My Publix 311 SW 7 Street.....provides limited supply of items I used to buy... They are frequently out of items, offer outdated items, spoiled milk. It I not a pleasure at all! Milk is spoiled often. There are limited selections to choose from. Very disappointed!

Employees fighting over whos legal or illegal in the store 1066
They say they drug test employees but I dont trust.
They say they e-verify employees but after today I dont trust.
I think Publix is now ran by a drug / human trafficking ring
Crack heads that's all they are. I d give 3 months survival for them.

After I insisted, she cancel, but one price didn't cancel .It was $5.37 The manager came for help her. I asked him put one more item in my bag item $5.37 He did it .And price was the same like before. So,she mistake $5.37 .But people in the line didn't see like one more item came back.So all people thing that all the same price. Dominesha at Publix on Southview Lane on 69South has a horrible attitude with a smart mouth with certain customers. Everyone else that works customer service is great.

I will never shop at this Publix again. How many times are "you" asked to your show your receipt for your purchases at Publix? For some time, my experience at Publix has been bothering me. I wanted to wait until I wasn't angry any longer so I wouldn't rant and rave. I went into this store to purchase 16 cases of emergency water for a friend of mine who can't get out of the house due to physical ailments. At his request I went into Publix to get the water but they only had three cases on the Shelf. I put the three cases in my cart and went to the front to ask them if they had any more. To my surprise they said yes we have a pallet in the back how many do you need? I told him 16. I stood there for 10 minutes watching people get checked out. Wondering what was going on with the water I went back and asked about the water in the back? What happened to it ? I have been waiting here. A baggage handler said it's over there pointing to a checkout register. I walked over to the register saw one case of water and immediately turned to Publix Employee and said I wanted 16, I told you 16. I was waiting for so long I asked them can I pay for them now while I continue to wait. They said yes. I paid for the 16 cases as well as the items in my cart. I then loaded my car up with the stuff I had in my cart and headed back inside to wait by the service desk for my 16 cases of water. While waiting A lady behind the service desk lady asked me if I needed any help. I said yes I was waiting on 16 cases of water I already paid for they went to the back to go get it. She asked me if I paid for the water which surprised me but I said yes I paid that lady right there and pointed to the cashier. I wish I could have gotten that kind of help while I was waiting for the water. Finally a young kid comes out with the water on a big rolling rack The same lady that asked me 45 seconds ago if I paid for the water, then Turns to another lady the store manager and asks if I paid for the water. I said yes you just asked me that question you can ask the cashier if you don't believe me! I told them I'm tired of standing here let's go and the kid followed me to the car and help me load the water into the back of my Volkswagen. While loading my items back into the car with the help of this wonderful young kid who was actually out working me as we loaded the car. It's hot we are sweating and breathing heavy and I look up and to my surprise there is the lady manager again from Publix out in the parking lot asking me if I paid for the water. By this time I am embarrassed and she accuses me of stealing outside in the parking lot in front of other customers as people walk by and look at me. She doing this just to embarrass you don't get upset is what I said to myself on the inside. With the sweat dripping down my face from loading the water we stopped loading in the hot sun. I reached into my pocket search for the receipt and showed it to her. I thanked the young man who helped me load the water and I told the manager she could go to hell for the way she treated me a customer of Publix. They both walked away from me in the parking lot. I told myself as soon as I got home I would write a powerful letter to Publix about my experience. However I was so angry it would have sounded horribly angry so I waited. While it shouldn't make a difference, but it always seems like it does when it comes to customer service at Publix. Guess my skin color. Then guess her skin color.

