I Am Used To Customer Service Standards In The Usa And Have Dealt With T-mobile, At&t, And Vorizon For Many Years. In Canada Also Have Dealt With Rogers, Bell Canada. I Found Ornage Online Customer Service In English Very Poor, Rude, And Disrespectful.

To whom is my concern,
I took my 2014 Ford Flex to a Ford dealership to have a recall repairs done and my check engine was on. When they checked it said my Catalytic converters were failing. Repairs would be $2500.00 The flex is 7 years and it makes Absolutely no sense to me as to why they would be failing after 7 years in service. I would say this should be on the recall list as well.

Sadly Orange let themselves down terribly with poor customer service. From the inception of my contract there were problems: I did not actually receive the "minutes" package I paid for. Their "Ebilling" failed for me after the first month and I had to end up paying an additional £1.28 +vat per month for a paper bill. Their customer services is almost unreachable (they didn't recognise me number even though they had issued it to me) and to cap it all I have now been charged a fee of almost 10£ +vat to leave them.

I leave them with a great sense of relief as I know I will never have to deal with this dreadful company again.

Sorry Orange but it is 1/10 from me.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID...

Appalling customer service. Will not let you speak to a manager, even though the morons who work there cannot and will not solve any problems.
They are trying to charge me for overusage which I have not been using. Sent 627 texts in two months, they tell me that I have used 800 texts in one month and want me to pay £50 for the overusage, KISS MY ARSE ORANGE AND TAKE ME TO COURT!!! JOHN WALTERS OR WATERS is a complete dimwit who just repeats himself and speaks over you, will not listen to the complaint and keeps saying that there is nothing wrong with their billing. When I told him about keeping a log of all the texts sent he told me that I could have easily deleted the texts myself, or the phone could have done it. I realise that this is not substantial evidence, but I know how many texts I have sent, and it is not 800!!! Everytime I asked to speak to a manager, he simply said NO,NO,NO,NO!!! What sort of customer service is this, there is something wrong with the billing and they are blocking every attempt that I make to try to find out what is going on. AAAAAAARRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHHHHH. TOSSERS.
