of my current work schedule hrs. from M-F 7:30am-4:00pm, I couldn't leave work to make it on time for all three deliveries 1st delivery at 3/6/24@12:21pm, 2nd at 3/7/24@11:39am, 3rd at 3/8/24@11:20am. I couldn't change my delivery status. Didn't understand why I was restricted, because I paid full price for this product to be delivered at my convenience, I was given no options to get my package that I paid for. UPS did not give me full access to my account to modify my delivery, it was their way or the highway. The customer support channel was useless, they only told me that they were sorry for my inconvenience. I lost money ($47.45) during this difficult time.
On the bad negative service I received, I will be reporting this to all media complaint outlets. I want my package without repaying to have it reshipped to my residence, I want it delivered on my terms not USP's three strikes you'r out terms. TY.

I'd like to start off by saying ups is not worth the time or money. They put my package in a locker without asking me and my leasing office was closed so I couldn't even get my access code to a locker I never signed up for

Screw your customer service system! I absolutely despise the way that this company does business. Why have a customer service line when all they do is waste time, waste people's patience and not even care? Those automated services piss me and a whole lot of people off. I hate it so much! Please do your freaking job right. Reachability is something that if I could I would give a zero to.

UPS has no customer service. They have hidden every possible number to talk to a human being. A $700 amplifier just 'disappears' from their delivery truck and there's nobody to talk to. Just run you in circles over and over with their terrible automated service. You can call Amazon and request that Amazon not ship items to you through UPS. I've done that. I'll never use them again. Over and over packages missing, late, or even if it's a simple question you'll never ever get it answered. It is the WORST customer service I've ever dealt with.

Horrible experience.
The arrogant attitude comes from the top down. If they dont like your complaint they turn you over to legal.
The regular workers seem nice.

Horrible customer service. The absolute worst. First my package was delivered elsewhere then I was unable to file a claim because the sender has to do that. No help whatsoever with UPS trying to contact the driver to ask where was the package dropped off to. Disgusting....

UPS is the worst parcel service in the business. I spent 3 hours on the phone trying to reach an actual person. When I did they couldn't actually help at all. What are they for?? My delivery info when I track it has been saying that it's in my town for the last few days. They keep sending me emails saying it will be delivered that day but it's not. Then yesterday it said it was delayed because of weather conditions in the area. Yesterday it was 60 degrees here.
When I finally got to speak to someone they said no that my package isn't here it's still in Ohio. Why would it say that it is being processed in my town if it's not?? What good is a tracking system that doesn't track and then it's impossible to speak to someone? That makes it a BS excuse making system not an actual tracking system. It's just so UPS can get a few more days to figure out where your package is. Half of the time I order something and it's delivered by them there is a problem and nobody to speak to. In the future if I need an item and the shipping is through UPS I would rather do without said item and save the stress and time. Worst shipping service ever.

The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and is little to any help and ups dosnt hold itself responsible for lost or delivered wrong packages...I got absolutely no help with my package and now I am out my own money

I find it really unfortunate when your drivers are to good to do the job they get paid for.. booo driver ca plates 95195H2. No reason not to deliver my package. I guess complete laziness.

I paid the extra fee for change of delivery. The change was supposed to take place the very next day. I made the change of delivery because I could not be home at the time that UPS was delivering the package. Once I made the change of delivery called the pick up destination, only to find out the package would not be delivered for another three days. This means that my possession is still in UPS's possession not knowing at this package is even gonna be delivered. Essentially I paid for a service that UPS didn't fulfill. This company uses ways to upsale their services. Which essentially is ripping customers off.I thought FedEx was bad but they're not as bad as UPS they're technology and their system are behind the times. They are a horrible service. Do not use UPS ever they are terrible. Don't use this service don't use them. I hope they go out of business. They're behind the times. They're absolutely not a good company they don't live up to their promise.

Karen from Palatine facility. Told me package was in transit from Palatine but hadn't left yet. Said she didn't know where it was going and couldn't transfer me to someone who could. Told me it was sent from Hodgkin's to Palatine which is the wrong direction. Hung up on me

Christine. Supervisor from customer support said my package was in Lockport. Guaranteed I would receive it on Monday. Today is Friday which was original delivery date. Then said I should receive it Monday. Told me projected locations and times are used on track my package and that UPS was not responsible for providing accurate information. Not sure if I will ever get my package both contradicted themselves so much they forgot which lies they had already told me ups is the worst

I had 2 packages sent to my address. One of the packages was sent 2nd day air and was a medically necessary device. The packages were out for delivery once. The packages were labeled recipient moved. I called customer service 3 times to file complaint and have them sent out for delivery again. The third customer service call I made, I was told I had to go to the Odessa FL hub and pick-up packages that day or they would be returned to sender. The packages had been at the Odessa FL hub for 10 days. I drove an hour and one half each way to pick-up my packages. I showed my FL driver's license to pick up the packages and pointed out to the clerk that my address on my license was the same as was on the packages. My advice to anyone shipping packet, choose another company to ship with.