Complaint:
I am a customer and old employee of Publix over 28 years ago; I was given an opportunity to work as a young man at one of the Publix store, as my second job. Have family who remained employed with Publix. On October 26th, 2022, I went to Publix #0012 located at 600 N-UNIVERSITY DR Pembroke Pines, Florida, to quickly send some money via Western Union to a family member in order to take care of a family emergency and return some money to my office in the same country. However, while I was on the phone getting information and consoling my cousin, the Associate, Ms.Chelsea which, I waited for about 7 minutes to deal with my transfer, ask me to get off the phone, because it was policy not to be on the phone, while doing the transfer. I asked why was it necessary to get off the phone, while doing the transfer, she stated, "it was Publix policy, while making a transfer". Since, I am an owner of two stores in another country through my companies, due to the matter being an emergency for the transfer, I told my cousin, I would return the phone call within 15 minutes to stay at the hospital with his wife, near the phone with the doctors and asked the assistant, Ms.Chelsea to call on her manager, She called on the Assistant Manager, Mr. Robles, I asked him, "what is the policy on sending a transfer to another country?", he stated, give your ID and your account number and the amount', so I asked why was this associate, Ms.Chelsea telling me it was policy to get off the phone while doing the transfer, he replied; he did not know and thanks for bringing it up, he would asked her later. I asked him, she is here why not ask her now, he stated that, thanks for bringing this up and left completely disregarding or snubbing my concerns. Once my transfer was achieved, I asked for the store western union number, I was refused by the Associate, Ms.Chelsea, then I asked for the Assistant Manager again, he never came back in order for me to obtain additional information. Due to my time constraints, I had to leave. However, I believe that this Associate. Ms.Chelsea was a rogue associate, who not only was prejudicial, rude and attempted to regulate the transfer in her own manner and not from Western Union and Publix policy on her interaction with me. In addition, her actions were supported by the inaction of her immediate supervisor, Mr.Robbles on this particular day. The aim of this complaint is to make sure, this action does not repeat itself with another customer and that Ms.Chelsea and her Assistant

Publix is being Winn-Dixied. Its service is gradually dropping in quality. Here's my story, which is still in progress.

I have a serious kidney condition, but I still try hard to stay in shape and eat right. Along with fish, veggies, and fruit, I like to eat RX Bars-that is, protein bars that are made from strictly natural ingredients. Walmart and Aldi's (also close to me) don't carry these. I've made multiple requests to both the nearest Publix store and the company headquarters in Lakeland, FL for more than a month. Zero results so far. Here's what I've done so far:

1.) Requested a type of RX Bar from a delightful young woman by phone at the Customer Service desk. She said she would talk to the grocery manager, and she said that they should be able to order a couple boxes of these bars and keep them behind the counter. A phone call from the store would alert me to come in and pay for them. No results.

2.) Visited the store. Talked to another delightful young woman who wrote my contact info down on paper. She likewise printed the product I wanted and said she'd tell the grocery manager. No results.

3.) Called the Publix headquarters in Lakeland and described all of this. The kindly agent apologized for the lack of response and promised that the grocery manager from my nearby store would contact me before the day was out. He did. We talked about the flavors that were best for me considering my kidney condition. He said he'd order them. This was two weeks ago. No results.

4.) I plan on calling headquarters one more time. If this still produces no results, I'll ask the RX company in Chicago for a direct delivery to my address. Unbelievable.

One thing I'll add is that my first job after high school graduation was at Winn-Dixie. It was clear that this store was a galactic downgrade from Publix. It remained such for decades. But Publix is beginning to resemble Winn-Dixie. Publix has not only the other stores against which to compete, but it also has its own past performance. Those of us who have come to expect excellence from Publix now detect a massive drop from that level. We see it, feel it, and can give evidence of it.

Do something.

I went to Publix store 1599
The worker made me feel very uncomfortable she was holding my check up like it was a fake check I told her you are not supposed to hold my check in the air like that and they another man came over and said we don't cash these checks here I said sense when because I know if it's over a certain amount you can't cash it so explain to me why you can't cash my check, so he went to start cashing my check and me and my son walked off and he and that young lady was saying they won't do that again so I feel like this they where disrespectful and They let a white man cash his check with no problem they didn't look at his check like they did mines, if it happens again it will be recorded for the world to see..

My parents are 85 & 83 and between my Dad and myself we've been trying to get an appointment for a vaccine thru your site since it started at no avail. I know we have to be patient, but I have to say your site isn't user friendly for the elderly. WHY DO YOU TAKE 4 APPOINTMENTS? THIS SHOULD ONLY BE 2 APPOINTMENTS(the majority of household for 65 & older have only 2 eligible people). This is one reason why it takes so long online and you ask way too many questions. Ask the basics and the questionnaire can be e-mailed later. Personally, these vaccines should be for the people that live in the specific counties first. We know snowbirds that came down and got right in and got the vaccine. Totally unacceptable. Also, one of your stores in St. Pete Beach last week had a registration desk set up and taking appointments. Again, friends (the Brennans) walked in got an appointment and then a vaccine. Totally unacceptable.

