating! Makes you not want to deal with this again and makes you think twice before ordering again from Kohl's. It's a shame cause I order a lot from them.

I'm a Kohl's fan and in Texas for the winter. I'm at a 55+ community that mainly consist of people who are here for the winter and staying in their campers, motor homes, 5th wheels, travel trailers, you get the picture. Kohl's has delivered purchases to my door for years, but because I'm staying in what is considered a "trailer park" Kohl's won't ship my orders. I'm done with Kohl's. What a horrible way to treat people. What is someone who lived in this park and was unable to drive needed something?

So I had a phone interview on Thursday March 16 at 11am. Was told I wouldn't hear back until Fri as one of the managers was out of town. So I called back today sat Mar 18th and was told my application was no where to be found and that there was no record of a phone interview. Then a Gerald calls back and asked who I had it with and I couldn't remember. I asked who would be giving them and he said if I didn't write down that information then that was too bad. Gerald is one of the rudest people I have ever talked to in my life. You could not pay me enough to work for kohl's!! I will never shop there again either.

My girlfriend purchased a CuddlDuds electric blanket for me last Christmas. It was operated with two controllers. Very soon it seemed like inconsistent heating. The other day one of the controls had a flashing light. I looked it up and I assume it has a open circuit. I tried to contact CuddlDuds and they told me to contact Kohl's. If was hard to contact them because there phone menu had nothing about my issue. So I finally talked to someone and basically the warranty was 180 days/6 months. It was a year and three months I had it. I expected for it to last longer especially for the price. I was told that the wiring for all electric blankets was only available in China. That's all electric blankets. I think they mass produce these and obviously don't recheck for sketchy wiring. There is two brown burnt spots that have wires crisscrossed it's only in those spots and I took photos of them which you can clearly see. It's not my fault for defective wiring. I hand washed and never put it in washing machine so as not to kink the wires. I've never really had issues with Kohl's except for this instance. Maybe I might buy clothes from them but that's about it.

My comments have nothing to do with the store personnel they were all lovely. My concern is that Kohls marked items up. I have taken pictures of two items that Kohls had a sticker on for a price of $15 and then Kohls put another sticker on top of that $15 for a price of $20 And then put it on sale for $14.99. This is not acceptable for you to mark up a price only to then put it on sale at the regular price at the original price. Kohl's prices are always higher but when you get the 30% off it makes the item worthwhile so I shop there quite a Bit , but now seeing how you really do mark things up in order to put them on sale makes me second-guess my thought process of buying at Kohl's

On December 31st, 2022 we submitted a credit card payment from our bank with a delivery date of January 9th, 2023. Our bank confirmed the payment was removed from our account on the 9th as promised by our bank. After received the next billing statement from Kohls, we found a $29.00 late payment fee where they posted the payment on the 19th of January. The payment due date was the 18th. We reached out to Kohls via their secure message center and they agreed to reverse the charge in 24 to 48 hours but admitted no error on their part. It's time to cancel the Kohls card and never shop the store again. We believe it was a keying error where the 19th was entered instead of the 9th. Still, no admission of any wrong doing, just statements outlining their policy for due dates and late payment charges. Goodby Kohls.

On December 10th 2022, I ordered a pair of black Levi's 513. The package arrived with a pair of men's house slippers with an enclosed invoice showing the actual customer to be in Philadelphia. We'll, through dealings with both the store csr and the online car, I got my refund on 12/25/22. All well and good, but when I left feedback on Kohl's website, it got rejected as it was determined that the feedback violated internal company policy. There was no profanity, threats, obfuscation of truth or suggestion of wrongdoing. Kohl's will not tell you what the problem with the feedback is. They just categorically rejected it. Not the kind of company I wish to do business with. Is it any wonder that their days as a business are numbered!?

