They said that the item was in stock and would ship it soon. Took them 3 weeks to ship the item and finally, said that it would be delivered on a Thursday. Then, the date was changed to Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday and finally FEDex said they would deliver on Monday. Waited all day and even took day off from work for it. Item wasn't delivered and was told that it will MAYBE be on Tuesday. Wayfair will not cancel the order and they are even charging me If I refuse the shipment or if I cancel it now. They ARE BILLING ME FOR AN ITEM THAT WASN'T EVEN DELIVERED!!! Their customer service agent was so unhelpful and couldn't care about the shipping delays. He said that I should have canceled sooner. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT THEIR SHIPPING WAS SO BAD, I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!
