The turntable in my DACOR microwave-convection oven stopped working. It was under warranty. Our salesperson - who has been great - said DACOR customer service would call me. They did and asked me to describe whether a certain part was plastic or metal. He said he would send a replacement part...as though from the phone call he knew the problem. The wrong part was sent. A different company texted me to schedule a service call. They seemed to have no clue about the part issue. They scheduled a date and then cancelled it because no service people were available. When I inquired about the part issue...again through texting (not impressive), they directed me to "DACOR's customer service center." Turns out it is a call center in the Philippines. I could not understand the woman because it was so noisy with all the other call center employees talking. Over and over again I asked her to repeat herself. Finally, I asked for a supervisor. Took forever to be connected with one. Nice guy but....he asked me to send him a photo of the part that needs replacing. How do I know? I am not the service technician. This has been nothing short of ridiculous. And I still sit here with a non-functioning microwave. I am just off the phone with the salesman to start this whole process over again.

I received my new Dacor oven end of Feb. Within on week I had an issue. It locked as if it were in clean cycle though it was on bake.

May I had the same occurrence this time the oven stayed locked and on. It will not shut off at all. This is a major safety hazard. There is a fire risk and there are 3 special needs children in this home.

I have gone thru corporate with complaints and appeased that a new oven will be sent yet the "woman who takes care of matters" is never available and always in meetings. Calls are not returned. Promises not kept.
Tell me, do you hang the merits of your company on one individual? If that person cannot or is not there do all the claims NOT get handled? Professional company, I think NOT and definitely not one that could be recommended; your customer care is atrocious.


I would not consider Dacor for any future purchases. A timely replacement would have appeased me. At this point there is expenses of the range running 24 hours a day for four months, the expenditures accrued due to your companies negligence with the hassle of food preparation and the safety ramifications for my family. Absolutely disgusting.

I have a Dacor microwave that is approximately 4yrs old. The one wheel on the cheaply made
Turntable Roller Assembly: part# DE81-07894A that holds the plate inside the microwave fell off. The price to replace this part is over 100 dollars. What a joke. I was under the Dacor was a premium brand - wrong. Very disappointed! .

They owe me money 10,786.93 for a refrigerator refund they delivered faulty in May 2022. They lie to me continuously and keep telling me its an internal computer issue. I want my money

Dacor refrigerator purchased fir our home, quit working while still under Warranty.
We are Senor citizens , diabled and. Under cancer treatment.
Multiple calls to Dacor Customer supprt, emails sent, two Complaint tickets and ONE Month later, it has bot been fixed.
Repair tech came and left, without even repairing anything, because he was unable to contact Dacor office on a Saturday!
We reported Malfunction Code 81-C on door panel. Compressor failure. But to no avail.

Hopeless Unreliable overpriced product
Non existent Customer support service
Clueless Repair tech on contract with Samsung.
He asked me where the ON/ OFF switch was!

ONE month in a major city New Orleans. Dacor unable to repair a frig under Warranty.

I purchased a $7000 refridgerator and it completely broke after 2 years. I called customer service and after 2 months I am still being given the run around with no resolve. This is terrible and I will never recommend Dacor or Samsung appliances to anyone!

Very Disappointed In Dacor As A Whole. The Only Thing I Found Great About Them Was The Service I Got From One Of Their Factory Service Technician,jerry Godby, Awesome Guy Very Professional, Thorough, Called To Follow Up And Ensure Customer Satisfaction. Samsung Has Removed Him From Their List Of Servicers Now, However He Is Still In Business. If Your In North Georgia And Are Looking For The Best Servicer Around Contact Dacor Services Atlanta . Jerry Godby Is The Best Of The Best When It Comes To Dacor.. He Is Strictly Dacor Which I Guess Attributed To His Being Removed From Samsungs List Of Services. Sad Sad Day When A Foreign Company Can Basically Force A Good Man From A Job

I have a Dacor cooktop in my kitchen (5 burner). It was installed in the spring of 2006. Within two years of its installation, knobs started breaking off. They would simply snap off in my hand. The plastic tube that goes over the metal point melts and cracks. In my opinion, this is a serious design flaw. Over the years, all of the knobs have broken and many have been replaced more than once.
I called Customer Service last month to try to see if Dacor could provide me with better made and designed knobs. The person I spoke to was very rude. He told me that Dacor had no record of having problems with its knobs; that the company wouldn’t be concerned with something on the cooktop that was merely “cosmetic” (!); and that it was an old appliance (6 years old) and therefore, problems were to be expected.
I have no hope of Dacor remedying this problem, but if I ever redo another kitchen, I will certainly NOT choose a Dacor appliance
