I placed an order back on December 14, 2020 for a personalized Army Jacket and have not received it. I have called several times and was told it was at the engravers and I should have it on a couple of weeks each time I called. Today I called and now it is supposedly on back order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They have continually gone downhill over the years with purchases and products!

Recently purchased IWO JIMA 75th and as a former Marine was shocked at the quality! This reflects horribly on your companies quality. Cheap Plastic with toy model materials. Only thing missing was a made in China label. American Flag printed blurry and dirty. This company is headed down the direction Sears did and. I will not purchase from them again. Over priced plastic junk! This is the best you could do commemorating a Iconic Battle Anniversary where thousands died fighting for our country!!!!! I am flabbergasted at what I received based on the picture of the item! Researched customer complaints and they are off the charts! You will become exactly what happened to Sears if you do not listen to your customer feed back! As a veteran it is a disgrace to your company that you are selling this junk! You should be embarrassed and ashamed!!!!

Bradford exchange has a quality issue which they are not resolving. Businesses cannot electronically read the checks as only the last line is scanned and not the account line. Bradford exchange has been notified of this issue more than once. Do not order checks from them.

Bradford is worst business I have ever dealt with! Constantly turning me into collection agencies for no reasons! They recieved payments and turned me in. They have returned payments (not even full amount) an turned me in. They have automatically taken money from my account and turned me in! Now they say never recieved payment ,wich I paid back in Nov,with bank statements to prove it, and still turning me in. I just want to be totally done with these guys and wanna let everyone know how lousey a business they are!!

Ordered two necklaces to be sent to same address. One arrived but the second like item has not as yet. Paid up front extra for fast shipping. It has now been 9days with nothing in site. Bad management . Ordered together they should arrive together is that asking too much. Never again will I be left holding the bag.

I wish I'd found these reviews sooner. Bradford Exchange is the WORST and if you need something like what they supposedly offer and call an "heirloom" go to Ashton Drake, Amazon, or anywhere else!!! I'm disgusted with them and will NEVER buy from them again.

I placed an order on Jan 29th and asked for expedited shipping. In the checkout process it said if I was a rewards person on item shipping would be free. Thus without my knowledge the shipping was changed to standard. That being said Pitney Bowes has been holding it 60 miles away for the last 6 days. They first showed delivery on 2/4 then 2/6 and now they don't know where it is. I was very excited to give my twin friends these presents and now I will have to wrap up a picture because in calling your customer service over and over I was assured I would receive this order in time.

I ordered Months ago Forge Your Own Path Bracelets for my sons. They are Milatary. Payed up front to get them! You said I would have them before Christmas Hello- that day came and went!!!! My Sons went Over Seas with out The Gift This Mama wanted For Them!!!! Am Disgusted with this Company! Never Again! You Should Give Me The Bracelets for Free Since Your Company Did Not Keep Their Word on Sending them To Me!!!! How Sad You All Are!

I am so mad and frustrated that I had to find some vehicle to express regarding this company! Spent hours picking the right gift for my sister that served as a tribute to her as the matriarch of the family and to our mom and family. Ordered in enough time to receive well before Christmas. I get this postcard in the mail yesterday asking to get in contact. Mind you they processed the order payment weeks ago. I called today and for some reason they combined the payment address with the shipping address. Okay that's fine, but since this is a shipping issue, the order has already been processed and should be mailed today right... wrong. Although they have the order and the payment, they did nothing until the address was corrected. Mind you it will not make it by Christmas due to the cutoff... Monday!!!

No one tried to help expedite and simply kept patronizing me with oh were really sorry! Well yes you are correct on that end SORRY!!! This was the only gift I had prepared for my sister and now... I've got come up with something, but it won't be the same this year. A sincere Thank you Bradford Company for absolutely nothing!!! I would recommend you reevaluate your order processing system... Archaic and antiquated in this day and Time...

Never again....Don't Trust they care...it's quite apparent they don't!

Placed order Nov 27, 2020. Rec'd em that credit card did nit go through. No reason for it not to, but gave a different one. Same thing happened. Gave 3rd card that had nothing on it. Again, they said it was declined. Our credit card companies did send us any notifications which they would have done if there was problem with a transaction. My husband called at least 5 times..call center in Jamaica. Corporate numbers don't answer. Don't know. What kind of scan they are running, but would advise people not to deal with them.

I have a bill in the amount of $43.33 that you said I did not pay. I have the money order where you deposited it. I have tried sending you letters with the proof that it was paid and all I get is it was not paid. I have ordered thousand of dollars from you with no problem now you want to stop further orders because y ou say the bill was not paid. This will be my last try in solving this problem with y ou

Have a "horrible" situation that was only magnified by my conversation with "Leshon" and her immediate supervisor. I placed an order on 9-22 and was charged $207.91 On Oct. 5. I was charged $207.91 also. I was sent the "wrong ring" the first time. I was sent a "BROKEN" ring next (loose and cloudy stone). Was issued one credit on 10-6. After telling Leshon super. my problem he had me wait on hold for 24 minutes to check out a couple of things and then was disconnected - no return call although between the two of them they must have asked me my telephone # at least 10 times. Horrible...HORRIBLE experience.