The worst service everrrrrr. I live in an apartment, I asked the representative to put special instructions that they have to call me because the buzzer doesn't work. And next day someone is calling me and being rude to me that the drivers aren't allowed to call customers. How am i supposed to pick up the parcel then??

It is pretty sorry that the actual general mailbox person (live) doesn't have a phone number to the UPS human resource department. They acted so clueless and didn't even know what an Employment verification was??

UPS used to be my preferred carrier, but after two iPhones - the original and its replacement - were stolen by your employees once they reached the Charlotte Distribution Center, I have lost respect for your company. The iPhone in question was my daughter's only Christmas present and was ordered on launch weekend from Apple. We keep our phones for several years, so my daughter wanted a specific phone in a specific color. It made sense to order early. Her first phone arrived in Charlotte and was scheduled for delivery on November 1st, but was never delivered. After two days in Charlotte, I went down to the UPS Distribution Center on Jeff Adams Drive in an attempt to locate it. A couple of employees searched for it - while I waited about 20-30 minutes - and came back empty handed. One of the employees said to me, "You people need to learn how to order phones" before he turned and walked away. The second phone was scheduled to be delivered on November 15th. Again, the phone arrived in Charlotte, but was never delivered. Finally, I gave up, placed an order online for in-store pickup, and drove 90 minutes round trip to an Apple Store. I had to buy a larger capacity phone to get the color and model my daughter wanted, so I was out an extra $200 - not to mention the time I wasted sitting at home waiting for the original phones to be delivered. After refunding me for both phones, Apple filed claims with you, and I presume has been reimbursed by you. LONG STORY SHORT, YOU HAVE AN EMPLOYEE IPHONE THEFT PROBLEM IN CHARLOTTE THAT I HOPE YOU ARE ADDRESSING. As for me, I will never order an iPhone for home delivery again and will pick an alternate carrier on major purchases when given the option.

Just wanted a delivery driver toss my package onto the porch. It is clearly marked fragile. No respect shown for the customer's freight.

Don't understand why my packages are getting dropped off at the clubhouses at my apartment complex. You have the address to the apartment on the box. Take the packages where they belong. You should not have to run to the clubhouse to grab your items. Sometimes you have the wait the next day because the office people are out. I expect my packages delivered to my home not dropped off at a different address.

They fugging had 24 damned hours to deliver my package that was 26 f'n miles away. They sent me an email confirming that it would be delivered today (a Saturday) now since they deprioritized my package NOW I HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 2 f'n days. HORRIBLE SHIPPING. They don't give a fug.

I ordered a Christmas Tree from Michaels Arts & Crafts store it was to be shipped free by UPS. I am local in Jacksonville, Fl. Iwas given a ship date and time of Dec, 1 between 10:45 - 1:45. It never arrived. No reason why until 6pm email that it will arrive on Dec. 2 between 2-6pm. Then received email. Will arrived before 9pm. I feel this is very very poor customer service. I ordered item on Nov 29. I will not ever have anything shipped by UPS again. Not happy.

UPS... For starters, I have NEVER left a bad review for any company, but I felt more than compelled to do it with UPS.

I have never done business with a company whose methods and customer support are so horribly bad that it made my blood boil when trying to get an issue resolved (their drivers require signatures even though the shipper does not). Honestly, I thought I was going to have a heart attack due to the unbelievable frustration I experienced in having to deal with them.

It takes more than an hour just to get somebody on the phone and then their broken english personnel shuttle you from department to department and finally just hang up on you when you voice your feelings.

And don't even ask about their frustrating phone robot which also hangs up on you after giving you a set of options which do not apply to you. And, ironically, the last thing the robot says before it disconnects you is "We appreciate your business"... What a laugh...

If this was the last company on earth, I would choose to die before doing business with them. I hope and pray that they go out of business SOON. If you have a choice, take your business elsewhere. You won't regret it.

Why does u p s always leave my packages at the wrong house. They always leave it at my neighbor's house. And we don't speak we don't go in each other's yards. I have to sneak over there when they're not home Don't they see the address is on the house is it really that difficult?

