While trying to sell a home my Bosch oven locked. They provided 2 service vendors that couldn't respond quickly. The point of buying good quality appliances is that you have easy service. Not my experience.

I called again and asked for a supervisor but got someone that repeated the same garbage. This is poor training and an ability to follow up the same request.

FINALLY, 2 PHONE CALLS, 3 PEOPLE LATER I GOT A SUPERVISOR.
I WOULD AVOID THESE APPLIANCES SIMPLY BECASUE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER IS INCREBLY POOR.

I UNDERSTAND THERE ARE BETTER APPLIANCE COMPANIES.

IF I COULD RATE THIS LOWER THAN A ONE, O WOULD.

Bosch technician came out to repair my 7 month old dishwaher and refused to fix it unless I paid him 250.00 because he said I did not clean the filter often enough and should have washed the dishes better before putting them in the dishwasher. I refused payment and he left without fixing my 7 month old unit under warranty

Bosch is stagnant, complacent, boring with nothing new. Upper Management sits back in their multi-million dollar ocean front homes while making excuses and blaming everything else for the dismall sales. They wish the pandemic would come back and the government would give people free money again! Their Analysts are a waste of money! Anyone can crunch numbers, cook the books, and lie until their caught! R.I.P Bosch Power Tools!

Called customer service tonight at 8:24 eastern time United States and the lady on the line had a Latin accent. She told me "sorry I don't have a magic wand to tell you what the model number is so you'll have to call back when you have it" after I specifically told her it's scratched off from MANUFACTURING DEFECT of putting in a place that gets a lot of traction. It's literally on the side of the bottom drawer on the over where the track is. So of course it's going to scratch off with time. Sorry I don't have a magic wand to help you build these things better and not put stickers in stupid places. she also said "did you save the MANUAL like you were supposed to?" Like hug? From 5 years ago? The screen literally says error code E118 call 1-800-944-2904 so I did what it asked. It shouldn't be that hard to figure out.

Kitchen remodeled in 2019, with new Bosch appliances; dishwasher, 5 burner gas stove and French door refrigerator. After replacing the ice cube tray twice, I replaced the fridge with GE last week due to compressor failure. Now the gas stove is not setting correct temperatures on the burners or oven. It will be replaced soon, too. Four year old appliances. What a shame!

We bought a Bosch double oven in January of 2021. We did not receive it until December 2021 and installed it in January of 2022. From the beginning, this over has never maintained an adequate temperature. It would vary up to 60 degrees above or below the set temperature. We contacted our warranty company in July, they sent someone out, he replaced some parts and it still would not maintain an acceptable temperature. Due to personal medical issues, this matter was put on hold until March 2023 at which time someone came out again worked on it several times unable to fix it. The warranty company got approval to have it fixed, but now we had to deal directly with Bosch which has been a total nightmare. After waiting 45 minutes to an hour to speak to someone, we have been cut off from the support person multiple times. In some cases, it's like someone will answer, then almost immediately hang up. The one person we did talk to kept interrupting us and would not really listed to our problem. The next thing we know, we received an email stating that our claim for a replacement oven was being reviewed (we never requested a replacement oven, we just want a WORKING oven). The whole process of trying to speak to a support person is crazy and very unprofessional. I'm stressed and do not know what to do anymore.

So disappointed by how Bosch handled my appliance repair. Due to negligence of an authorized service provider and a Bosch system notes problem, this has taken months and 60+ hrs of hold time to be told Bosch will no longer support me as I am now out of my warranty.

The issue was addressed while under warranty and because of issues on YOUR end, I am the one getting screwed? That is not the right way to conduct business.

Called Bosch with issues that the stove burner didn't work. No troubleshooting offered, just arranged a technician and stated if not a manufacturing fault then a call fee would apply but they couldn't tell me how much. Technician arrives and checks switch behind oven, possibly flicked by a toddler. Hefty $170 callout fee and comment this happens all the time. No actual customer service provided by Bosch to assist or resolve the issue, just booking in the technicians to help them make money. No genuine complaints handling either.
Choose a different brand if you want any kind of genuine customer service.
Wow, Bosch has really fallen from grace...not the brand it once was.

I purchased a Bosch Refrigerator that turned out to be a lemon. I had it repaired 6 times in a little over 2 years. I bought the extended Bosch Service Plan which did come out to service the item. They said it could not be repaired and offered to replace with the same refrigerator or refund my cost. This was 6 weeks ago. They claimed to have mailed a check which I never received. Now, they claim to have sent it to accounts payable to re-issue the check, but that has been over two weeks. I have called over 10 times and cannot talk to anyone with answers. They claim someone will contact me, but they never do.

