They don't ever respond to their emails... FanDuel will definitely get my friends and family's support before we ever get on Draft kings again! They are a joke!!

After 3 yrs of wagering on the DraftKings App I still can't access it from my Desktop(preferred method) because their Location app has bugs.

I get the need to verify where someone's betting from to make sure it's legal but they should have the ability to override their buggy location verification app.

Corresponded with customer support back & forth so many times with all different support people(bots?) and issue still not resolved LoL

Amazes me that I can log in and wager on both my Phone & Tablet while I can't do so on my Desktop which is in arms reach of those devices..WTF?

Additionally, they really blew the Wrangler Squares promo..good luck finding what box you had or anything relating to that promo on their overly crowded App. I mean, how do you blow a good will opportunity so badly..LMFAO

Anyway, I can see by all the negative reviews that mine ain't gonna mount to a hill of beans.

I guess I should be happy that I was able to add $$ when needed and make wagers for the big game..which turned out most favorably :-)

Funny to think that the most anxiety causing aspect of the game for me wasn't the actual game or if my bets would pay out but trying to find the Wrangler Squares location on their overly busy app so I could know what box I had and have something to root for as quarters/halves ended..

Terrible. Too much competition to put up with a company that lies. They do not pay the $200 promised/advertised. I guess I made a booster bet? It was your email that sent me there. I had no idea. Is this your way to weasel out of not paying your promise?

While sitting in my home office, the lock me out saying I tried to log in from multiple locations all the time I am sitting at my desk. After 7 + hours and 20+ emails still wasn't fixed. There support system is the worst I have ever dealt with. There even worse than the cable company. When NH allows a 2nd choice for sports betting I will be the first to change over

I'm going through a divorce and staying with a friend. I made a withdrawal and wanted the money sent to my friends house. They locked my account. I proved the account was mine but they wanted me to prove I was living there with a bill . I was only staying for a few weeks. I sent hundreds of emails and requests for a phone call . Not one call now they are ghosting me while my money is in limbo. Worst customer service ever. Screen name Trippinastro

It appears I don't have to add to the long list of complaints as there are so many. A lot of which, I see money being withheld or promises of promotion. They've not even offered lotion. I would love to know if anyone has sought legal help. If there's a lawyer/firm ready to handle a class action suit. I'm in Ohio and they have not followed through with their end of a legally binding contract and their own terms of service. I won over $400 on another site. And very well could have won thousands.

Going after justice alone would cost more than it's worth but they are robbing people left and right it seems.

On December 25, 2022 at approximately 11:50pm, I was getting ready to deposit $8.50 in to my draft kings account via my PayPal. I did not receive the usual deposit confirmation, so I assumed the transaction did not go through. A few minutes later I checked my account and found that my balance was $7.0098. I had never deposited more than $20.00 and my balance was at about $2.00 when I was going to deposit the $8.50. I immediately got in touch with draft kings via email, Twitter, leaving a message on their automated system, snd messaging on Facebook. I received a call back on 12/26 at 11:45am but could not take the call due to a family situation. The email from the draft kings rep said I would receive my refund in 5 business days. Today is 1/9/23 (14 days later) and I have not received my refund or any update on why an unauthorized amount was withdrawn in the first place. I've received spotty communication back in the form of Twitter replies and a couple of emails. They have all states that the matter was being reviewed and a week ago saying the matter was being "escalated". No response to voicemail or additional emails.

The matter is particularly concerning due to the fact that the money in my PayPal was primarily from donations via fundraising platform "Fundraizer" that was to go to the family of a deceased friend we lost due to canver. The funeral is Wednesday this week (1/11/23) and I don't know how I'm To explain this situation to the family, or the 47 people at the funeral
Who trusted me to accept these donations and make sure they get to the family.

The amount of emotional and physical anxiety this situation has caused is difficult to put in to words, I feel hopeless at a situation that occurred at no fault of my own.

It looks like this is a bit of a trend with Draft kings, and it looks like Draft Kings may be more responsive in this BBB format, I pray that is the case with my situation.

Draftkings customer support is honestly the most dishonest, corrupt, and sexist team I've ever encountered anywhere. They do nothing to help any situation except for lie cheat and steal.

They are stealing money from people left and right. And during the holidays to boot! Over 5 years of wasting money and now my account is restricted. It's no wonder why they are almost dead last in customer service!

All I have to say is HORRIBLE. As soon as you win a sizeable bet, they restrict your account and offer no help. I've tried contacting a representative numerous times over a week and have gotten nothing in return. Do yourself a favor, use FanDuel.

Worst customer service in the world. My account has been restricted multiple times. Tell me how I can't create multiple accounts when I'm 1 person. They won't provide documents on my multi player in 1 account allegations either. Go to Fanduel they won't do this crap to you

Marques should not be employed. He lacks critical thinking skills. I had 2 accounts somehow, and he shut down the one I emailed him from. Obviously if I'm emailing from that account, that's the email I want to use. After that, it was a wild goose chase for 4 hours to try to get my email changed, and it's still not fixed a day later. It is extremely frustrating that draft kings is one of the biggest companies in the world and I can't get a helpful response in 5 hours or trying. Very disappointed in my experience.

I've been with dk for four yrs , never a problem . All of a sudden after losing countless thousands of dollars , and yes winning some back , but believe me in the hole for life, mon. After winning 75 dollars they put my acct. On hold , and say for a level playing field they proof of resd.and Id.with my Pic next to it , and also they want me to show bank statements on my two credit cards , now am a big loser with dk , imagine had I been a big winner , I have closed my acct. And trying to get my 75 dollars back. I don't understand y they want to run customers away , I just don't get it , to many other company's out there , I'll never mess with dk again, they suck!!!!

Everything about this entire site is fixed and a giant scam! They have Jackpot after jackpot due to them stealing your money and I'm talking hundreds at a time and refuse to acknowledge or fix any issues with their games as it's part of the tactic. This should be banned in the US no doubt. If you actually do win on a game, DraftKings will block you from being able to play the game completely and say it's a technical error but if you log in on someone else's account you can magically access anything you need it's a joke and they NEVER give credits for the errors!

This is fixed everytime I play a jackpot black jack you win nothing and something is wrong with these blackjack games and if you are up big cash out don't get greedy they will not allow you to win huge amounts so if you are up cash out please they won't allow you to win but so much.
