I'd like someone to contact me about an issue I have with Wayfair . They are guilty of false advertising!! I placed an order for a shed that was on sale . I have proof of how much it said it was . Few days later I'm informed my order was cancelled due to a processing error on their part . So I call and ask why my order was canceled . I was then informed that an error in pricing on their part on the website . Which I feel is bs . So they don't have to honor the price I was lead to believe on the website . I call false advertising . I call them and they will form me that they say on their website they have the right to cancel any service they choose. If this is how you do business , it should be a crime !

I need some help returning some rugs. I have been dealing with Shaye at customer resolutions, sh has been no help at all. She sent me some labels for fedex to return the rugs. I told her I did not have a printer and was disabled so I could not get the labels printed. I finally had to send a copy of the email to a friend so I could finally get them printed. I have been calling Shaye now for three days leaving my number for a call back to set up a pick up from FedEx so I can send these rugs back. She has not once responded to my calls. I need to get these rugs back to your company. This has been a nightmare since I tried to order these rugs. The order was not right from the first delivery. They sent me the incorrect rug. Then canceled the one I wanted. Now I just want a refund and to return these rugs. My order number is 4215881239. Would someone please help me get this resolved. I ordered a vanity light that looked like would go well in my newly remodeled bathroom. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, the finish was very different from what it looked like in the photos and it didn't match the existing decor. I returned it to Wayfair and that's when the nightmare began.
The first thing that surprised me was the fact that I had to pay for the shipping to send it back. Next was the fact that they charged me a re-stocking fee, and the kicker was that I had to refund Wayfair for the shipping cost of sending the light to me in the first place. That's all bad, but it isn't the end of the drivel. Whenever I open any kind of account that requires payments, I always opt for automatic payments that cover at least the minimum amount due. As with every other account that I have, I signed up for automatic payments to be made to Wayfair.
When I checked the balance of my account it showed the full purchase price of the light, so I assumed that the following month would show that the light was returned and balance would be zeroed out because I already paid for shipping it back. Instead, it showed a credit for the returned light which was less than the price that I paid for it and still had a rather high balance due. I called "customer service" , in quotes because of the lack of actual service. I was told that the reason for the lower amount for the return was due to a re-stocking fee and for the cost of shipping. Though I was angry about the re-stocking fee, I felt that there was nothing that I could do about it so I didn't argue about it. I did, however explain to the woman that I was talking with that I paid for the shipping to send it back. She replied that there may have been a mistake and that I should check the balance again next month. I checked the balance again and was shocked to see that even though I didn't purchase anything since my vanity light purchase, the balance due increased! Of course, I called "customer service" again and was told that I was being charged a late fee for a missed payment. I told the woman that I was talking with that I signed up for automatic payments and there shouldn't be any missing payments ever. She put me on hold and then told me that she sees that I signed up for automatic payments and that the fee would be removed. I then asked her why three was still ANY balance due because I had already paid for shipping the light back and the re-stocking fee should be covered by the minimum balance due. She assured me that everything would be sorted out and that my balance would be zeroed out. The following month reflected another late fee and of course a very high balance due. I called again and was told that the shipping charge was never paid. I told the woman that I was talking to that I paid FEDEX directly in their shipping office and that I still have the receipt. Imagine my surprise when she told me that I was responsible for refunding Wayfair for the "free shipping " when they sent the light to me. I was livid at this point and simply wanted to end any involvement with Wayfair. I paid the account off immediately and thought that everything going forward would fine.
However, Wayfair wasn't done yet! They reported late payments to the credit bureau and completely ruined my credit score. I have 27 open credit accounts and all but one of them shows 100% on time payment history. After four failed attempts with Wayfair to correct their own errors I did direct disputes through TransUnion to no avail.
One star given, ZERO stars deserved.

I ordered 3 lighted swags for Christmas. I used one for the mantle. In less than 2 weeks, exactly half of the lights were out. Now the lights on the other side are going out. Very disappointed.

I won't order from this company. I bought a bed frame and it snapped in half. I only weigh 160. Queen size bed frame and the center of the rail just snapped. And of course warranty only 30 days. What a piece of crap they sell!

