I had all you can eat shrimp, it was too salty, everything was too salty. But the waiter was good service . won't go back to red lobster ever. Wasted 27 dollars on eating salt.

We went to Red Lobster in Yuma Arizona 85364 on Tuesday 26 March 2024 for dinner. It took a while to get a waiter & when we did she was very apologetic & told us the were slow because of the lunch rush. This was at 5:00 Pm ? It went down hill from there. The only thing that was very good was the house salad. Everything else was salty and took forever to be brought out. The poor girl kept apologizing for the cooks & even took one of the steaks back because it was to salty to eat. When she brought out another steak it had a lot of pepper & could not be eaten. We paid our bill & left. $173.00 dollars & won't be going back.

On Christmas Day 2023 I placed a phone order at red libster in Novi for 2 of my co workers and myself! When I got there to pick it up, they had no record of my order, but had already charged my account in the amount of $77.45. The only answer they had was to reorder and be charged again!! After talking to a manger and then returning 3 times, the manager assured me he had taken care of it!! But nothing has been done in almost three months ! Basically they stole the $77.45 from me!! What a mess of a restaurant that I've been too!!! The manager didn't offer me anything for all my inconvenience! I will be sharing this with everyone ?

I tried to call corporate however the automated system does not give the option to discuss Red Lobster. So therefore a comment it is in as humble as I can be. A recent visit to celebrate a friend's birthday was anything but a celebration. We went to the Jensen Beach, Fl location for lunch on Sunday 1-21-24 and waited up front about 10 minutes before the hostess appeared to seat us. She then sat a few other tables while we waited for a server, he arrived and took multiple table drink orders. He was very nice yet inexperienced and had issues meeting the needs of customers, meanwhile no other employee came out to help him. Customers were getting upset all around us, our drinks took long, food longer and honestly was disappointing. Still we waited so I could pay the tab, that wait was so long I thought about leaving but did not want the server to lose out. I went looking for a manager as did other customers, some left, I found my server gave him my credit card and he was gone for over 20 minutes so I could not even leave like others did, He finally came out of the kitchen with the manager and she avoided conversation. Said she was short staffed meanwhile the lobby was filling up with new customers waiting to be seated, I paid and tipped my server because honestly it was not his fault. I advised the manager she could have come out and let your customers know they were short handed and we could have decided to stay or go. Why write this well because good service and good food are worth the money spent, that experience was not worth it and established a negative image of what we once viewed as a good place to eat. Take a look at how things are being done so you don't lose more customers.

My wife and I have been celebrating our anniversary at red lobster for 24 years now and last night was by far the worst experience we ever had. The service was terrible and the food was cold, the biscuits they give were 20 minutes late in arriving. After this we have decided it's time to find a new place to celebrate.

72nd street, Omaha. Waited 30 minutes to be seated, that was ok. Server was slow to come to table. Brought us water and took order. We asked for biscuits, server stated we are waiting for fresh batch. We ordered farm raised catfish, found salad no longer comes with meal, unless you want to pay x-tra! WOW. Asked for baked
potato with x-tra sour cream. When meal finally came I got no sour cream. Asked again, and by the time it came my potato was cold. Waiter states he will get another one, again waited. I was about done with meal when waiter shows back up with potato. Biscuit finally showed up. My husband had shrimp trio, shrimp pasta came with tails on, gross. Asked waiter why, and was told less handling of shrimp. He was upset to HANDLE the shrimp himself. Waiter was more interested in intertaining guests than serving us. We eat there and have always had good experience, wasnt good this time.i don't think we will be back.

My son took me out for my birthday dinner ordered Lobster they gave me the whole lobster I'd wanted lobster tail and when I asked them to return the item they sent back a little tiny lobster tail with all the pieces of the outside Lobster and it was very chewy never received knives had to ask for utensils it was the worst meal ever. Not one of us of six people completed our meal because it was so bad.