I have been a customer of Publix for years and years and of your Pharmacy for years and years I am 80 years old and my Husband is 83 I think you should offer the COVID vaccine to your Pharmacy customer first we are all I. Your data base. And have given you our business for all these years the Webb site to sign up is terrible you can not even put in the County that you need as not all Seniors are able to dry hundreds. Of miles to get a shot we all use your co for the flu shots and this is the way this should be. My Husband is legally blind and he cannot get on the site so it is up to me. Explain how you can put in the co and site you need

This Is Extremely Aggravating To Senior Citizens Please Improve This Website!

Publix has been my number one grocery store. During this season of the COVID19 I have continued to shop there but today at this particular store I did not see anyone in Produce or General grocery wearing mask or gloves. Nearly every shopper was wearing these two items. It seems to me you could spare some of those items for the cashier who has the dirtiest job of handling money. I carefully place certain items like yogurt in protective plastic bag from your store to prevent her from touching those items directly but she disregarded it anyway so I had to refuse those yogurt tubs. There does not seem to be any concern from the management regarding the seriousness of the virus. The Winn Dixie store in the neighborhood has put you to shame in that regard. They demonstrate a full understanding of what is going on. I disinfect the outside of all goods bought at any store but when the cashier's fingers come in contact with the lid of the yougurt then it becomes a refused item. I hope that when all this phase has passed you will be able to win back my patronage.

I have had nothing but issues with the prepared food section and I have gotten nothing but platitudes from the managers and corporate. Also I have tried twice to file complaints online in the customer service portal and after all of the forms and contact information and typing out my issue in a box like this one, it will not accept my complaint. I called them the first time but I'm not sure I'm going to bother this time. I told them before it doesn't work and it still doesn't so I'm ready to say forget Publix and a big part of that is that it seems clear to me they DO NOT care about their customers!

Public discriminated me by how many times I bought beer... A Publix associate profiled me and took the my beer and said you had to many beers . How do they know it was for me or someone else?

How difficult is it for Publix, who brags about their deli, to have rotisserie chickens at 5:15pm on a Monday??? Most people get off work around this time and want to pick up dinner before they get home but the Publix on Dale Mabry in the Walmart, Publix shopping center NEVER has chicken when you want it. Last month I spoke to the District Manager about the service at this Publix and he assured me that he was going to correct this and that it was "unacceptable" but tonight at 5:15pm once again they had none ready. I called the "customer service" number and John did nothing but make excuses for this issue. I know this seems petty to some but after working a 12 hour day on my feet, I just wanted to get something to eat and go home. I went down the street instead to Winn Dixie and bought one for $1 less and the chicken was bigger than what Publix would sell if they actually had them. Don't shop at this Publix.

Today I visited Publix. I was accused of stealing.I was checking out in the 10 items or less aisle. I was checking out and the customer service manager walked up to me looking in my bag (it was open due to me getting money out to pay for my purchases) meanwhile, he's looking in my bag and says to me "can I see inside of your purse, multiple people walked up to me and told me that you were putting things in your bag" mind you it's ppl in line behind me... so I let him look in my bag and I replied " if I was shoplifting why would I be standing in line to purchase things or even pay for March of dimes? " that very uncommon. Everyone, is looking now, so I looked over at him and said I would love to speak to the ppl who told you this... then he said to me ... their must be in the lobby. So I went out to the lobby and ask the customers who said it , they replied "no ma'am, we have no clue what your talking about." So I when I turn to go speak to the manager, the csm manager, he was gone.... So I went to customer service and request to speak to him, he came back I said I need you to tell me who told you this.... I'm livid and very upset because how it was done , more so embrasseed, because everyone was watching when the manager approached me. When he did walk me out to the lobby he said "oh they must've left" I said who were these ppl, he said "a white guy" I said to him csm manager (Rauly) "you just told me it was more than one, seems to me that you are lying" he hesitated, then he reply you can take done my name everything , I said I need to see this camera and you as the manager who approached me should've handle that differently, you accused me... I'm guessing the reason why he did that was because I'm a African American female, with a big purse.... I honestly feel he lied. I spoke to the store manager( Stephen) he was beyond pissed... he listened to me and actually agreed on what I was saying and how I felt. That really hurt because I have no reason to steal anyone that knows me know that I'm a shop tIL I drop person and I give and go out of my way for others. But to steal, is another thing. Publix has great customer service, he as the managed would mess the whole company business up. This will be resolved... that's a guarantee, because ppl shouldn't have to work with "big heads, because of his title, nonchalant attitude person like Rauly, he needs to be removed