Purchased a kitchen table after 2 attempts we received it. After spending way too much time trying to get the box open we discovered the table was broken. My husband cut his hand on the sharp part that was sticking out. The table was made of stone. To make matters worse it had dead roaches inside. I took pictures of everything. I called them I reported it and was assured that someone from customer relations would get back to me. A couple days passed and I called again. Forget the title of customer relations. She read from a sheet saying they were sorry. I inquired about how we were supposed to get the broken table out to the garbage. Their response, I can contact Got Junk have them come out pay them and send the receipt to them to possibly pay. Regarding the roach I could have a cleaning company come they would have to submit to them in writing if there was an infestation. That was the extent of their customer relations. They do not stand behind anything. Beware purchasing anything from them. Go to your local furniture store . In the end it will save you money and a headache . I will never do business with them again.

I will never open another account with wayfair due to the fact you all closed my account just because I didn't use it and I did recieve anything telling me that so I'm glad it's cancelled cause I'll never open one again thank you

I placed an order from Wayfair then 9 days later I check the tracking number they provided me and it said that Wayfair canceled my order 9 days after ordered Wayfair told me that the ad was a mistake and said it was posted by mistake and they would not honor the sale Their customer service is the worse Do yourself a favor and Do Not But from Wayfair

Horrible customer service by Jody Jodie however you spell her name. Out of 3 phone calls I made, she took 2 of my calls. Although she did assist, it seemed reluctant on her end and she was rude in tone even when we were on a 3 way call with a FexEx agent. I remained patient and kind throughout our communication but if you want to live up to your friendly Wayfair customer service standards, I suggest you do a lot of fine tuning on your end or find another job that deals less with customers.

We purchased a $900 white wicker patio set from Wayfair a little more than 3 years ago. While the patio set was nice and fit the bill. The quality of the material used in it's construction was poor at best. Right now the patio set is a safety hazard. The plastic material used as wicker does not appear to be meant to be used outside in sunlight. The wicker is cracking and is brittle. It breaks apart in small pieces. Every morning we have sweep the patio of the broken wicker. Naturally it came from China. My advice to you don't buy any outside wicker furniture from Wayfair. The set is a safety hazard and should be recalled.

Had a very negative experience with Wayfair. The couch I ordered arrive two weeks late with no update or notification given. I reached out to customer service and got a response the next day from a bot, then maybe a person. When it did arrive, the couch was the wrong color.

I contacted customer service and received multiple texts asking for the same info. It took several days to get a proper response, then I uploaded pictures and they told me it was actually the right color but would process a return if needed. The entire time it felt like a robot was answering my questions, and poorly. I was just looking to be reimbursed for the minor difference in price ~$50 between the color i received and the color advertised.

Will not order from Wayfair again. It's a hassle.

I called customer service with a return question and was told he could not help me unless I had a computer other than an IPad.
When I asked him to answer my question as to whether what I wanted to do was possible if I went to a friend and used their computer he said to call back when I have a computer because he was busy and didn't have time to waste talking to me.

Believe the terrible reviews you see on ANY review website. Avoid purchasing anything from Wayfair.

Have been trying to get a planter box (from their website) for 5 months. Disaster! Backordered, rec'd damaged, backordered replacement, rec'd 2nd damaged...OMG! And they won't step up to fix the issue!!! Terrible customer service! Even finally got to speak with a manager and all they could tell me was their "policies"...i.e. we aren't liable for anything.

I will NEVER order again from Wayfair...you can't trust that they even have the products they show on their website and they will just throw their suppliers under the bus if any issues arise (backorders, damaged products). Never their fault - no ownership whatsoever and the worst customer service!

I purchased a $700.00 lamp and it fell apart and one year you cannot fix it because once the metal snaps, the light doesn't work a waste of $700 do not buy stay away from where fair I'm done with them and they're horrible products of fall apart

We have ordered two different bookcases from Wayfair. Both items were listed in stock. Both items were delayed, yet we were only notified of the delays each time the very day the bookcase was to arrive at our doorstep. Very little information was given on their website. Phone calls to customer service also gave similarly vague details. It was only after we escalated an issue to a supervisor that we found out that the first bookcase had supplier issues and wasn't even being made. Why were we not notified of this? After we cancelled this order, we were given a 10% coupon that didn't arrive. I had to call customer service again to make sure they sent it out (apparently it was checked to be sent out, but the supervisor never actually hit the 'send' button). When we ordered the second bookcase, again listed in stock, we noticed that our first bookcase we wanted was somehow conveniently listed as out-of-stock on their website--only after we had our issues of multiple delays. The day our second bookcase was to arrive, we get an email that the item was delayed. Again, vague details, and I had to call customer service who confirmed that this was indeed another supply chain issue. The artificial delay of needing to wait for 6 more weeks was actually placed by Wayfair, not the supplier. In fact, if I didn't call, the likelihood that in 6 weeks time I would get another email from Wayfair saying the item was delayed was quite high. The worst part of this is the supplier for the second bookcase is actually the same supplier as the first bookcase we purchased, which begs the question why didn't Wayfair flag all products from this supplier as backordered or out-of-stock when this issue with this supplier was escalated to their investigative departments? From a customer's end, I shouldn't have been able to purchase that second bookcase and then wait 2 weeks for the same poor result. Don't buy from Wayfair. Unreliable and poor customer resolutions.

