I signed up for RingCentral service. Their equipment was still in an unopened box, and I cancelled before I even attempted to use it. I received acknowledgement of my cancellation by email. The next day my two office phone lines were dead. You cannot find anyone in their Philippine office with any brains. They speak English but they don't understand English. So I now have a business operation with no phones, and I cannot do a thing. AT&T cannot return my phones without RingCentral's authorization.
How can you communicate with someone who does not understand you. Whatever 888 telephone number you dial will take you to the idiots in Manila. This is the biggest mistake I have made in my 70 years in business. They will not transfer your telephone call to someone in the USA,
