DraftKings Customer Service

Just horrible customer service. I'm going elsewhere.

Experience with customer service has been a complete nightmare. Account has been locked out over a month. Draftkings has told me there's a self exclusion from GAMSTOP placed on my account. Completely ridiculous considering GAMSTOP is a UK based company and I live in the US. But, I reached out to GAMSTOP because draftkings told me there was nothing they could do, and of course GAMSTOP told me there is no account/self restriction with any information pertaining to me. Now every time I try to contact draftkings I get some pre-automated message saying "it's still under review by our internal team". They absolutely stink. Keeping MY money hostage from me for over a month.

Seems appropriate that a loser company like Draftkings would hire the worst draft pick quarter back in history to promote their betting scam rip off operation. Just shows How low you will to advertise your business.

I was a long time patron of draftkings. Then i noticed some shady moves being pulled. I emailed them to question them about it and they instantly locked my account and are holding the 288.00 I had just deposited hostage to punish me for not just ignoring the BS moves they make. They intend to rob me it appears and I see from what other people are saying that they have a nice little side business ripping off customer's accounts. They are ignoring me so i will probably have to sue them or escalate this to the nth degree.Thieves only understand one thing. Strength.

Be Aware! I have had draftkings for over a year. Once they did the update, I could not figure out how to bet on just a fighter instead of how they win. I tried to ask them how it's done, they responded with a generic answer that did not answer my question. I said I don't have money just to waste and then all of a sudden, they shut my account down for what I said as if I was in gambling trouble lol. Something about their terms of service, smh. I have not had access to over $200 of my money because they are reviewing my account!
This company is a joke. Be careful what you say when you talk to them or they might shut your account down. I have no access to my money for over 2 days. I just wanted to pull my money out. They still denied me and said wait till the review of your account is done... and I'm still waiting. Now this is completely illegal, you have no right to hold onto my money! I will never bet with this corrupt company again!

I have only been playing on draftkings a couple of days and I won. Draftkings had no problem accepting my deposits. But when I went to withdraw my money. Now there are issues. I've been reaching out to support only to get automatic response emails stating that they are working on the issue and get back to me. They asked me to submit a picture of myself holding my ID next to my face and submitt bank statements for the cards i have on file. They didn't ask for any of that when i was making a deposit to play their games, however when i win and attemp to collect there are problems or questions to collect my winnings and my account is locked.They managed to open the app but I still can not play any games and I can not retrieve my winnings. I het messages saying my paperwork is not acceptable. I even said I would go to a casino with my ID to retrieve my winnings only to be told I couldn't. Now they are not responding to my emails at all. There is no way to actually speak to a live agent. This is disastrous and I will not be playing with them and tell all of my friends and family not to either.

Your customer service is nonexistent, impossible to get an answer from you. From all the other reviews I have read this company is made of nothing but false claims and lies.I can only hope that the better business gambling commission shuts you down!

Won $1500 and keeps saying to submit my entire life to receive. Customer service is usless

I have been waiting for 6 months after I complained about a promotion they would not honor to have my account "reinstated" so that at the least I can retrieve my NFTs. However 90% of the emails land or responses I have received from them completely ignore any and everything i have shown for "evidence" and was supposed to be "reinstated" may 15th. I am still waiting and again, the only response I got regarding my NFTs was they would send to internal team.

Used to be one of my favorite Sportsbooks but they are just robbing people at this point and I can't even talk to a single human, I'm blocked from requesting call backs, voicemails or anything that isn't just the SAME exact generic email response I have been getting for 6 months. Be careful putting any money with them, they do not and will not care and still holding over $200 worth of NFTs hostage

DraftKings hold my money and put restrictions on my accounts I've uploaded me holding holding my id and proof of address and other things still not released

My problem is that you log in it's a job and a half getting verified on where you are. Funny, it's so quicker when you're adding funds

I won six $1 parlay bets of 4500 to 1, 5000 to 1, 20,000 to 1, 25,000 to 1, 50,000 to 1 and 60000 to 1 last Wednesday night on DraftKings Sportsbook, all 4 leg parlays that all hit when the Miami Heat beat the Milwaukee Bucks in overtime for total winnings of $1651.

The parlays all involved the same 4 players with their totals of points, rebounds and assists. Jimmy Butler made a miracle shot to send the game into overtime and Bam Adevayo had a triple double with the 20 points and 10 rebounds and an unlikely 10 assists before fouling out in overtime to hit all of his props and win all parts of the parlays.

All of the joy of winning all 6 of my parlays has been turned into mental anguish because Draftkings has temporarily restricted my account and so I am unable to withdraw my winnings of $1,651 or even make $1 or $2 wagers with the $5.80 already in my account.

My account on both the Draftkings Sportsbook and Draftkings fantasy sports apps are still locked 4 days after my big win and locking me out of my account and preventing me from withdrawing MY MONEY has got to be illegal.