Bad experience at Red Lobster ? by McKinley Mall in Orchard park Ny . Terrible service. The waitress forgot everything! And it was my birthday. Ruined my birthday. Food is good though, if you can get it. We waited well over an hour. Actually I think the waitress forgot to our in our order because others were being served before us who arrived later. The stand in manager did apologize after I complained and let it be known that there should at least be an apology! Good grief! Terrible experience!

I went to red lobster in north myrtle beach sc and it was the worst experience in my opinion the servers are great it's the manager that was there that night Jennifer, she's horrible she is rude and doesn't care about her employees or her customers. I wouldn't spend another $ there

I went to this red lobster on October 31st are young lady by the name of Kristen was extremely rude, she lied, and then she made me wait forever. The place was literally empty and she told me that she was waiting to see a large group of people when the restaurant was empty. I took a video of your restaurant and she told me. Well, I have to wait for them to come in. There's nothing else I can do I said at the bar but my legs can't dangle because I have poor circulation so when I went back to the counter she says now what do you want?

The food at the Red Lobster on Memorial is great! Customer service on the other hand is awful. Always a 15-20 minute wait because they are so short staffed! Usually a max if 15 tables are seated and that's all! Pathetic

I have been eating at Red Lobster for 30 years and I have only had complaint so far.Today I wasn't feeling well to Cookson I went to Red Lobster I received my food after eating 1 full row of shrimp I found hair in my food, that was disgusting they took $10 off the bill. I couldn't finish the food so I paid the bill and left. Livonia MI.

My family and I recently went to have lunch at the Red Lobster in Palm Desert,CA.-we like to eat at Red Lobster,but were disappointed with the menu it has been changed considerably and to a disadvantage, all the great meal selections they used to have are gone not to mention that they give less and charge more. I looked at the menu online and they still offer two sides, well they didn't at Palm Desert.The create your own meal only gives you shrimp choices and the chicken tenders were not even on the menu. On the plus side the server was very nice. I doubt we will go back to Red Lobster again and we have always liked eating there. That menu needs to be revised with meal choices that everyone likes.

I am writing Red Lobster because I love Red Lobster. It is my favorite place to eat. I'm writing in particular about the RL at the Ledgens in Kansas City, Kansas, Wyandotte County. Every time we go there they are short of help. There is only one waitresss.So we have to wait till she wait on the tables she already have before we can be seated. This is very disappointing. This is every time we go. They should shut it down until they can deal with the public in a decent manner. I have walked out a couple of times. I have seen others walk out also. This is a good way to loose valueable customers.

Red lobster on merchants road. Kn.tn. waitress Very Rude, no refills.at the end of meal, ask for to go boxes. Said we couldn't take our left overs home because it was all you can eat. Was. It told that .I had ordered a shrimp skewers , first she said it was coming up. Then when I asked again, she said she couldn't find it.Anither waitress said we could take our left overs. Two different managers said something different.
I took my Neighbor there for her birthday . Experience was Aweful. Ruined my meal
Paid for meal ,then she said she didn't have change. I ask her to bring my change, please. Then brought bills, but no change.

Today Oct 3 12:30-2:30 pm Red lobster on Coldwater rd . Fort Wayne, Indiana my 2 Aunts took me to Red Lobster for my birthday ? dinner, as it is my favorite restaurant and I go often. Well today was a nightmare they sat us table 70 on bar side. The waitress right away wasn't friendly nor did she offer drink refills or ck on us. I had all ya can eat shrimp I had to flag her down for 2nd then it was wrong. My aunt ordered lunch salmon and salad the brought a bare plate with salmon slapped on plate no presentation what so ever. My other aunt order a to go dinner and they brought out on plate my aunt said this is to go. They said I will bring box you can box it.. how rude !! She also ordered rice pilaf to go with it never came out. Had to hunt someone down for our bill. The manager finally came to out table asked how things were going we said food delicious but service terrible ! I said I been waiting for more shrimp and aunt still waiting on rice for her to go order andI would like beverage refill and to go cup I never did get my to go cup and no rice . Mgr was more concerned about waitress having a bad day!! So we paid and left without rice or drink. This was worst service I've ever had. Mgr never even apologized or adjusted our bill for inconvenience.