KOHL'S: Fayette GA, Pavilion. I had a very bad experience, around 10:00AM 12/31/2022. December 27, 2022, I purchased a shirt on sale for $18.00, original price was $36.00. December 31, I tried to exchange the shirt' Customer Service because I didn't have my receipt. Toni the customer service agent told me I will get only $14.00 back' I stated to Toni why when it's still on sale when I just brought it about 2 days ago. She stated because I did not have my receipt and she don't know if I brought it or not. It was still on sale because I checked the price before I went to customer service. I asked her are you saying I stole the shirt. I was hurt by Toni statement that I could have stolen the shirt. I advised Toni that I was a KOHL'S member, could she look it up that way and she did and she realized that I did purchase the shirt with cash. About a month ago I purchased a pair of pants for $30.00 and KOHL'S gave me only $12.00 back. I asked to speak to the manger (Fred). Fred was very nasty and spoke to me in a demeaning way. Fred said to me as well that he doesn't know if I purchased the shirt or not. I asked him as well do he think I stole the shirt. He said because I don't have my receipt, I will only get $14.00 even if the shirt is still $18.00. The shirt was not $14.00 I believe that's a way for KOHL'S to take money from their customers. The manager Fred was so nasty to me like I stole something even after he knew I brought the shirt and wanted to exchange it. He talked down to me in a nasty way, even with his demeanor toward me. When he left, he toke the shirt in a nasty demeanor way and told Toni thank you, like good job you got her told. He gave me a nasty demeanor look...In my 60 something years I never felt so bad. I come in KOHL'S about once a week because I always do my returns from Amazon at KOHL'S, and I always buy something. I will never do my returns from Amazon or shop there again. The manager Fred makes me feel uncomfortable when he gave me that look. He gave me a look I will never forget! When I left, I felt so bad I felt like crying. You lost a custom; it may not matter to you. Worst experience I ever had. Worst customer service and Worst manager. They Acted like the corporate office will not do anything to them.

Placed an order on the 21st that was clearly lost in transmission and never actually got shipped. Have chatted twice with customer service and received two wildly different answers, with the first chatter trying to first convince me that nothing was wrong and the package was already on its way and would likely be there tomorrow (with an invalid UPS tracking number, no less). Apparently, now their policy is that I have to wait 6 days after the 30th to take any action whether to reorder, or even begin to track within their own departments what happened to this order.

I remember several years ago needing help from their customer service phone lines, and receiving excellent help with locating the shiptment and making sure it arrived and I certainly didn't have to wait nearly two weeks to begin. It is sad to see the difference.

I received an email about an account I don't have and have never had, then the very next email says it was switched over to another email address. Speaking with a customer service rep over the phone trying to get this resolved the only thing I get told was, you have nothing to worry about ma'am, your name isn't in our system and neither is your email address, it was basically a glitch. Ok but how can I get an email from you when I've never given your company my email?!?! Again ma'am you have nothing to worry about.
This woman did everything she could to shut me up just so she could get to the next person. This is unacceptable!! If it ever shows up on my credit report because you employ a crappy service rep trying to do nothing but get people off the phone to move into the next poor soul I'm going to raise heck!! I asked for a call back, she said someone would call me back.. I have no doubt that also was a lie. My only regret is I didn't ask her her name. My fault. But I will be calling everyday until I get the answers I want. So mad

Customer service is horrible now. Orders don't get shipped, when they do they are partial orders and there are no notifications if something is out of stock. They still charge you for out of stock items that you'll never get. My recent order I placed on 12/11/22 says the shipping label was created on 12/12 and hasn't been picked up by UPS shipper yet, it's the 17th! After this 2nd order debacle gets figured out, I'm done with Kohl's.

Waited over 30 min for help to purchase jewelry. It was locked up with a note saying to scan the QR code and submit a request for help. Tried 4 times with no response. I asked and associate who was walking by how to get help. She didnt even answer me and simply spoke into her walkie talked that help was needed, After 40 minutes I left the store.

Reps answering calls are in the Philippines and there is a definite language barrier. I do not like giving my information to someone who doesn't speak English very well. This was Claire her ID number is 1841. I had called earlier and got a young man whose ID number I did not get who spoke worse English than she did. Kohl's is well known throughout the US is there not some local company that can respond and answer calls from US people

