I had been with Telus Home TV & Internet for over 20+ years and recently moved to another address. I was promised my services to be install 2days ago 4/15 confirmed online but then I received a call from Telus stating the online booking error and did not receive a work order then move my installation to 4/21.
This is fine since I have 2 mobile Telus lines so thinking of using hotspot. Upon trying to use hotspot and no matter how and what I did, did not work.
I then call Telus today and was dumb-founded that the 2 line mobile hotspot was lock and only for use as a single device.
Before joining Telus, I been with FreedomMobile for over 10+ years, thinking of getting 20GB extra for the same price but got scammed because I was not told about this during activation.
They tried to charge me almost $60 more per line per month to just get the hotspot and been transfer to 2 different department and still gonna be $15 more per line per month.
I been happy with FreedomMobile and will switch back and will also switch to Shaw for TV and Internet.