My husband and I came in for dinner around 9 pm we did not receive our food till 9:50 pm And we had to leave to pick my son up from work and we got the endless shrimp so when our food came we went ahead and order more shrimp before they closed cause it took so long for our food so they brought my shrimp scampi so I grabbed my box and started to put my food in it cause we had to leave I grabbed the shrimp scampi mind you I know it's gonna be warm but when I picked it up it was so hot I dropped it so quick because it burnt me so bad I got blisters immediately. The person who brought our food didn't tell me that it just came out the oven (I have been a server for 30 yrs I tell my customers if it's just a little hot ) . I have severe neuropathy in my hands so the pain was excruciating and now I have no feeling in my thumb, I am gonna consult and dr . Christy Hines

My husband and I recently dined at the Oxford, AL restaurant. We had almost finished our salads when to my dismay a huge cockroach crawled on the booth beside me. We immediately left. The waitress and hostess were informed and of course didn't charge us. However, something needs to be done. It always appears nasty to me. Please clean it and get rid of the pests!

Very disappointed with my Birthday visit to Red Lobster on August 26, 2023. Unfortunately we chose this restaurant to celebrate my Birthday experience. One server was serving the entire middle section. My girls ordered the Endless Shrimp but only ended up getting two orders because of the lack of service from the server. He was too busy to serve our table not too mention that he was also sick and sniffling a lot. There were things floating in our drinks and we had to send them back a couple of times. The server blamed it on something being in the ice chest from where he scooped the ice for our drinks. My mothers order of Garlic Butter Snow Crab Legs seemed old as the meat was mushy and the shells were soft and hard to crack. She barely ate them and didn't want anymore. We brought this to the server's attention and all he did was say "I'm sorry." I asked to speak with the manager. The General Manager, Kenn Rowan did take off my mother's crab leg dinner at my request. He also said he would refund the entire meal because it was a bad experience. Kenn Rowan did not refund the meal. I called Red Lobster's corporate office and spoke to Britney on Tuesday, August 29. She said she would have the Director of Operations contact me no later that September 1, 2023. I did not hear from the director. I am truly disappointed with the Red Lobster establishment on Montgomery Cross Road in Savannah Ga. It is truly living up to all of the complaints and dissatisfied customers and has diminished in food and customer service quality. Do not wast your time dining at this poorly ran establishment.

Food (Endless Shrimp) was very good although obtaining a refill took too much time. Server was friendly and professional (Jorge) but had way too many customers to handle. We had at least 3 staff members who brought food and drinks to our table. One of my shrimp dishes was shrimp over fettuccine, but when I asked for grated cheese, I was told that Red Lobster doesn't have any. Then why are they serving pasta? We were finally able to order dessert and coffee, and the coffee ($3.35) was cold. After waiting 15 minutes for them to bring a fresh-brewed cup, we decided to get up and leave. This all can be attributed to poor management. You don't keep filling the seats without any regard for how many tables a server can handle. Never again. This was the Red Lobster in Deptford, New Jersey.

Hello I went to the location in Inglewood to just be local.Myself and my husband spent his 65th birthday there and it was really nice last month.Took pictures in house and everything. Anyway went today for lunch,the wait was a hour,No problem..Waited a hour got seated and a guess after us got serviced first.No problem finally got hot biscuits and the new dip Crab something.,water and something to drink.that hour turnt into 2.Waited a hour and saw another table after us get serviced and all their entrees still befor us.Enough was enough got the check for drinks and starters and left the establishment. SO disappointed ?...

I'm writing because I'm in red lobster and the manager came and helped the table next to me but when I said excuse me to get her attention she pretended to ignore me until I said it a 2nd time. I asked her for a to-go box to which she proceeded to ask me if I had the two shrimp entree or endless shrimp. I was so embarrassed by her question because she then said normally we don't let you take carry out with endless shrimp unless it's a small amount I asked what's a small amount and her answer was vague. No mind you I have a double order of Brussels sprouts to which I replied I can't take these home either? She said sure. I asked for additional sauce for my shrimp and she sent the waiter back with the sauce only. I do not appreciate being embarrassed and singled out. It made my dining experience a regrettable one especially since I only returned because I was here at the top of the week and ordered endless shrimp but they had run out of the dragon shrimp and was even able to fulfill the first order of 3 to which they tried to pursuade me to order other shrimp that I did not want. What an experience. Is this what we can now expect from dining at red lobster?