I ordered a John Wayne Statue from Bradford Exchange and when I typed in my email address it said it wasn't valid. I called 866-503-9057 and spoke to Regina and she confirmed my mailing address, email address and phone number. She said I can not help you will have to email Customerservice @Bradfordexchange.com. I get an email from customer service with a I am unable to help you is there anything else I can help you with. This is simply not right in how you handle customers. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM BRADFORD EXCHANGE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For an email address being not valid, I sure get alot of Bradford JUNK!!!!! in my invalid email address!!!!!

I ordered a gift and paid extra for shipping to get it here by friday 5/15/2020. When I saw that it was shipped friday 5/15/2020 I called customer service. They assured that it had already shipped and would be there that day by 8pm. It never showed. and today I get an e-mail that my order is being prossesed and for a cheaper price then what I originally bought it at. I keep trying to call customer service and finnaly I pressed the number to order something and finally got ahold of someone . they transfered me to customer service where I was on hold for 30 minutes without reaching customer service. I have also e-mailed them and no one will get back to me!!!DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND PAY EXTRA SHIPPING!!! ITS A RIP OFF.

Be careful when ordering checks Bradford Exchange will connect you with Freeshipping.com which will charge your credit card account $13.00 each month unless you call them to cancel them. You will get nowhere with Bradford. Supervisors say they cannot help you.

This company preys on the elderly. They have convinced my 85 year old Mother that she needs 10s of thousands of commemorative coins to leave as her legacy to her grand kids! She is now in debt over 45 thousand dollars that we have found so far! I have heard her tell these people to stop many times a day but they just keep on calling and calling. She says yes so they will stop for the rest of the day. I am thinking about changing her phone number when she is moved to assisted care because of this issue!

Walt Disney was fired from his first job, because he lacked imagination. I have to imagine that Goofy is the CEO of this organization, for this is the characteristics of the type of customer service you receive.
For each interaction of customer service is a nightmare from elm street. Just waiting for Chucky to show up at my door.
Its been 4 months of dealing with issues. Of being told over and over, "I have listened to the tapes and we have delivered the worst customer service. Give us the opportunity to change that, stay with us.
We will give you a personal shopper to make a difference." No difference has occurred.... but, wait a second, there is a difference - ITS GOT WORSE!
The manager I keep talking to keep making promises that are not kept. For example, because of garbage customer service received in the past, Bradford Exchange will send me three items at no cost. Received them and guess what, each came with an invoice to be paid.
So, I have to find time, to call them again, during my work hours. Or, maybe, the CEO Mr Goofy can give me a call? Oh, I forgot, he doesn't take phone calls because he isn't concern about customer service.
Two other items, I wanted was delivered, with invoices. I had asked for them to be put on the credit card and for them, since they were part of a series to enroll me in the series.
So I have to call to get these invoices paid.
My personal shopper called on Wednesday, asking about enrolling me in the series delivery system.... I guess the manager I had talked to the week before is unable to do what she promised when she said she would enroll me. So, on Wednesday, I told this personal shopper, to enroll me in the series. On Thursday, she called and left a message, asking me if I wanted to be enroll in the series.
Late Thursday afternoon, I return call and left a message for her to put me in the series as we HAD DISCUSSED THE DAY BEFORE. Not certain, whether, I have been enrolled in it or not haven't heard anything back and its now been two days.
Product or Service Mentioned: The Bradford Exchange Customer Care.
Preferred solution: A call from the CEO - would like to have an explanation of why the poor customer service continues..

My fiancee got me a ring for Valentine's Day, supposed to be a diamondesk stackable. This thing is 3 different rings, which stackables are, but the bands don't match up at all, and what are supposed to be white topaz, but I think they're cheap pieces of glass! The ring doesn't even look good, I've bought pretty costume jewelry that looked better, what a RIP OFF, will never buy anything else from them!

I order a gift for my grandson. In November it was supposed to be here on December 5th thru December 15th. I have called 10 times and was promised it would be here on the 24 of December. I never received my order. No phone call or email . I will never oder from this company again.

Horrible experience. Bradford Exchange charged my account TWICE with no prior notice and no explanation when I called. The item for my wife has never arrived and I am left with having to contact them repeatedly to either get the product or my money back. I will NEVER spend a penny with this sham of a company again.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. DO NOT deal with this company. Almost bordering on harassment regarding payment that they claimed I still needed to make. What I did pay for (one candle in their "Songbirds" collection) was NOT worth the 79.98 price tag they had on it- barely worth $30.00. DO NOT deal with this company!!!

Very dissatisfied with your customer service and the ring that was purchased. For our 35th wedding anniversary my husband purchased the two hearts topaz garnet soul mates ring and had it engraved. After only a few months, the ring was so tarnished, colors on the stones faded, gold plate peeled off. When I tried to get our money back for it, they reordered it and expected us to pay for it again!!! I called again about it, they said they would refund us and give us a discount. Why not stand by your jewelry and send us a genuine, gold, diamond, ring of equal or more value at no cost to us, since you cost us so much heartache, and I am still out of a beautiful ring as my 35th anniversary gift? STAND BY WHAT YOU SELL!!!