I am trying to get in touch with ANYBODY from corporate office regarding a serious matter that had to do with my visit to one of the kohl's stores in Saugus ma. I am horrified that my experience and more horrified that when I informed the individuals that included a supervisor that I was going to call the corporate office regarding an incident that was racial profiling of my grandson!!!! The women involved obviously did not know he was with me and when I calmly tried to wrap my head around what just occurred I got excuses and attitude. Surely they were shocked to see my grandson with his "white" grandmother!! I chose not to make my purchase there and was letting my grandson know that I wasn't going to purchase items he wanted in a store that obviously views ( in this instance) Haitians in a neg way. I've been trying to call corporate and am not getting any human! This won't stop me so I hope someone reads this and emails me back asap! I've worked as a supervisor or team lead in other stores and was actually offered a position at a kohl's in Medford ma. As an employee nvmd a supervisor I would have immediately tried to rectify the situation ( key word try)! The supervisor at this particular time stood there with her hand on her hip while I asked the employee her name and the other woman's name involved in this racial incident which I was being denied the names of both employees at first and after getting 1 name asked for the other woman's name and the answer I got was idk. All while the supervisor was standing there hand on hip while I was being treated as if I was doing something wrong. Also they didn't seem to worried about me calling to make a complaint! I also have the issue of the previous poster. Someone is changing emails of accounts to mine, then changing it to other emails. I don't understand the purpose of this--it isn't as if they stole my credit card or anything. But, I signed up with an actual account under the email they keep using, just to get the emails to stop.

The reason for poor customer service at the corporate level is they hired 1800 offshore employees who cannot speak nor understand english. Then they get rid of longtime employees because they can hire 4 offshore employees for the salary of the US employee. Then have the audacity to say they offshore employees get better reviews than the US employees. Well that is because they promise the customers everything. Then when it does not get done then customers have to calls back, they are upset then the US rep has to rage care of what's was promised by the offshore reps. Then we get the bad reviews. We being the US reps.

Kohl's as a company is HORRIBLE. I've had a Kohl's card for several years and never mis6a payment bc I am on autopay. I got a 30 day late on my credit so I called them and was escalated to a manager. She told me they had recently changed computer systems and It kicked a lot of people off of autopay and thet she would have it removed and took away my late fee. Now they refuse to take it off stating I should have paid more attention. REALLY? Then why offer autopay if I have to check every month to make sure Kohl's system works correctly? Horrible Company

I can't remember who the manager was but hopefully you can look her up. I was upset and asked to speak to a mngr. Once the mngr got on the phone I started to feel better. . She was so kind and took the time to help me figure things out. It had to be so frustrating to her but she never wavered. Kept that kind attitude and resolved my issue. I had decided I was going to cancel my credit card but because of her I didn't. She is important to Kohls I wanted you to know that.

I was in Kohls shopping and I left a check wrote out... I called back to see if they had found a check In register 1. Cindy went and looked and found it. I ask her if they could just tear it up. She then went and got a Manager his name Kyle, I spoke to him and he said they could put it in the mail or shred it up . I told him to shred it it up. These two saved me a lot of stress, glad you have such good associates.

I tried to leave feedback at kohlsfeedback.com and it kept taking me to the main Kohls page. When I clicked again, it said survey was completed. I didn't even get the chance. I wanted to recognize the excellent checkout experience I had with Railina at the Centerville Utah store. I look forward to checking out when she is there because she is an outstanding cashier. She is friendly, fun, knows just how to handle anything that comes her way. This is rare these days. Additionally I made an Amazon return there and it was a bit complicated, but they handled it patiently and professionally at customer service. I'm sorry I didn't get her name because I would like to recognize her also. By the way, I made the in store purchase because I came for the Amazon return. This definitely gets people into the store who might not otherwise.

Pam, in your Kohl's, Clifton Park, Sephora department, went above and beyond. My sister and I were shopping on Saturday, March 18 and Pam was very very helpful.
Pam spent much time answering my sister's questions and finding products for her. She did not rush us along. She was very polite and courteous.

I visited the Kohl's in Kokomo Indiana this evening. And I had an interaction with Molly the store manager. She was absolutely a delight, she has a wonderful bubbly personality and she was extremely helpful in my exchange process and my purchase! I live 40 minutes away,one way drive, from the store but I will always continue to visit that store location just because of her. I'm sure that a lot of the other employees have learned a lot from her!