Extremely disappointed with Bosch repair services today! We have a 7 year old Bosch dishwasher that broke a month ago with failed heating pump(error code 9). We arranged a Bosch Repair service that charged us $160 just for the diagnosis, which we already knew was defective heating pump! Even worse, the quoted repair total cost was over $1000, which is almost the price of buying a new dishwasher! I wonder how long Bosch's appliances business can run with such a ridiculous pricing model!

Extremely unhappy with Bosch right now. We had a great Bosch dishwasher for over 15 years that finally failed. We bought a 100 series (no custom panel) and the unit is defective and of very low quality. We have been loyal to Bosch and since we had a custom panel originally made, we were essentially forced to stay with Bosch to maintain the kitchen esthetic. Low and behold. Bosch stopped producing the high end, panel-less dishwashers (supposedly you will start manufacturing again later this year) and now we hold the bag in getting a replacement that requires the custom panel to be modified on our end with no guarantees that it will work. We are not dishwasher experts and now feel high risk in installing the replacement where the panel will have to be modified to fit. While Bosch did the right thing in offering us a replacement - you FAILED on taking it to the finish line without offering installation support of the panel. We should have been informed that the only panel-less dishwasher was ADA compliant and would not fit our original panel. You knew better. Shame on you.

Purchased a Bosch dishwasher to replace our Bosch that was 15 years old and still operating fine but had a leak at the fitting, assumed it was from hard water calcification. Wish we would have changed fitting and line and kept the original. I also wish we would have read current reviews and not went with our confidence in Bosch previous reputation and quality. We went with 800 series dishwasher and kept having a smell in kitchen which we finally found was the dishwasher that was not completely draining leaving water in the drain causing the foul odor. Called and scheduled a service call with Bosch, the earliest appointment was 3 weeks out so scheduled with Bosch tech and customer service. Received several e mails confirming appointment until day of scheduled appointment the next e mail was confirming appointment for 3 weeks past the original scheduled date, called customer service and was told needed to rescheduled due to tech family emergency.
Very poor customer service. Contacted the center we purchased from and they put us in contact with another Bosch authorized repair company and are now scheduled another 3 weeks out.
Sad to say but it seems as though as with many other manufacturers these days, happy to take your $$ and then forget who you are or who they used to be.
Based on the numerous reviews I have since read and current experience do not consider a Bosch product and run from Samsung too.

Six month old Bosch fridge under warranty started having issues. Called Bosch Customer Service and upon waiting about 90 minutes for a representative I was told there were no Bosch service technicians available for the Bay Area region at all indefinitely! I was provided a list of authorized service shops to call and deal on my own. None of those either had availability, would call back or plain refused to deal with Bosch products (they have no obligation to do so). Essentially, Bosch sells products with a warranty Bosch itself cannot honor. This is illegal and I hope someone files a Class Action Lawsuit against the company.

We've been trying to get our dishwasher fixed since March. The first time our appointment the tech called and asked for the error code I told him, he said he could tell me on the phone how to fix it, it didn't! He came out it was 800.00 dishwashers is 2 years old, so warranty expired. I didn't like the tech, but fixed the erro code it worked for 1 day! Called again to get someone back here. They couldn't get anyone for 2 weeks, and the they send the same tech who doesn't know what he's doing. So he fixed it ha! He left we ran one load of dishes and it wouldn't shut off. My husband had to pull the breaker to get it off. So couldn't get anyone out here for 2 more weeks. Our appointment was suppose to be last week, and we get a call saying they have to push our appointment out another 2 weeks.

I will NEVER buy another Bosch product, nor would I ever recommend them.

Every call was at least 45 minutes, and the online chat just tells you to call

Ok, I purchased a stove from Bosch. Paid mid range of $5000. Approx. since I had it installed it has never worked right. Once it reaches temp it shuts off for 15-30 min and starts preheat again. Then it started to not shut off at all for 45 min or so with the board not responding. I've had the technician in three times they replaced multiple boards and still the problem exists. I try to contact their technician and weeks go by with no response between services. I started this process at Canadian thanksgiving and it's now mid May. Last time he responded was mid April. Bosch service always say they need another service. Meanwhile I have to take time off work and keep removing the appliances from my fragile custom counter. I am really angry and I will never buy their products again. Since I work for a housing company I am letting others know what has been my experience.

The worst.
They schedule an appointment only to cancel it in the morning of ... You take the day off from work just to be at home for nothing.
Customer service tells me that they can't guarantee that the service will be held the day it was scheduled!!! What it is the purpose of making an appointment if you cannot honor it?!!!
Last time I bought ANYTHING from Bosch. My washer didn't last 1 year ...

one of the worst worst worst worst worst Service

I have used LG for 8 years with out any issues. when called for any service they handle it good and we don't find any issues at all.

after Good reviews in internet, i got the bosch for 35,000 for 7.5 kg. within two years, the drum is not spining.