The Red Lobster in Aiken, S.C. Is absolutely disgustingly filthy. The waitress that we had was wonderful. The cocktails are watered down. The barmaid was not nice at all & remade our drinks far away so I couldn't see her make them. They were still quite watery. We will never return but the health department should. They would close it down! Lobster was good!

Had great service, and food was very good. Not my previous visit, sat in bar, really bad service from young bartender. This visit however, the work Demeatrio (our server) and his coworker Christine, demonstrated made our meal so much more enjoyable. As an old server I realize the importance of working together, and these two really demonstrated that!! We sure appreciate them!!

My husband & I dined at The Red Lobster in Rohnert Park California twice this past week. We went there last year on December 26,2022 to celebrate my 65th birthday, only to find the restaurant closed with a sign on the door saying they didn't have enough employees available to run the restaurant. Needless to say, I was very upset. I complained to Red Lobster Corporate on their Facebook page about this, & I was sent a $30.00 e-card.So, we figured we would use the card to give the restaurant another try. This time, we had a great experience! Our waitress Jocelyn, was amazing. It was like she knew what we wanted or needed before we even knew it! The other members of the staff were also kind & attentive. It was a pleasant experience & changed our minds about eating at Red Lobster, not even mentioning how delicious our meal was. So, we decided to go back within the same week to celebrate my 66th birthday. We ordered the same meal feast where we chose 2 lobster tails, 2 orders of your Coconut Shrimp & sides including Cole slaw & stuffing. We had a chance to meet your Store Manager, Martha, briefly during our first visit. When she recognized on the night of my birthday, she came over, had a nice conversation with us, found out we were celebrating my birthday (we told her about what happened last year & she apologized and told us they had to close because everyone had been exposed to COVID). Martha answered some questions about some of the new items on your menu, specifically about your seafood stuffed mushrooms & she said they were fabulous! Next thing we knew, she gave me a birthday gift of an order of the mushrooms & they were as amazing as she said. Our waiter, George was pleasant as well. We constantly had refills on your Chedder delicious biscuits as we finished them, and the whole meal was wonderful. Martha & George even brought me a birthday sundae & sang HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me. We are so impressed with the way Martha made us feel so welcome & how well her staff is trained. Everyone was smiling and polite and it makes us want to return. So, January 2nd is our 31st Wedding Anniversary, & we told Martha we plan on celebrating itat her Red Lobster. She said she is even scheduled to work that night & is looking forward to helping us celebrate. We left the rest not only with full tummies, but with big smiles on our faces. Please put a copy
of this this in her personnel file. She has made a regular customer out of us!

Many times people complain and don't take the time to complement. I have not been out in a long time. My sister surprised me for my birthday on 10-27-23 and took me and had guess meet us at Red Lobster. Located on Hoover in Warren Michigan. My visit was one of the best experiences with customer service that I have had in a long time. The young lady name was Angie, she was so patient and professional with a group of 6.I called the store after talking with my party and they all agreed that her service should be noted at a higher level. That is what this text is about. I hope she gets the acknowledgement deserved. I remind employees at my job everyday of the importance of "Excellent Customer Service".

On May 14,203 we had a party of 15 for Mother's Day our sever was Shardeane. She was Amazing. She was on point with the service, all of our orders came out correctly. She never had an issue bringing out extras of whatever we needed.