I used to rate UPS as near the top. Fed Ex>>UPS>>DHL>>>>>>>>>>Amazon Logistics. I used to think AMZL would never get better. They didnt. UPS fell off a cliff. Impossible to reach agents. Horrific customer provacy policy. Not engaging unless you agree to their terms.... a delayed Red Label package (ie next day air) and I wait an hour each time I call. Agents have virtually no information...hours go by, no call backs. Agents make crap up about how things work. Utterly unbelievable

I would like to make a comment about our UPS driver Tiny Sanchez, located in Angel fire New Mexico. Tony does an outstanding job despite the difficult travel weather we have here in Angel Fire. Tiny goes out of his way always to make us feel like a highly valued customer of UPS. He is always happy to help and I enjoy seeing him every day. Sincerely, Michael and Julie JOLLEY.

Rashy who works at the UPS Store 11010 Lake Grove, Morrisville, NC was outstanding. Not only was he personable, but he helped get my package out of my car and as he was packaging it he would come out from behind to get my okay on each level of it. He did an excellent job and has incredible customer service.

I am normally very pleased with our local deliveries. But today with heavy rains the driver leaves my Amazon package in the driveway. It was so wet you could hardly pick up the box. FedEx usually puts it in a plastic bag at least, when it's raining. Thank goodness nothing was ruined.

FINALLY! I got my normal Area UPS, Driver back after Holiday's CHAOS!
Andre is on my route Driver and he gets it RIGHT each time. Unfortunately, over the holidays (2021) UPS had temporary drivers for my area who delivered 4 of my packages to different addresses. I was only able to recoup one and get 1 refunded the other 2 are lost forever, which was a lot of money & Christmas presents. So thank God for Andre because he got my packages to me today lickety split! ANDRE is an AWESOME employee with UPS! He actually cares for the UPS customers and makes sure everyone gets the RIGHT packages. I hope he gets Accommodation for his EXEMPLARY commitment!

I just wanted to say the ups driver I has today on 12-3-21 made my day! She knocked on my door and got my attention before leaving my package outside! It was something for my kids and it was in its original box which showed what it was and everything! I feel She thought it would be stolen or my kids would see it! She got my attention and waited on me to grab my car keys to pop my trunk qnd put it in there for me! Right after all my kids came running outside asking me questions! Thanks to our awesome ups driver today my kids got to enjoy Christmas one more year and not heart broken about the reality of it!!
I normally don't write reviews but I felt She needed praise for what she did for me and my family today!
I didn't get her name but if she sees this I hope she knows how grateful I am for her extra effort delivering today!!
Attalla Alabama is where she delivered to!!
I hope she sees this and hope she has a merry Christmas and happy new years!

I live in Lisbon and as unfortunately most the postal services in Portugal are unreliable, I constantly experience frustrating sagas with my European or US deliveries.
The majority of the shipping companies seldom deliver on the schedule day or assert they attempted a delivery but I wasn't home, while I was, some even claim my address doesn't exist!
The only reliable company is UPS...deliveries or pick-ups are always on time and their local customer service is easy to contact, courteous & always ready to assist.

Wanted to thank UPS for going out of their way to get a package to our company when we missed the first try at delivery. The driver made the effort to swing back by our office before she left our area. We received the shipment in time to get to the to the job in was intended. KUDOS UPS !!

Fed up ridiculousness at the Leominster location, no proper supervisors. Supervisors are shadowing the same drivers over and over again even though they're not supposed to per our contract. Drivers working in the building to get their hours in the evenings, which is fine but you have people standing around doing nothing. Annoying when you see the night shop steward and the kid who's supposed to park the trucks just hanging out doing nothing or hanging out with the new female supervisor up in the office while drivers are unloading trucks. Must be nice to have an in with supervisors to get an arrangement to do nothing and get whatever hours they want while everyone else is told only a certain amount of time each day. The downstairs office manager that's supposed to answer phones half the time he doesn't answer them and complains about his job and the other half he's watching videos / gaming. Beyond frustrating to see people who think they're entitled.

I work in Overstock (ups Logistics) hebron, Ky and I can tell u that there is a lot of favoritism among the leads and management as well as poor management

Posted by Jay

I will just quote one thing from this delivery service provider: "UPS are not obliged to deliver the parcel to the correct address ... if we have an incomplete address on our system, we are not obliged to contact the sender or recipient ... we will just deliver to any address in that block"
This seems totally improper and almost immoral to me! If most people ran a business like that, they would be closed down. This is a global service provider! I found this very difficult to believe.

Today a UPS driver pulling a trailer had the trailer hitch bumper and all break off. Why does UPS pretend to push safety when their own managers (Trey) not walk he talk. Don't get me started on the other wrong doings (breaking the law) by changing employee time sheets this management team does. The Texas Labor board and OSHA departments would have a hay day at the Stafford Tx facility.

