Avianca tiene el peor servicio al cliente, son personas que tratan a la gente sin respeto y sin consideración para las personas de tercera edad

I bought tickets from avianca at their website and before midnight the same day. Try to cancel them and get a refund. That was last week. All I have received so far is an email saying that I requested a refund. I checked my credit card statement and avianca did receive the money.

Avianca employers are laxy and arranging. My cousin that is a minor went by her self to San Salvador and the lady did not give us a gate pass to accompany her she is 9.so we went back and told them that they didn't give it to us the lady at the desk said to the other lady in Spanish that she was tired and wanted to go home so that the other lady should just take her up.I had a right to get a gate pass they were just lazy go do there jobs.