Logging the ticket took 1 days.
Getting the service representative take another 5 days. lastly, one of the service executive attended, he said he is going to replace the board. he said he is going to check for warranty coverage or not. after checks, he said that i have to pay 9000 for the board. he came after 3 days with a board, took 2 hrs to fit and he claimed that the spares what he bought is not in good condition. again he is ordering a board, which will take another 5 days. this is a never ending story and i suggest all dont go for this bosch brand.

the service is very worst worst worst worst worst and they are going to take month to fix this. no equiped technicaians available. i have got disaapointted and also got mental pressure for choosing Bosch in my life.

I am a professional maintenance employee at a large production facility and recently had to deal with Bosch for a tronic 3000 under the sink hot water on demand system. It has been 3 weeks and my lab is incapable of doing some of the production because Bosch warranty techs do not answer the phone or return emails. we have spent more on my time than the product costs. I eventually just bought an Eemax replacement unit instead of waiting for Bosch to follow through on the warranty they advertised, but they do not meet.

I am so disappointed by our oven which broke the first week and the customer service at Bosch has been terrible since then. It broke the end of January and we are not able to get a technician out until April 7. They claimed they called and we had no missed calls. Extremely disappointing that a new oven needed a new part. More disappointing that we couldn't get it fixed. We were also required to get an electrician out to update something. Still no oven. I want to return it it and get something else. Please work in your customer service. It shouldn't be this hard for a brand new product.

Contractor is sitting here for about 90 minutes so far waiting for a Bosch technician. Nothing more needs to be said.

horrible horrible horrible customer service. they won't stand by their product, ask for excessive documentation, and are very difficult to deal with. my oven is two years old, has had four repairs done, and now they want mortgage documentation just to fix the product they couldn't fix correctly the first three times????

I called customer support because the spray arm in my Bosch Silence Plus DB 50 dishwasher was not cleaning the front dishes properly. This was identified by myself as being caused by the spray arm bumping into the lower dishrack. This was happening while the dishrack was unloaded. The dishrack itself was designed without enough clearance between the spray arm and the rack. The customer service representative was incredibly unhelpful. She suggested that the cause of the clearance problem was due to the rack being damaged or bent. I explained that the replacement parts I had looked up online for this lower dishrack was the exact same shape, same design and would therefore not solve the problem. She suggested I could have a service team come out to look at the dishwasher in three weeks and would cost $150 without replacement parts. The cost to replace the lower rack would be $150 as well, so potentially $300 for a problem that was designed into the dishwasher. I am very unsatisfied. It is clear that Bosch does not care about its customers. I will not be repurchasing from this company in the future.

Bosch- horrible, sub-standard, unacceptable Customer Service. On hold 20 mins, recording keeps coming on every min: "Thanks for holding, a representative with be with you shortly." A lie! A joke!

Our BOSCH repairman is named Frank. He covers the entire SE Pennsylvania as his responsibility. He texted me on Friday to tell me he would be at our home between 1 and 3 pm on Monday. He arrived on time and immediately figured out our problem, ordered replacement parts, and set up a return visit. He provided very specific instructions for us to prepare the unit for his return visit. Frank clearly knows his stuff and explained everything which we very much appreciate. From my perspective, Frank and BOSCH are first-rate in servicing their product.

This is a little late in coming but well worth it. It was about 2.5 years ago and our Bosch dishwasher stopped working completely. We knew it had to be something fixable because it stopped after the new sink was installed. The lady walked us through what to do and it started right back up. This was on a weekend and we had company coming because of the holiday. Besides excellent help they were actually there to help on a busy weekend. Thank you!