I used to work for UPS. I loved my job and I was good at it. I worked almost 5 years for the freight division. I could perform any operations job there was. I never received a write up or reprimand. I was a good employee. It just so happened that when I was hired, there was a relative also employed with UPS freight at a different terminal. Shortly, after I was hired, it was noted that I was related to this other individual. I had forgot to put her name on the computer application. UPS had no rules against hiring relatives. I worked there for 2 1/2 years and this relative was promoted. Three regional vice presidents, ups freight, and UPS all were aware we were related. We had this low-life supervisor at the terminal who decided that his girlfriends mother should be promoted. The only reason she was hired was because he was boinking this woman's daughter. Phony interviews were set up and no matter who applied for the position, she already had the job. Mind you, she had absolutely no experience in freight. It was rumored she was to be fired for incompetency and I was going to be forced to take over the mini-hub duties. This low life weasel of a supervisor came in one night, looked in my employee file, and two weeks later, human resources was at the terminal. I was forced to resign because I did not put my relatives name on the application. At first they tried to fire me until I threatened legal action because once it became known almost 5 years ago, we were related, and it was an accepted known fact, there was no need to fix the application. The reason they made such a big deal about it is Helga the Sea Hag and this piece of trash supervisor telephoned the 1-800 ups helpline and complained two relatives were working out of the same terminal. Then they changed their tune and allowed me to resign. I should have sued the living daylights out of them. UPS was more concerned that I was related to someone else instead of why their 1-800 # was being used for retaliation. Since then the SEA HAG was made a supervisor and is still the height of total incompetence. The entire terminal hates her guts. Because she was promoted after only a year working there and with no freight experience. As a matter of fact, I know personally, that corporate executives told the terminal manager to get rid of her because she was an idiot. UPS does not care about anything or anyone that works for them. They would screw over their own grandmother for a buck. The two brothers that started the company are rolling over in their grave!!

I can tell you all that UPS MANAGEMENT is to blame for the behavior of their hourly employees. These poor drivers are lied to, pushed around, manipulated, and forced to do their jobs faster than time should allow which causes them to do things out of stress and frustration with their lives...UPS needs to be exposed..I even read somewhere where this company got awarded a most ethical company award, lol. Don't take my word for it, ask 3 or 4 drivers how they are treated. They are abused and it's a crying shame that ups can cover it up by flashing their profits. UPS destroys peoples lives daily! DONT USE UPS!

I worked as a pre-loader for UPS for a full year before I lost patience for their mistreatment of employees and insane work environment.

I have worked at UPS for over 5 years. I started as a regular package handler and have been a supervisor for 3 years now. in that time i was going to college, ups was very flexible with my school schedule and provided me with a well paying job and profound benefits. not everyone is the ideal employee (management or hourly) but that's life not everyone is perfect. in my time i have learned a lot, have had some disappointments but at the end of the day i would not want to work any where else. when i go home i know i spent my day working to the bone. i know others may disagree but i wouldnt have it any other way. my advice to anyone who new working for ups is if you continue to work hard good things will fall your way and once they do it will be the most gratifying feeling imaginable.

im a female unloader who as been part time at ups in laurel, md for 5.5 years and i love my job. i think managment is great i know their is plenty of complaints buy employees but my opinion differs thgen others. money is not the best but it does teach us the true value of a dollar. so many people come and go you are not gonna last and experience the good if you dont stick around besides the best benefits MY MANAGMENT is great and they break their backs for us pt package handlers and try to meet OUR needs the best they can. its not an office setting we aRE in 53 footers unloading all night but thats the job. i tell many employees to take their pink panties off and mann-up, coming from a female wow!!! we get hired KNOWING UPS expectations and i feel as if many take advantage of UPS because of the union knowing they really wont get fired when they slack off. that really irritates me and feel bad for managment cause they cant do anything about it which sucks.. plenty of pt package handlers need to be fired i swear they are lazy and it shows... im at my day job now ready for my shift tonight (night hub)(unload4 baby)#1 in the region Laurel,MD

"I used to work there...until you have, you don't understand exactly how frustrating it is. Fragile packages come flying down the slides to the trucks anyway, and could very well be crushed under a heavy box before they ever get to the loaders. You don't always have time to take extra care to load certain packages, especially in the busy trucks. So take it from someone who, unfortunately, used to work there; disregard a few dents and dings, as many times the boxes come to the loaders ALREADY ripped and bent. It's a flawed, inefficient system, so be happy you get your packages at all. "
... 100% agreed - i still work there and customer service no longer exists at ups - its all about "get the packages out of the trailers onto the sort aisle & sorted to the proper belts and into the delivery cars (yes they call them "cars" not trucks lol!) asap at any and all costs" packages are shoved & stuffed out of trailers and pushed & thrown through the sorting process with no regard for package handling care at all - its all about down time meaning all management cares about is how quickly the morning operation gets over & done with. a few packages getting mangled & broken or smashed in the process is of the least of their concerns i promise you.
