I have been on the phone since 8am it's now 6pm I have been passed around and hung up on 5 Times I send faxes with no resolution supplying all information requested to be told they need more information. .going back to the store another time today is completely out if the question a civil suit needs to be filed against Wal-Mart straight talk and Alcatel 9 hrs.on with this so called catastrophe of a business is ridiculous

This sucks!! Bought Alcatel onetouch nova lte but its stuck on the start up screen asking me for the PREVIOUS google registered user name and password before i can use the phone. What the heck! Walmaet wouldnt take this crap back because of this issue claiming i must have registered it already. Stupid idiots i just bought it and only turned it on. But cant get passed this stinking screen. Alcatel sucks! But of course its not made in USA anyway so there u go

My phone submitted at your service center ASP name is smart services sector 22 Chandigarh on 26-05-15 they have given 10 days time but after one month there is no progress if the part is not available do some needful otherwise I have to use some other sources thanks

This phone is a really bad phone because it deletes ALL my contacts but when i get them back off the people i need sure enough they come back! It is also REALLY slow and whenever i try to download anything the app always freezes. How would you feel if you had just wasted £100 on a smart phone (should be called a dumb phone) for it to really anoy you. The worst part is that if you forget your password your phone wont accept your CORRECT e-mail and you have to restore it to factory reset mode!

Knowing what I know of import/export it is time to crush Alcatel. Here is how we do it. Wal Mart is their biggest customer. Wal Mart doesn't want to take them back. I am taking mine back to them and everyone who has bought Alcatels needs to start tomorrow doing the same. If Wal Mart gets a huge number of people bringing them back coupled with hundreds of complaints, point to this site also, they will go after this junk peddling scam like wild tigers. I knew the Walton family, trust me, Wal Mart crushes junk peddlers that dump their garbage in Wal Mart's lap. Dealing with several large retailers I assure you Alcatel will be gone or start making sure their junk works. So lets get busy today and don't stop. Complain here, at Alcatel, at Wal Mart stores and online everywhere including Wal Mart for being a party to the scam and continuing to peddle the junk with a rating on this site that is below sewage level. Trust me! Wal Mart will burn these guys to the ground. First thing, they won't pay for the phones they have, second they will demand their money back for everyone they take back and lastly they will demand the money refunded they did pay for the ones they have in stock. Companies like Wal Mart regularly crush trash like Alcatel in this exact manner.

Absolutely the rudest, most condescending people I have ever contacted for help. What a complete waste of money this junk phone is and a waste of time trying to deal with Alcatel is to understate the situation. I have the new Sonic and they can't even find the information to help me, if they cared to, which they definitely don't. Dealing in international trade I can tell you Alcatel is nothing but a build and dump company. Definition: A company setup for the sole purpose of building the cheapest possible product that will barely function, then offering bare minimum support for appearance only and when the market won't buy the junk anymore they fold up shop. This leaving millions of people with trash they paid hundreds of dollars for and no recourse.

Somehow I have locked my sin card n can't get my phone to do anything plz help customer service never comes on the line imagine that

I was sold a faulty Alcatel T-Pop handset by Carphonewarehouse on the 22nd of January 2014.





The handset comes on but does not respond to any touch further. I returned end of March and was advised to contact Alcatel directly which I did. I sent the handset to SBE Limited early April and received it with a note that it is unrepairable on the 23rd of April. I contacted Carewarehouse who insisted I contact Alcatel as there is nothing they can do.



I am being tossed to and fro and I am unable to use the handset after 3 month of purchase.



This is an unacceptable level of service to your customer whose error is buying an Alcatel phone. I do not want this to get to the level of creating an anti-Alcatel forum online before my handset is replaced with a functional one.

Awful responses and their OneTouch USB Stick for Internet (X220Y) doesn't work on a mac (Mavericks) at all, even with the new drivers. Tried emailing them - NO RESPONSE - don't use them!

i Bought cell then they go out of bussiess [Revol] Now they say phone is crap to use for paper weight. What service works good with these phones. Most are crap service like T-Mobile and pageplus.

My alcatel phone doesn't work properly. My phone freezes it don't load correctly it don't allow me access on the internet most of the time it runs slow. I have to force close and reboot my phone take the batterey out and I still have problems. Alcatel is not a reliable phone!

customer service was horrible the recording clearly said to have the imei # ready and the rep didn't even ask for the # didn't check anything on it he just said to go to the website and send it in! no help no happy customer!!!

Very poor customer service; poorly trained and misinformed employees; company is not user friendly at all; they do not help clients with their replacement parts. Unbelievable that they are still in business. hard to get the telephone number to even work properly and they don't seem to care.. I won't buy from this manufacturer again.

I have had my Alcatel about 3to 5 weeks.peice of crap! when u touch screen to make any command, it will turn off and on.the place I bought it from will not help me.will not buy another one.
