Customer representative was short tempered. I was actually afraid to ask questions. She was condescending and talked down to me. First bad experience that I've had during my years as a customer.

BIG thank you to Franchesca (newfranbrown)in Mississippi. She is the BEST DTV employee that I have spoken with EVER! I have been with DTV since 2004! My DTV was out and she did everything in her power to have a tech come to my house the next day. Thank you Fran for being so helpful and courtesy. ( She was the Third employee I talked to that day. The other employees were not at all helpful).

Kudos and more kudos are due for Technician He was very professional, courteous, very efficient, and took time to answer my questions. He went "beyond" what was necessary to assure that we were properly getting the quality of service that we expect. This young man is a true credit to himself, his team, and his company. My resent experience with the technician Josh, # 106324 was GREAT ! He was on time, he made sure my service issue was taken care of properly and he was very polite & courteous. Thank you Josh for doing a great job !

I had a GREAT pleasant experience with my NFL package. I was supposed to get it free this year with the Hassel I had last year. However the agent I spoke with messed up and I still got charged. Due to the professional and excellent service I got from my operator Laura customer service rep # 100554769 she made my experience outstanding..I'm a Marine and am quit to be loud and bold when I am wronged. None of that was need with Laura she was tremendous and solve my problem. I thank her for being nice and cool cuz she's a Dallas Cowboys fan like me. As a BIG tennis fan I love watching the majors on Direct on channels 701-707. Called customer service when I was unable to access them for the U S Open. Woman I talked to was insistant that tennis was only being broadcast on ESPN. I told her that 701 was listed in my guide but only showed the Directv logo when I went there. She put me on hold several times and still insisted that tennis was only on ESPN. I gave up. Today I wondered whether the NFL package we added was affecting our tennis coverage, even though yesterday I was told tennis just wasn't available. WOW! The lady I talked to today (Toni in Mississippi) listened, ran some diagnostics, found errors and fixed the problem in no time! I'm back to enjoying all my tennis coverage. Thank you Toni! And thumbs down to the first person I talked to! You obviously don't know your job.

Very disappointed that they want a 50 service charge to come out and mount dish on a pole, my landlord just put a new roof on and doesn't want the dish on the roof anymore!! when I first got my service in May I paid for installation but the technician didn't have to do anything because the dish and wiring was already installed in the house. so I feel they should waive the service charge the technician didn't do nothing in the first place!!

I just had Antonio, technician number 111274 come out to get my satellite connection back up and running. I just want to say that he is one of the most professional, nice and knowledgeable techs that I have encountered...with any company. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and remedy the situation providing additional feedback to me about what the problem was and what he did to rectify it. I can not say enough nice things about him. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Prior experiences with the company as a whole had been negative. I was even thinking about going to another service. Antonio has restored my faith in your company. Thank you

I loved your service whon I had it.but the love doctos radio show in the palm beaches of Florida. Are slamming you guys every day because they have gone 3 weeks with bad reception and no service. They have a lot of listeners. Get on it

I'm very upset for almost a month now and I'm thinking about canceling your service because I have missed shows and charger Games because there is no channel 8 here in San diego. Please fix problem and get the channel back up. I want $25.00 dollars off next month's bill.

was very happy with the performance of your tech. 63571. Josh Sites. he was couteous, professional and took the extra time to explain what he was doing and went above and beyond with his performance. we had to wait awhile but it was worth the wait.

I commend tech Kevin O'Brien and Supervisor, Ben Roberts for their professionalism, knowledge, confidence and dedication to complete the task to re-wire my house correctly and totally fix my satellite issues. The first call was by Kevin who attempted everything and then brought in ben to make sure the issue was properly addressed and fixed.

Technition arrive before time expected ran some tests, listened to our tale of woe then proceeded to id the problem and finally detected the problem and fixed it. Hopefully after weeks and other techs all seems to work. He was very patient when listening to our tale. The technician

Our technician, Mike arrived as scheduled. He did an outstanding job. He removed the old DVD player that the other technician left when we got the new Genie last year. Mike said that the other technician had wired it incorrectly. Mike said that the Mini-Genie had been installed by the other tech in the sunroom instead of the the master bedroom. He set the correct receivers in the master bedroom and the living room. He connected the receiver in the beedroom to the internet for me. He explained what we need to know about operating both systems. We were very pleased with the service Mike gave us. GREAT JOB!! Bill and Regina Linehan

Just wanted to say that we had the most amazing technician today.Jeremy Holten was his name. He knew what the problem was as soon as he turned the T.V. on. Went an re-aligned the dish and put installed a new box. Put a new eye on the dish. He asked us if we had any other questions about our service. Was in and out in 35 min. Great Job Jeremy. I hope they pay you what your worth.

We had questions regarding our account and called the customer service phone number and spoke with Gabriel, employee #45751554, and he was amazing! He was friendly and very helpful! It was a customer service phone call that I actually enjoyed and felt comfortable. I hope that management knows that they have such a great employee working for them.