Wayfair is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. After spending countless dollars with them I get treated like absolute trash. Every single piece of furniture I have been bought for them has been absolutely worthless the items come damaged, they are missing pieces or parts. The items come dented scratched torn ripped etc. and then when you make a complaint and request a replacement you become the problem and your accusations is flagged. I'm so sick of this type of treatment from a business I spend my hard earned money with. THEY WILL NEVER EVER GET MY BUSINESS!!!!!

I want to start by saying I have never shopped at Wayfair before, I did and I regret ever buying anything from them, I will NEVER buy anything from them again. I purchased a set of two bar stools made by House of Hampton. Before ordering I called them to see if I could order 3 chairs instead of 4. I was told that I could not that the set was sold in 2s, I told the agent ok I understand I will continue looking I even ask her if she could see if there were sets sold in 3s. She said she didn't see any but that she had a suggestion. If I really like the bar stools that there was an open box available at a less expensive price and that I could purchase 2 stools cheaper than buy a single chair. I asked her what was an open box item. She explained that the item had been returned and that they could not sell it it as new. . I told her I don't know I don't want someone else problem. She said no the items have been returned because the customer probably realized it was the wrong size or colors and returned it. I told her let me think about it, she said just know that we have a few open boxes and they sell out quickly. I thought about it a couple of days but in the meantime I called wayfair 2 times asking questions about the open box option. I was told the same thing the first agent told me except I was told that if I purchased the open box I could not return it UNLESS there was something wrong with the product on their end. Both of the representatives told me that when they get a return item the product is checked to make sure that all the pieces are checked out and it is working and in resellable condition before it is resold. After talking with two representatives I decided to purchase a new set of chairs and purchase a set of the open box, that meant I purchased 4 chairs. The box with the open box chairs came but there was only enough hardware for one chair. I had hired someone to put the chairs together for me but they couldn't because I didn't have the hardware. I called Wayfair and the agent told me he was sorry and that he was immediately ordering the hardware this was Saturday July 15th. Today July 19th I finally got a text saying that the new chairs were delivered I rushed home because I have only one chair sat up and one chair on the living room chair that has been there since Friday. When the new chairs came today they were not only the wrong color but not the chairs I ordered at all. . I was so frustrated because I had gotten rid of my old chairs in participation of receiving my new chairs and I have company coming this weekend. When I called Wayfair again for the 6th time the representative apologized and said she would tract the hardware when she came back she said it was shipped from China yesterday and would probably be here next week. I could not believe what I was hearing. After going back and forth and telling me I had to print a copy of the shipping label, for the wrong chairs I don't have a printer. I told her in order to get the chairs as soon as possible why don't I just send the wrong chairs back and the open box chairs and she send me 2 set of the corrected chairs. She said I can't do it but let me talk with my supervisor. After waiting several minutes her supervisor came on the phone. And everything went down hill really fast. Ms Kimberly was not hearing about that idea she told me there was no way Wayfair would do that. I am shortening this encounter because it really got ugly. I told her that because of her and her attitude I want to send back everything
. She said I can cancel the new chairs but I could not return the open box because open box can not be returned only if there is something wrong. I told her the fact that I have a chair on the floor in my living room because there was no hardware to install it is a fact that something is wrong with the product. I told her we could not go to Home Depot and get screws because the hardware is gold and matches the legs and studs on the chairs. so there is something wrong with the items sent to me. She was not hearing me neither did she care. She could have cared less about my concerns. She told me that I should ask the agent when I called the agent about my concerns with ordering an open box if the hardware was in the box. I didn't think I needed to ask part by part if these items were in the box, when he told me that the inspector check the item out I assumed that they would would check to be sure the MOST IMPORTANT ITEM was in the box before sending it. I didn't have them give me anything I paid for what I thought was chars that I never received after being told that everything is checked before sending out to a customer. I told Ms Kimberly (her first name, she wouldn't tell me her last name) that Wayfair could pick up the wrong set of chairs and the open box set with no hardware and I or anyone I know will deal with them ever again. Also Ms Kimberly said that the agent should never have ordered the hardware for the chair with no hardware, in other words if we send it then that's to bad you are going to lose your money and you are out of luck. I am going to call headquarters tomorrow and I will seek legal help if I have to. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER BUY FROM WAYFAIR!!!

