They said that the item was in stock and would ship it soon. Took them 3 weeks to ship the item and finally, said that it would be delivered on a Thursday. Then, the date was changed to Friday, then Saturday, then Sunday and finally FEDex said they would deliver on Monday. Waited all day and even took day off from work for it. Item wasn't delivered and was told that it will MAYBE be on Tuesday. Wayfair will not cancel the order and they are even charging me If I refuse the shipment or if I cancel it now. They ARE BILLING ME FOR AN ITEM THAT WASN'T EVEN DELIVERED!!! Their customer service agent was so unhelpful and couldn't care about the shipping delays. He said that I should have canceled sooner. IF I HAD KNOWN THAT THEIR SHIPPING WAS SO BAD, I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED FROM THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!

Note to self. Don't EVER buy anything again on Wayfair. Returns cost an absolute fortune if you are dissatisfied in any way. Every other venue has returns figured out. Take it to the local store or drop it off at a UPS store. Not Wayfair. They return via FedEx

I have called 3 times now to the customer service support and have been told my refund is on its way minus very expensive shipping fees. Apparently the don't read their own notes to see i have called to get my refund. The products are cheaply made. I would not recommend this company.

Purchased a very expensive 2 piece chair set ($355.00) for elderly couple at a religious community who was on a fixed income. They wanted this particular set of chairs so I purchased the chairs for them for Christmas. The chairs are falling apart just over a year later and Wayfair - after months of waiting on their customer service - finally called and said they won't replace the chairs - they say they are not defective but the chairs have had "Excessive Use". The surfaces show very light wear only and look completely new - but the hardware is garbage and falling apart! What a joke! This was a complete rip-off! Purchase from them at your own risk - Be Advised. You absolutely don't want to purchase from Wayfair! They stole my money and refused to warranty the garbage products they provided. Keep in mind that these chairs had five star reviews - Lol. This has to be a complete scam!

I booked the Angi Wayfair service for assembly of patio furniture. Angi Wayfare's service and customer service response support is highly disappointing and unsatisfactory. Angi Wayfare has unilaterally cancelled 3 appointments within 5 days to provide their service. Angi Wayfare does not provide any phone communication of their cancellations and when calling their customer service line, all they can communicate is a canned apology response with no actual resolution or attempt to correct their poor service. This is the poorest service provider I have ever experienced. Unprofessional, unresponsive and takes no responsibility to resolve problems.

I bought a sectional and it was the worst purchase I ever made. It is so small it should have been for kids. I will never buy from Wayfair again.

Placed order for dinning chairs 4/18 ot 4/28. Chairs delivered 4/20 and 4/21 three boxes 6 chars. I paid $699 per box again 3 boxed order with : chairs per box, On 6/34 the same chaurs go on sale for $549.99 3 days after they were delivered. I would like a credit yo my account for the difference in what I paid for the chairs. I call customer service to ask for credit they told me there was no one authorize to give me a price match credit or an any other credit for the difference. They also told me there was no where I could write a complaint. I would like a resolution to this concern by providing me a credit for the sale price versus the fill price I paid, and three days later the same chairs go on sale for $149 less per shipment??

I purchased the Sandridge Solid Wood Sled Coffee Table and Sandridge 54" Solid Wood Console Table and, although they look lovely, I just learned from a Pest Control Company they are infested with powder post beetles. I called customer service and received zero resolution. These items cost over $1,565.00 and the WAYFAIR will not do anything to rectify this unacceptable finding. I just moved into a brand-new home and was enjoying furnishing it until now!! I was a frequent shopper through Wayfair and their companies but NO longer!

Megan, the customer service representative I spoke to was exceptional but needed to check with a manager. His message was literally, "Tough luck." He didn't even have the decency to speak to me directly.

I recommend you shop for other sources for your household items since they cannot honor their customers or take care of defects with their purchases.

I ordered a 300$ coffee pot March 18th 2023 I have not received it yet. Every week I get an email saying next week
I called and spoke to customer service They said this is the way it is and hung up on me!
Now the coffee pot is on sale and I sent another email saying the price better be the same.
I should put the full response on Google I am sorry that is too bad !,,,,,
Really I will never purchase from Wayfair again. But because I also work retail I am watching their service responses and let's see how long it takes to get my coffee pot!!

