Disgusting like every company in 2023 in this country even we buy products and Also I was sell their products in 3 different Music stores all USA they can't pick up the phone to answer a questuion that Us a Customer service rep[resentative for so many years can take no more than a minute in a half !!!

alesis customer so called service stinks really bad. if i knew how bad the customer service was i would have spent the extra money and went with Roland. alesis customer service is a no win situation and they dont care or they would have done something about it a long time ago.

Hi,
I've purchased these powered speakers and I like them. The only thing is, the back gets really hot but the power supply. IS THIS NORMAL? I use them in a studio application and at 3/4 volume, and about 20 minutes of use, the back is way too hot. I know electronics and when they get warm, they're operating in usage. The back of monitor gets so hot, I went to plug a cord in and noticed it, besides smelling a distinct odor as it does from most amps, but this was stronger. I talked to customer support which only offered to receive receipt first. This is my only receipt, listed here.

This sight is no help at all. I'm trying to get some help from Alesis about a problem with the Surge drum kit. I will not give out my credit care # for a $1.00 charge. If this is all Alesis can do it is a sorry company and I'm very disapointed.

Got the strike pro kit. Spent a good amount on it. Got one update and now the kit is discontinued. The kick head has a rip from the beaters on the side they say to use. This is just another rip off company charging far to much for little to no quality. Tried getting support and never heard a thing back. That was a month ago. So crap product and even worse support. Don't buy Alesis!!!

Have the strike pro se kit, have had to replace the hit hat, and two of the crashes so far, the kit is great, the cymbal pads are absolutely shat! Sensors are weak as fuqk, and by far too easily damaged, and will not hold up to regular playing, very disappointed, luckily I'm still paying on it so sweetwater replaces each cymbal as they go bad, I've had lower quality alesis kits and NEVER had these issues! I'm considering buy real cymbals at this point, im so fuqing pissed off!!!

I bought an Alesis Prestige Artist and the display stopped working in less than a month so I exchanged it for another one and the display stopped working on it today and it is under one year old. I love the keyboard but displays should be recalled/ repaired for free since this is an obvious issue.

I have called several times and emails are stacked up I've never gotten any answers for any part of my plethora of alesis products but I will sell them to you cheap!!

Do not try to contact Alesis customer service. They are useless. Instead go to InMusic, the parent company of Alesis. I contacted their tech support line and had my issue resolved in a half hour. Waited on their hold line for all of 5 minutes. Great service. They have offices all over the world.

I am sorry but its been from Christmas I have been trying to contact your company. My Daughter is in a wheelchair. She was 11. She wanted to learn the piano. Santa brought her a nice alesis melody 61 mk2 organ. Then it all went pair shape. Organ did not work. Why does santa not like me. I really hope this never happens 2 you. For your boss I hope 10 fold. Still to this day nothing from alesis. Sorry to keep going on about this. Ta

Alesis mestup my daughters Christmas. Her piano that we purchased didnt work. Now she knows santa is not real. Nice one. Still cant get an answer.

I own an Alesis Nitro Mesh Kit. Its bass drum tower broke while playing. Tried contacting them like 5 times. They didn't even bother replying. Turns out, it isn't even a unique problem. A lot of people have had similar issue of kick drum tower breaking and Alesis not replying. Absolutely terrible brand.

Im a brand new Alesis customer.My brand new recital pro doesnt function correctly and Im getting NO help at all from Alesis.Congrats........not even a gig done with this piano and its going to get shipped back on their dime because Alesis has terrible to non existent support.Gonna get a Roland,Yamaha or Korg which in hindsight looks like it would have been a better decision.

I am writing to the corporate office, to try to get a better resolution for my DM X 10 mesh kit that I purchased in July of 2016. Bob,
What happened was when the band and I was playing on stage, the sound guy asked me to turn down my snare drum and kick in the second set of the gig. When I did a slight adjustment to the sliders, I lost all the sound, it went down to practically null. In order for me to get the sound to come back up, I had to push the slider all the way to the top, and when I did, I did not have full volume. At this point, the unit would have been on for about 2 ½ hours. I turned off the unit and the volume came back up, but again when I made the slightest adjustment, the sound went back to null. The only way I could get the sound to come from the unit was to have the sliders all the way up and the volume knob turned more than ¾ the way up. (never had those sliders up that far) We thought this might have had something to do with the PA, but I got the same results when I listened through the headphones. I also tried this with one of the preprogrammed kits on the unit, and same results. When I first got this drum set, I could make slight adjustments, to a slider, and there would be a slight adjustment in the volume. Now it does not have that capability anymore. I was told by one of your representatives that this was not normal, and needed to be sent in for repair. I sent the unit in, and received a call back from the engineer, saying he could not find a problem with the module. I don't understand why they can not see the same problem I am getting. To make matters worse the tech, I spoke to was very short with me, and very unprofessional. He told that these sliders do not adjust automatically, and that is the only way this could be causing a problem. This in my opinion was insulting my intelligence level. I contacted a support specialist, and he told me, they would send it back to me, and asked me to try doing a factory reset, and to see if the unit still had the same problem. I did as I was told, and the unit still had/has the same issue. Later I received an email from the rep, telling me the best they could do was send me a refurbished unit. Why does it have to be a refurbished one. What happened to the warranty from Alesis. Based on when I purchased it, it should still be under warranty. I paid a lot of money for this drum kit, I have bragged and encouraged other drummers to go out and purchase them. I have done nothing to this unit for it to act this way. There is absolutely no alternative motive here, for me to be telling you there is something wrong with this unit. I am just simply wanting the unit to work, like it did, when I first brought it home, and start using it again with no issues. My other concern is, that my warranty with Alesis runs out in July, and I don't want to run out of my warranty before getting this resolved. I did get the extended warranty through American Music Supply, but they told me to contact you first.

What is this thing with alesis? The community support has stopped answering a month ago and I can't find any way to contact the company itself. I own a apple macbook pro and I've been unable to record anything with my MultiMix 16 USB 2.0 for 4 months now! The computer recognizes the mixer but won't let any output information in. There's also static noise whenever using the speakers.

I'm frustrated!