Draftkings sent me an email offering congratulations and asking for my Drivers License and a request to fill out a W9 form which I completed that day.

The bets were all made on my phone while using the Draftkings Sportsbook app.

Sportsbook wagering is legal in the State of Arizona

Draftkings Sportsbook immediately put restrictions on my account and won't remove the restrictions in spite of dozens of emails as there is no phone number to call to speak with any of their employees in Boston, Massachusetts.

I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau in Boston and the Department of Gaming in Arizona over the weekend as my account remains locked.

I have been a customer of draftkings literally since their inception. I've won tens of thousands of dollars. I was such a good customer they gave me free Cub playoff tickets. But in the last month they've become some Russian bot. I'm not allowed to even access my account without jumping through hoops that seem aimed at identity theft. Indeed when I had enough a week ago I said close my account and send me my funds. The response no! Fortunately I've been bleeding the account and we are only talking hundreds, but still it's my money. Hopefully there is a class action law suit out there I can join. But regardless stay away and if you're on draftkings get off, they will make you wish you heeded my warning.

They have false advertising!!!!!! Don't trust them I never got the $200 for referral I sent out 5 emails. DraftKings is a scam !!!!

I was baited to there deposit match bonus. I deposited $1000 and they matched me a $1000 in casino bonus. And I am unable to withdraw anything after opting in this promotion. Then I forfeited the bonus. They took entire 2000 from my account. I carefully read the terms of condition. It clearly said if I voluntarily forfeit the bonus. The will only take away the bonus part. I had contacted the customer service many many times. But the communication was so ineffective, there was no live chat so I can discuss my issue prompltly I can only leave message. They always reply me we are happy to assist you but after I replied to the email they never replied again.
This story for all of you please don't opt in the bonus. It was completely a scam

Never game me the $200 promised with $5 bet. Said I violated their rules by accepting a booster on one of my $1 bets. Shame on them for being liars. Now they offer a new advertisement. You make a $5 bet and you automatically get the booster. Can't make this up. Bet with somebody elese.

Won $287.25 and accidentally sent them the amount instead of withdrawing. Now they won't give us anything back. Basically, they stole $287.25 and the winnings of $287.25 are not going to be sent either! This is a scam company!

Won $500 on Draftkings asked to withdraw they stated check will be there in 2 weeks check never came complained to BBB and NY Att General as well as all sites to let people know this is a scam or Shell company they know they answer to no one so they just keep your $ very simple deposit in one second withdraw never and no one to complain to these reviews are everywhere one you look it up, must owe out millions it's a joke they got a license this is a Bernie Madoff rerun should be a rating in the negative

No wonder these invalids are bankrupt. When I play their live dealer blackjack tables, it's obvious the shoes are fixed. They might throw the table a bone with a good shoe here & there but the odds are fixed, trust me. You have better odds getting struck by lightning on the moon. Furthermore, they conveniently log you out of your account when you're making potentially lucrative bets. At first I thought it was a fluke. Then I noticed it conveniently occurred on winning bets. Case in point, I tried to bet big on Portland tonight & on Lillard's game at halftime. They stalled me out until I had to accept their boosted spread a couple minutes into the 2nd half. On many occassions using their live dealer blackjack, I'm suddenly logged out of my account, only to log back in and find out these particular bets won big. I've already reported them to the CT Gaming Commission and I'm deleting my account. Do yourself a favor and look into FanDuel. Much more reputable/honest betting site & theyre #1 for a reason. DK is a sh!tshow.

I'm trying to withdraw my money my account has been disabled for weeks and I did everything I was asked and I am still not able to get my money and I can't even get a response from anyone I am trying to figure out what I need to do because I have done everything asked

There locator is still not working correctly, re-installed Geolocator. It says i am in a diff state. There support rep says I should move to access my account.

(kevin hart commercial gave me the inspiration to do it. i am 59 year old widow. i've never used draftkings before but i thought hey 200.00 credit towards a bet sounds like fun! I WON 1600.00 on my very first bet! i thought wow "i should be a spokesperson for draftkings " lol. I'm just a hard working women turning 60 in july and i booked my cruise to Bermuda 5/26/23. Thanks Draftkings I'm a believer now.

The complaints on this website are asinine to say the least. I have been a member of Draftkings for two years without a single problem EVER. As a matter of fact, I will go as far to say Draftkings is FAR superior to any and all other daily sports websites. I DO NOT work for Draftkings nor am I sponsored in any way with the company - I am only writing this because it irritates me to see all these bullcrap comments on behalf of a very legitimate business. I am user 1foraReason on Draftkings if you do not believe me and I will be the first to admit, I have lost my fair share - but each time was because of me getting outsmarted by the competition. Anytime time I have won, my money was returned in a timely manner. I enjoy Draftkings like no other and hope to see the same from others, but just can't seem to understand how these complaints have risen. I see ALL THESE COMPLAINTS AS spam or fake BS!