I just had to send you this message to let you know how much my husband and I LOVE visiting your Red Lobster Restaurants. We drive annually from Texas traveling West to CalifornIa each year since 2018. I have to say that there has Not been One Time where we haven't enjoyed a Delicious Meal and Wonderful Service at a Red Lobster. From the moment we enter any of your Resturants, we are greeted by a welcoming Host/ Hostess and escorted back to a lovely table. Our Waiter/Waitress has always been very friendly and helpful to our every need. Always checking to make sure all is well ! We cannot Compliment Your company enough for Hiring Such Amazing Employees for your great business. I must also mention the people in the shadows who we don't have the opportunity to meet. Each and every meal my husband and I have enjoyed has been served Hot and Delicious. Thank You so much for being such a Great Resturant that serves Tasty Meals at an amazing Price ! I want to express our/my sincere gratitude for the service and excellent quisine we've received from the Florence, Alabama Red Lobster. My wife and I are over 80 years old and frequently live in our best past moments as youngsters growing up in Chicago. Red Lobster (Florence, Al) offers us the best of our memories offer. The servers are incredibly friendly and the management is remarkably responsive. We have been frequenting this establishment about twice for the past 15 or so years, and will hopefully continue to do so for another 15.

Red lobster at 1600 parkway in Sevierville was so so so good!!! We had the endless shrimp scampi meal and the sirloin steak with shrimp Alfredo and I cannot say enough on how helpful and positive the atmosphere was...the hostess Star was a true star!! And Josh was very proud of staff and cooks ...Angie was our server and she delivered everything we needed... thank you and highly recommend eating here!!!

I had lunch today April 11 at Red Lobster in Ashtabula, Ohio. I ordered a crispy cod sandwich it was much to greasy to eat.
Told the waiter I couldn't eat it to greasy he agreed. Never offered me anything else. I paid for it plus a tip.

Hello I had to take time to compliment Ganesha Mitchell at store #0730. She stated that it was here second day. We went two days in a row and got her both times. She is extremely intelligent and professional deserving of a $20 tip from our $42 meal. She is at 6401 Darter Ct., Fort Fierce, Fl 39497. Keep an eye on her you have a winner!?

I was a member of a Red Hat group that had lunch at the Woodbridge, VA restaurant on 1/18/17 and I would like to comment that there was a group of 18 ladies and we had one server named RHAMIRE . He was by far the most pleasant, respectful, and highly efficient server I have ever seen. He took our orders and delivered our food and continuously asked if we needed anything, plus gave us all individual checks as we requested. He just made our visit extremely pleasant. I hope we are privileged to have him as a server again on our next visit.

I love this waitress Karen at your Plantation Florida restaurant- she's so good and popular sometimes you have to wait for her- which I gladly do. She's amazing and I always get best service from her. By the way , she used to waitress at ft Lauderdale on SE 17 th street location years ago before it closed so I was happy to see her !

The St. Louis Bridget on location has the absolute WORST Customer Service of ANY business I've ever encountered !! I called this location to ask a simple question about coupons in local papers. When the call was taken by a young lady who seemed impatient and unwilling to properly address my concern, I requested as nicely as I could, to speak with a Manager.I was left on hold for approx 15 mins before someone picked up the phone and asked who I was holding for. I was left on hold for 1 hr/ 30 mins( I held on intentionally until I got home to call Cust Relations from my home phone while I kept 'on hold' on my cell ( for verification). Finally after 87 mins, Emily, who said she was one of the Mgrs came on to ask how she could help me. I advised her how long I'd been made to hold for her, and her reply was just "Oh my !". No apology offered !!I informed her that I'd contacted Customer Relations about the matter and I'd just continued to hold in hopes of getting the Mgrs name.After speaking with Jessie, I received a prompt call from Sam ( Manager in Corp Affairs) who reached out to me with a sincere apology !! He offered no excuses for the treatment I received. I was set to tell him ' lunchtime rush' was not the case as I placed the call at 2:34 p.m. CST! Sam acknowled that my time was valuable !! Thanks Sam....for your efforts in restoring my Faith in Red Lobster !!