I had a manufactures coupon for 50 cents it did not double when I brought this to the cashiers attention and reminded her that your policy was to double manufacture coupon up to 50 cents and they refused to honor your policy. Said nothing I can really do about that. Not very accommodating so I had them remove the items from my order I will go to kroger and get these items as they ALWAYS honor their coupon policy! We discovered at 11:00 am our daughters wedding cake was not ready by the baker. We contacted Teresa Cheatham baker at Pell City Publix store 1391 and she made the cake and had it delivered to feed over 100 people by 4:00 along with 3 other additional cakes. People commented it was the freshest cake they ever ate. Go figure it had just come out of the oven. Teresa saved the day.

I received a Survey at the bottom of my Publix receipt and when I went into the website to do the survey it said it could not take it. According to my receipt the survey ends on August 31 and today is August 20. I just got this yesterday and if the survey is already over it should not be printing this out at the bottom of receipt.
I was in store#1374 on 8/19/15

Been a Publix customer for 60 years. I feel this is our family grocery store.
My comment is I shopped today and customers brought in their dog. Was not a small dog in their cart, but a pit bulldog.
I think Pet Smart is a place to bring in their dog. I don't think a grocery store is a place for a dog. Thanks

This is for the Publix deli in Cumming USA.
We were stopping here to grab Publix subs for our group, there were 5 of us that came in and we ordered subs from David at the deli counter and I was SO IMPRESSED! we honestly were not the best organized, but David the deli manager was personally helping us and kept everything straight, knew what he was doing, stayed calm, and professional patient with our indecision. Bravo!!

I am elated that Publix will be opening in Johnson City, Tennessee on June 16, 2021. I am a costumer of Publix for many years. My husband worked for the Space Center for 46 years. Our first Publix was in Cocoa, Florida, Byrd Plaza Shopping Center, where our daughter was Miss Byrd Plaza in 1971. Both our children, Kent and April worked for Publix's in their high school and college years. We retired and moved "back home " to Tennessee 16 years ago and were without our Publix stores. Publix, their excellent stores and many beautiful people that were employed there were always missed. My daughter occasional drove me to the Greenville store. We now have 3 generations of Banks girls are so excited for your grand opening. At 82, I will be so blessed to drive only 15 miles "Where shopping is a pleasure." I would be like a kid in a candy to be the first person in your new store I have waited 16 years for. Thank you for your many years of pleasure shopping and the ones to come in Johnson City, Tennessee. Margaret Banks

I visited a Publix store #1326 located at 4651 Cortez Rd W in Bradenton Florida 34210. I wanted to commend the lady named Carmen in the bakery for her enthusiasm and excellent customer service. Carmen made me feel in only a few moments that she truly enjoyed her job. She suggested a beautifully made Chocolate Ganache cake for my special occasion and it was fantastic!! I will be back!. Thank you!!

We shop at the Publix in Margate on Rock Island Road and Atlantic Blvd. There is a cashier there names Kyla who is EXCELLENT! We go to Publix four times a week and she is there a lot. She is very friendly and helpful. She always asks me how I am doing and she seems genuine. Whenever I am looking for something and I don't know where it is, she always knows and tells me where to go. I will wait in line longer just to check out with her. Five stars!

I'm a cancer survivor, and I've shopped at every Public store in my area, even when my insurance company suggested I get my prescription at CVS. I stayed with Publix Pharmacy especially the Miami Shores store. I've had a good relationship with every pharmacy manager since 2000. But Susan Gonzalez is the first that offered me a discount of $90.00. She took time to research the discount for me, and I've never met her. The first encounter over the phone, so that proves, she's a thoughtful employee and follows the dedication of customer service policy to the maximum.