We renovated our first floor Bar in 2018 and added a 18 inch Bosch 300 series dishwasher to make it easier for cleaning up after parties. The first dish that arrived at the appliance reseller would not work (thankfully they have a policy to test all appliances before delivery). They had to order another one and it took over 8 weeks to arrive. Finally the dishwasher was installed in 2019 and we had guest over and used the dishwasher. It cleaned okay but was disappointed that the rack could handle many stemmed glasses. We had a couple more events were we could use the dishwasher. Then 2020 hits us with Covid and the dishwasher is not used again until December 2022 after Covid restrictions were lifted. I loaded the dishwasher and went to start it and I got a E24 error code. I had to unload the dirty dishes an take the up a flight of stays to our main floor and was the fishers in our Samsung Waterfall dishwasher and then I had to was out the Bosch dishwasher so it would smell and mildew.
The next day we contacted Bosch Custmoer Service and they said the couldn't send someone out until early Feb. '22. In February the day before service, we were contacted by Bosch that the tech had Covid and has to cancel. The CSR said that they would get back to us with a reschedule date, we never got contacted. In mid-Feb we call Bosch and they said that the part for the dishwasher was on back order and didn't know when it would come. We were surprised to here that a part was order since no one had ever looked at the dishwasher and explain it to the CSR. They said "oh we get in to and let you". Once again nothing but crickets... Bosch never called us back.
We decide to call Bosch and this time we acted like this was the first to call. After several day we received a call stating that service date in April '22 was set and told us that we must pay $150 for the service call.
I am so sorry I every bought this dishwasher, when the first model that was delivered didn't work. I should have bought a different brand.

Paying over a thousand dollars plus $150 to use a dishwasher 3 times is a bit much. I could have hired some to hand wash the dishes and it would have been better. No that we are able to entertain, I am having make several trips up and down the stairs to load the main floor dishwasher. My husband and I are in our 80's and it is a risk every time we have to this. Also when we unload the main floor dishwasher all the dishes, glasses and utensils have to be taken back to the first floor and put away in their respective cabinets. I will never by another Bosch product again. I have a Meile dishwasher at another property and it works great!

We have been through TWO Bosch washing machine in the past seven years. The first one I bought to put into my new home made so much noise that it sounded like we lived near the train tracks and never drained right. Thanks to the lemon clause it was eventually changed out for a new one. We still have issues with this one not draining and sometimes the door does not lock. I have two small children and these issues are very frightening to me. I thought I made a wise investment but it now looks like a money pit. The night before Christmas and I can't wash any clothes.

I am extremely happy with the repair team and service provided by Bosch. they were efficient and gave me all the details of costs and such as soon as they recieved the broken iron and suggested they would repair or replace and they replaced my iron with a completely model which retails for at least £170 but I was given it for £97 which is a big save considering if I had just not bothered with phoning them and bought another one myself. very pleased.

About 1-1/2 years ago we remodeled our kitchen with all new Bosch appliances. No real problems to speak of, until this point. The dishwasher, most noteably is the quietest I've ever heard...very nice. On the other hand the range hood is quite possibly the most noisy. Recently the light bulbs burned out in the range hood. I removed them and searched the hardware and home stores for a replacement. But it is a VERY uncommon bulb, even though it doesn't look as though it should be. So I turned to looking on-line for the bulbs. It turns out the bulbs cost $42.50 each (and there are 2 that need to be replaced). I was expecting these bulbs to cost maybe $4 each. What the hell is Bosch thinking by using such an obscure bulb in their product. This is TOTALLY ridiculous!!! They are incandescent bulbs that will probably need to be replaced on a pretty regular basis. It really makes me nervous about any other future repair parts that will be needed.

I purchased a Bosch Corless drill 18 volt.
It had very little power and failed after about 1/2 hour of use.
I could not find my receipt and called Bosch directly.
I was treated as though they really cared.
Within 24 hours, I received my new drill and it works perfect.
I have 2 corded Bosch drill that are over 30 years old and still work like the day I brought them home. TOTAL SATIFACTION.

I bought a new table saw from HD - model GTS1031. Great saw, well built, award winning actually. However, when I got it home it was missing the table plate around the blade. HD wants you to contact the manufacture direct, no big deal, so I used Bosch Chat feature at Boschtools.com. I am realistic, I understand that these items are mass produced and that parts may get missed, it sucks but it happens. I had an agent on the Chat within 30 seconds of opening it and they ordered a replacement part for me with in 60 seconds. No problems, no questions asked. Great customer service and support. Part should arrive within a week. Will rate again after that!

They honour their 30 satisfaction guarantee campaigns relatively quickly once you find out who to actually contact.

I cannot praise Bosh highly enough for the service they have given me concerning the faulty toaster I had to return. All members of the customer service department went out of their way to be of assistance

In a nutshell thank you so much

I had a problem on a new washing machine that I knew was a manufacturing fault. Bosch Call Centre response varied from very helpful to awful. However, I insisted on an engineer call for which I told them I would not pay. The engineer came promptly, as agreed, and he was wonderful. He confirmed the fault (already found on several machines) sorted it out and then gave us a lot of helpful advice. No charge - all under guarantee. One unhelpful adviser let Bosch down. My ratings would have been much higher.

Wicked service. Purchased a new front loader and had a couple of queries about water pressure. They were onto it. Sorted in about 5 days, of which I was out of town for 3 over the weekend. Great stuff.