I have several times been helped by a customer service associate named Logan Wilts, in the Corvallis Oregon store. The last time he helped it was on November 22 of this year. I'm 70 years old, and have received a lot of customer service in my lifetime. Many people are good, once in a while a few are pretty lousy, some are just average .. and then, every so often, someone comes along who is stellar! Logan is one of the latter. He has helped me at the customer service desk in the back of the store, being consistently efficient, concerned, and infinitely pleasant. I've had a couple of returns that were pretty entailed, but his calm, patient, and pleasant demeanor never changed. Logan is just the nicest guy! I am taking the time to write this in hopes that you will place a note in his permanent.HR record. He deserves kudos for sure. I appreciate Logan's presence in your store!

Ms.Shabrea in jewelry department at Southaven Ms store has a excellent personality with customers she deserves employee of the year I watch her during black Friday sale working in the jewelry area by herself she did great she had a line she handle it she call for someone to help but the one that came she wouldn't even smile or tell u thank you but at least give Ms Shabrea a rise she deserves it.

Just wanted to say that we were at Kohls on Cochran Boulevard yesterday and we needed help to order an item online. We went to Customer service and we were helped by two wonderful employees. Evelyn who was working at Customer Service and also by the manager Hannah.

I lost my receipt but I wanted to review the lady that helped me last week. March 12, I went to Kohl's - 5241 McFarland Rd, Durham, NC. The lady who helped me check out was very nice and helpful, I had trouble accessing my coupon on my Khols app, she couldn't get it to pull up either so she gave me a scratch card after three that we couldn't get to scratch off, I went to my e-mails and she got my discount thru it. She was very patient and helpful to get me checked out quickly. Khols is only as good as it's employees and she makes you great!

First I experienced a lovely lady named Martha I believe at customer service 12/6/21 around 830 pm . I had to work late and how it is when people show up at las min..before closing after long day ! She was so nice efficient and even offered to call other stores to find a replacement for a sweater I ordered on line and was damaged by mail carrier shoving it in my mailbox .
Then as I was leaving I saw some beautiful earrings on sale and Jessie who was working in Jew was absolutely nice as was Martha . I Don t think I can remember having a great experience at a department store ! Solute to the both for being so great at their jobs !

One of your employees, Katrina, went absolutely above and beyond to help me find a very particular article of clothing I needed for a formal event that day. On 9/24/21, at 9:40 ....Nancy, a Kohls assoc at the Danvers MA store went above and beyond to help me resolve a kiosk order I placed a week prior and received wrong item. She walked me to customer service at the Danvers MA store and wished me good luck. While walking to leave the store, Nancy came running after me with the item I wanted. She searched over the girls dept and found the last size 6 outfit I ordered online but was sent another. She searched the store for me in hopes that i didn't leave the store. She went above & beyond.
That's what I call customer service.Thank you again Nancy.

I'm an associate of kohls for 5 years I'm proud to say I am I have 2 beautiful granddaughters age 13 and 15 although they love a few things in juniors they would be over excited if we carried Pink Hollister and Abecrombe as these are what this age group currently wears wow the sales would jump if any or all were offered and oh gee id be spending an awful lot of money because I love them with all my heart so this is a suggestion from me worth looking into thank you much Marie Langlois emp

So I had an interview at kohl's a couple weeks ago and I gotta say I was exited cause I love to shop there ,customer service is great... but what a dissapontment when I walked into their back lunch room... there was "Hot Pokets"wrappers trash in the floor it looked like they haven't mopped in weeks omg I never would of imagine that's how the back Looked . But even wroSt was their office it was messy and I was just thinking in my mind how much I wanted to get out of there. I mean come on I worked at casinos and maan they always kept a clean back and front of the house. It was kinda like Disney clean. Lol ... I mean come on, who wants to work in a dirty place only mechanics and places like that is acceptable. And then the interview was in group I think that's straight out lazy... There was like 15 people in one interview... theres nothing better then an individual interview that way u get to pay attention on the person your hiring.. no wonder that place is a mess... I am so disappointed

ok I went to Kohls in san valley today, the service and the prices were great but theres one problem it was very hot in there, they didn't have air conditioning. That was just redicilous I left my stuff and left because I was sweating I couldn't take it no more. I think that's just redicilous that a company like Kohls doesn't have air conditioning because even Target ,Walmart...... have it!