On July 14, 2016 the management at Red Lobster in Pensacola, Fl. went above and beyond their duty in saving my father's life. My parents, aunt and I had gone there for lunch when my father started choking on a piece of hamburger meat, was turning blue and collapsed on the floor. Deanna (manager) and Ruby (hostess) ran over and was helping us with the Heimlich maneuver. They had called the paramedics and Ruby called a nurse over that was eating there and between all of them they saved his life. One of the servers was taking care of my aunt, who is 85, as she was upset and crying. He went to hospital and now home. I want to thank them all again for what they and other customers did for my father and family. He is 94 yrs old and we were celebrating their 73rd anniversary. If they had not responded as they had it would be a different story. We will be back the next time we are in Pensacola.THANK YOU AGAIN.

our family celebrated my Nice's Birthday Aril Reed at Red Lobster on 13th Street in Columbus, Ga. Chris our server was very professional, caring and gave us beyond his best service. Red Lobster is so bless to have such a great employee as Chris. I have visited Red lobster with a large group as well as myself and Chris have served myself as well as a group of us and he did an excellent joy. Thanks Chris for a joy well done
we will definite visit Red Lobster again.

My husband, mother and I left Red Lobster about a half hour ago. Our servers name was Serenity and I just wanted to say that she was attentive, very sweet, and did a fantastic job. We were at the Red Lobster in Mesa, Arizona on Alma School Road. She was great.

Hello: my name is Jay Belinsky and I'd like to share my experience at the 455 Gateway Drive, Brooklyn New York 11307 location. A few weeks back I ordered a take out lunch to bring home. When I opened the bag, the entree was not the one I ordered nor wanted. I called Conrad Robert, the stores manager and brought this problem to his attention. He apologized profusely for the error and invited me to the restaurant for a complimentary meal. I've just returned from the restaurant and was compelled to write you folks on my experience. Mr. Robert greeted me very professionally, he was very customer focused and made me feel like an MVP. He kept his word on the lunch and I was very impressed with my interaction with him. I'd be remiss if I didn't bring this pleasant experience to your attention and I'd love for him to be recognized by his superiors for a job very well done. This particular location is located in a large outdoor shopping mall and and is always busy with diners which makes Mr. Roberts considerations that much more pleasant. I want him to know how happy I was with his service and as long as he's there he's got a customer for life. Thanks

I have some serious concerns for the Red Lobster in Cary Nc in the Crossroads Plaza. The young girls working there are brow beat, ridiculed, belittled and treated very disrespected by all management. I would like to see management have classes or training on treating employees with respect, kindness and value. If a change does not happen I will pursue other means to see that this establishment will become a friendly not hostile work environment.

My son worked at Red Lobster and has been treated unfairly by a manager named James in Texarkana, Tx. Red Lobster did away with bust boys'. However, Whenever James would work he would tell my son he was going to be the bust boy and get paid 5.20. He began there being a hostess being paid $9.00 an hour, but James doesn't want his waitresses busting their own table, so he would make my son. On mother's day my son worked from 10am-9pm without a break thanks to James. I'm very aware that not allowing breaks is illegal. This is not the first time James has done this. I called and spoke to James 10/27/17 and he confirmed that my son was hired for hostess, but he wanted him to be a bust boy. He's cut his hours to 2 days a week. I will be calling corporate.

My name is Sharon Thomas I have been with rl for over 14yrs yesterday I was called in the office an told by Britney an Ryan that someone complain a employee that I was mean to host grace I have watch my hours get cut back over the last two years an not till I kept asking the answer was u can't work by yourself I'm not meeting expectations for the last year my evaluation was so bad an constant put downs yes I did ask grace Sat why she got so many shifts an u were the only employee that worked one day a week she said idk why in office I was told cause grace is a better worker than u she can work by herself u need help u don't buds tables u don't turn computer fast enough I was a loyal 14yr employee who loved her job I could not talk to Bobby he would either laugh or he was too busy the constant put downs was too much I know I was an assert no matter what they say I was crying an a mess yesterday I told Ryan I need to leave I'm better than Brittany says I am I will never measure up to her standards Bobby the gm always take management word always they keep so much stuff away from director Chris an when they instigate a lot of it yesterday they took the word of an employee when I never even said anything to grace I never blamed grace never an I told her that Bobby wasn't there I left upset at 2pm telling Ryan I need to leave at 6pm all my shifts were deleted I get a call today from an employee saying Bobby cox gm said I quit I never saw or talk to Bobby he was off yesterday Ryan ask yesterday if I wanted to sit down with Bobby I said I have many times he will joke laugh or get aggregated listening Bobby was the one who decided without telling me I'm not making standards if only Chris falden knew how much is covered up its always the employee I knew this day would come after I called crew relations about Reeder I would be punished an I have its retaliation but it's their word only u have no voice Bobby telling crew I quit liar I didn't he never talk to me or saw me I gave rl 14years I was devoted loved an knew the guest it's painful to go in a workplace to feel like I did I can take constructive criticism but to hear for two years I don't meet expectations I only work well in a team I can never work by myself I have tears of hurt to leave rl after years someone deleted all my shifts this week an the gm saying I quit without ever having contact with me I only hope rl New change will embrace loyal long time employees an they have a voice u don't an won't at rl251 Richmond va sad