I've been waiting ovwr 30 days for a delivery that never came, every time I called they kept pushing the date and still no delivery, I'm very disappointed. Now they say they don't have my product and want me to get something else that cost more. I'm never shopping there again.

It's extremely disappointing when Wayfair cust service just reads over and over the 30 day return policy plus 3 days Grace to me ( a customer) without listening to the why I missed the window. I requested an exception but all she did was read the return policy and said it's the suppliers fault.
No regard to making an exception by manually inserting a return or contacting the supplier - very rigid, useless and waste of time in calling Wayfair customer service to ask for help
Super disappointed - and you have lost a customer

I bought a Murphy bed 3800 and it came with missing parts and some duplicated. The handyman to put it together was to be 175.00. So far it has cost me 700 because of the number of hours trying to put together a puzzle with missing pieces. Reordered the correct parts and I'll be damned if they didn't send the wrong parts again. I asked for compensation and was told that my compensation was that they were going to send me the correct parts. That is not compensation. Then they sent the wrong parts. I have $4,000 pierce of junk right now and no one can help me.

My elderly parents bought a sideboard that came damaged. The guys who delivered and assembled the piece gave my parents the customer service number and said, "When you get a replacement, they'll take the damaged one." When my parents called, the customer service rep (Jaren), said that they could send out furniture repair to try and fix it. He said, "Check out Wayfair repair medics on YouTube. They're really good!" (The only wayfair furniture repair on YouTube is customers repairing furniture themselves!) When my parents asked him to put in writing what they had discussed (Having a repair guy come to fix the piece, and if the repair isn't good, they will exchange it for a new one, and the damaged one would be taken at no additional charge), Jaren refused to confirm it in an email because he was flat out lying to my parents! The email he sent us was purposely vague saying that some "resolution" could be reached if the result of the repair was unsatisfactory. He refused to define the resolution in writing. Clearly a scheme to screw over an elderly couple and not take responsibility! My mother asked to speak to a different supervisor/manager and they got Kasai. Kasai said that the return policy for large items was different than what was on the Wayfair website. WHAT?! They do NOT come to pick up damaged pieces, despite what their delivery guy told us AND despite what their website says. She said we could donate it. At this point I got on the phone and said that my parents are elderly and should not be expected to carry a large piece of furniture to the curb by themselves. Kasai then gave the option that we could exchange it, and pay extra for someone to pick up the damaged piece on a different day. None of these options are acceptable. They lie on their website, they don't care if their customers are inconvenienced, and they purposely send you damaged pieces so you (the customer) have to pay extra for removal. WHAT A SCAM! Every time I have ordered from Wayfair, the product comes damaged. It may look like you're getting a good deal, until you have to spend extra time and money to fix, return, or replace it. DO NOT GIVE THIS PATHETIC SHAM OF A COMPANY YOUR MONEY!

I ordered in October and PAID for a craft table took money in November. It arrived damaged and incomplete. Initially they wanted to send replacement parts, another delay. Then promised a new shipment due January 7. I finally cancelled December 27. I received an email to donate to Habitat for Humanity. No refund as of January 4. No supervisor to talk to (45 minute wait). Now it will be at least another week for a refund. NEVER AGAIN.

They shouldn't be working with wayfair and I'm going to pay to have my lawyers obtain the recordings from each convo to expose how bad they lie and scam ! Awful service with my current order. Incorrect dates for delivery and statuses which make no sense. No reply, or unhelpful reply to emails. Still don't know if my order has been resubmitted as they have now cancelled it. Tried to raise complaint but they keep fobbing me off.

Offer great saving on furniture
Than notify they "oversold"
Item. They then offer something less for more money.
It's the same story to hook you in paying more for furniture due to misleading customers.

Extremely dissatisfied! Purchased a crib conversion kit recommended by Wayfair for my daughters crib model. Didn't open it within 30 days. Opened it today only to find the kit WAYFAIR recommended is the wrong kit. Now they are refusing to refund my purchase even though it's never been used. $169 will keep me from shopping with this company ever again!