I have spent thousands of dollars with Wayfair. Bought a bookcase and filing cabinet.
Took my friend and I 2 hours to try and figure out the directions.
We are both educated with advance degrees, so it should not have been that complicated
The quality of the bookcase was crap, so when I opened the package and saw the millions of pieces and screws I packed it back up and returned it.
Wayfair had the audacity to charge me 90 dollars to send it back.
Never ever again will I ever order another item from wayfair

Absolutely hopeless, customer service hung up on me after telling me that the order would be delayed 8 weeks, I asked for a manager and that is when I was hung up on. Not that they give a crap. They do not. NEVER NEVER NEVER USE WAYFAIR

After over approximately four years of no late payments bc I then on auto pay, Wayfair closed my account without so much as a call, or email. My auto payments were still posting with no problem. I say we're one of my extra payments was returned. So I called customer service to find out if this is why my account was closed. I asked for a manager. After two tries of reaching out to a manager,I was given a number to try for a manager later. Once I finally got to a manager they said Wayfair closed my account bc they pulled my credit and my credit worthiness was in question. Reasons this is not true: 1) As of July when I called, I checked my credit report and no one had requested my credit. 2) My credit report stays locked until I unlock it. So I'm going to report this to the Better Business Bureau to see if they care about their reputation (which I doubt).

Angi is a complete rip off. I ordered something off of wayfair and paid approximately $800.00 for the assembly of a shed. 2 people were supposed to come and only 1 person came. Then my pro needed more time to fix the shed and he called them and they told him they were not going to pay him. I had to call Angi myself and request they extend his hours and pay him. Fixing the shed is a 2 man job. He took his time and he was very nice but I will never use Angi again. On top of paying $800 for assembly they only pay their workers $12 an hour. Such a rip off. 1 person did a 2 man job and got paid close to nothing. Wayfair needs to separate from Angi immediately.

I ordered for the first time from wayf just last week. What a pleasant surprise! My item cost less than other sites/stores, arrived ahead of time, was very well packed (no scratches etc), and easy to assemble. A very good experience. Thank you.

There are no negative comments on Wayfair services. Recently though, with the joining of Handy and Angie, assembly services have a LOT to be desired. Had two pros and 5 requests to reschedule. Finally gave up and requested Angie cancelation and a refund. "THREE STRIKES AND YOU'RE GONE..." tought I was more than patient. I'm sitting here trying to put together my dresser as now I have to put it together myself. We'll see if I get a check in 6-8 weeks as Angie promised.

I have invested with some scam brokers in the past, and the story is as horrific as the ones i have read because i went through the ordeal myself. I lost almost $80,000 USD to this unfortunate brokers, a friend referred me to Mr Jackson Evans that got me 80% of my money back, plus my accrued bonuses. I could go on and on but I tell you what, Wayfair is beyond awesome. Their customer service is by far the best! They are all so nice (I talked to 3 of them). I can't even put it into words. However, I will let everyone I know how wonderful I think this company is.

We have ordered several items from Wayfair in the past. Today we received our lamp that we ordered. The shade had some cracks in it. I called Wayfair customer service and spoke with "Ubie". I told her what had was wrong with the lamp and the next thing she said to me was "we will ship you a new one out". No problems at all. This is great customer service. Thank you Wayfair. I have given Wayfair 5 Stars. Their customer service is beyond compare. Recently I received my order for a chair that was not the quality that I expected. Wayfair made it so convenient and easy to return my order. They will have me as a customer forever. And I will recommend Wayfair to my friends. Thank you so much.

This was my first time ordering merchandise from Wayfair. Received my order earlier than company estimated: all parts received undamaged, however,two(2)custom plaques for each side of this Deluxe Whitehall Street-side Mailbox had the wrong address on them! Just called Customer Service and 'Allie' was very helpful & professional!! I'm very pleased with how this obvious error has been handled so far, and will be letting Wayfair know how my experience concludes. Considering the low Customer Service Rating & Review Comments I read, I'm hoping my experience will prove to be a successful, positive one, thus making all of us happy and eager to do business with Wayfair again soon!!