I'm writing corporate cause I didn't know how to contact my director Chris falden on hot schedules my name is sharon Thomas. I work at store 251in Richmond va today my manager Reeder wrote me up saying it's my final guest complaint I made a mistake of calling the wrong large party they were a black party an the party I missed was Spanish I didn't sign them in so I never knew what Spanish large party looked like they called Reeder an said I took black party back first cause I knew them an I didn't take them back cause they were Spanish I went to guest to say I'm sorry I just made a mistake in calling the wrong party I never brought up race never an I tried to get them down quickly my manager said I should have let him take care of it I said true but u told me they said I skipped them cause they were Spanish I had to explain I had to apologize to them guest said thank u for apologizing an it's ok they understand but Reeder told me in office if they called corporate he has to say he did something to me I said I understood that but my write up said my final terminated next time that he wrote up on me he said Bobby put in a complaint from guess cause I said hello no ladies today guess call corporate saying they were gay an I should have known that I didn't know never ask I was always taught u don't see race nor gender so if a guest say u are racist or u are against gay people then u are not true it's not fair to me to be seen or assumptions made about me I've been a host for 14yrs I try not to make a lot of mistake an learn from it but to be told today by Reeder that they assume that never saying guest told him that I asked Reeder did they say that directly to u an when I apologized to them today he said I understood it was a mistake an thank u it's hard there to stand up for your self u can never explain anything it's always managers answer I have to say something I know I will have reprocussing for writing corporate but I tried to make my mistake better an apologized to guest I didn't expect to see in a write up today I can be facing termination

I use to work for the company, not anymore after the rude cliental and bad tippers I've had enough of the service industry to last a life time.I was a server/bartender for 5 years I use to love my job and all the people until they took away gratuity. I can't tell you how many terrible evenings I've encountered within that company.

Every weekend Red Lobster has many many large parties that love to indulge in the cheesy bread and awesome seafood, because lord knows it's heavenly, but when you work 12 hour days and for 8 of those hours you're waiting on mean people who treat you like a slave it's dreadful. They no longer include gratuity so all those large parties of 20 come in and spend 400$ worth food and leave you 2$... if that. DO NOT WORK FOR RED LOBSTER they do not pay their employees nor care for them.

Worst job ever, I got stiffed on 8 tops, 12 tops, and even 30 tops all the time they come in at 10:45 and leave at 1 am then leave you a 3$ tip.Its a joke.

Today there was a disservice done to an employee, Hilary,at the Brownsville location. She was fired because she served my husband and I a new drink that was introduced to the staff. The drink was placed by the drink pick up area, I noticed it and asked what it was. Several servers drank from it and she said she would make me one so I/we could taste it. My husband and I have been loyal customers for almost as long as we have been married, 34 years. Dante was very professional and told us today that he had fired Hilary,and we were not allowed to be served there any longer. I felt horrible for Hillary,and I was very embarrassed and humiliated because we were asked to leave. Punish us, but not Hilary, she is an excellent server and bartender, and should have been fired to please her customers. Please, please hire her back, and we will take our business elsewhere. I write this with a broken heart, for Hillary. Thank you, Mary
