E-Z-GO Customer Service

We have been waiting for almost a year for a replacement battery harness - without it our cart is not operational. They keep saying it's on back order or there's a supply issue. Have tried contacting everyone possible, without success. Wouldn't have bought this golf cart if we knew it would sit collecting dust due to lack of customer support.

My 2020 TXt valor has been in shop for over 2 months now and still not fixed

I have a 2021 easy go valor EX one had to replace the ECM one month after warranty expired purchased a new ECM and still having the same problems No headlights and won't run

The E-Z Go RXV golf carts purchased in 2023 are so much louder than the old fleet at our local golf course. So disappointed, especially living next to the golf course and hearing these carts (with motorcycle engines) all day long :-(

I am a 5 foot 10 male and could not understand how the gas pedal was so inconvenient to push because of the positioning.

I do not understand how anyone 5'5"and taller would be comfortable pushing on the gas pedal in such a horrible position

Purchased golf cart in April 22. 10 months later the top half of the windscreen just detached and fell off. It did not break rather the "glue" gave way.
The cart store said that it was a constant problem and that they were in the process of replacing all their ezgo cart with the hinges windscreen.
I paid $250 for repair of a knowingly defective part!

I purchased and Ezgo golf cart and have had it less than a year and
the computor baord went out. I am 78 years old so you know I take good care of it.
I just had to pay$842.45 to have control assembly replaced. The repair shot said in talking to
repair service they said this had happened frequently. Can you help me with some of this repair bill. Thank you

I deal with your office in Johannesburg South Africa. I bought a new car January 2020. I have a problem and after many phone calls and messages no body returns any calls. Well I definitely made a mistake buying a EZGO cart. And I will also influence people accordingly. I need to buy 4 new cars now and I have already contacted Yamaha and Clubcar. I thought EZGO is a world class company, but now I know they are a backyard campany. Very very unprofessional.

Bought a new ez go valor gas in May 2022. Lasted until January 2023 before it stopped running. Has now been in the shop for a week. Seems to be an electrical issue, with fully charged battery will sometimes crank and run, drive a few feet, cart will cut off, no lights or gauges. In a couple hours May crank again, May not.

I have an EZ-Go Valor 2020. The fuel sending unit went out. There are no replacement parts in the US. I wonder what parts are not available for the 2023 models. Getting no help from Textron or their affiliates. Repairer has been getting put off every month since September. Now suppose to be January. What good is a golf cart that won't run.

This a difficult site to use for a consumer.

I am a disabled 20 year veteran, purchased a EZGO Valor form a awesome dealer and followed up with some accessory/brackets questions for EZGO customer service. Pretty much referred me back to their website (terrible customer service as that did not answer my question). So here is my review, I love mine, but if you want accessories and need to find components for the valor, you are literally screwed and EZGO can care less. I use this for mobility on my lot, if I had it over to do again I would purchase a club car. I am thinking about suing them as there is no way to post a real review on their website, begs the question, why is it they only post the 5 star ratings ? Abject failure . . . .

We purchased 2 Ez Go Valor gas carts at the same time in 2001. One had the controle computer go out one month before the warranty expired. The other also had the computer die just out of warranty. It is a known issue they deny. Don't waste your money on any of there products.

Not so much ez go issue but one of dealers is unprofessional and border line breaking the law. Took my golf cart from property without notification that they were there and were loading it up for repairs. Just came and took it. Graham's golf cart of myrtle beach is who you do business with.

I called EZ-GO number 1800-241-5855 and asking for technical support. Was told that their reliability policy has changed about 2 years ago and they cant help me unless I am a dealer or having account with them. I have fleet of 26 RXV 2013 EZ-GO's carts. I am having problems with those carts on daily bases. In my opinion they are very bad design. Over engineered and many times no easy fix. Very complicated system for a golf cart. Even with scan tool diagnostics are more the limited. Very on happy with product and specially EZ-GO support.

Ez go cache rd in Lawton Oklahoma is required to wear face mask at this store it seems not to matter customers and employees ! Walk in and nothing said or done maybe someone needs to inform all even them self this is a requirement! Please call your manager and address this with them.

I just rebuilt my ezgo it has a robin engine 1989. When I went to fire it up it started but then just quit.... there is a spacer with triangular shaped wedges that bolt between the carburetor pipe and the cylinder. I cleaned this piece up during the rebuilt what I thought was carbon build up may have been a poem sealant. WELL I SCRAPED ALL OF THE WHAT I THOUGHT WAS SEALANT OFF. DO I NEED TO REORDER THIS PIECE???? please.

SUCK, SUCK, SUCK. Website is terrible. like pulling your hair out to get a live person. Then the woman keeps yawning, can't get a part right. Tell her what page of the RXV electric and service repair manual it's on....Then 3 attempts to give her my e mail address even spelling it out slowly and phonetically and she can't get it right.....Too busy yawning, probably hungover. Hung up on her, EZ GO parts department sucks, obvious they get the money for payroll and benefits from other parts of TEXTRON, how can a department this terrible sustain itself. Identify and replace the idiot I dealt with....

I have waited a week for someone to call me back. have not heard from anyone. our company buys a lot of golf carts from e-z-go but will inform them that I have not heard back from anyone.

We thought we bought a new 2016 EZ go from capital golf in sun city Texas

Seven weeks later still no club-ball washer installed. Wheels still rub and they made gouges in fenders that they patched up with putty that a seven year old could have done better. Not what should be accepted in a new cart. Kyle and Bryan are the rudest people we have ever met. And the sad part is that this is our second new cart from this store.

this is the problem with the world nobody wants to answer a simple question it all has to be automated or you get transferred 6 times and then told "well you have contact an authorized dealer" this is

probably made in china too. EZ go

I know you guys don't really like giving things away for free but that good customer service strategy. I woke up this morning and needed some air in my car tires, I went to four different E-Z-Go stations (Lawton, OK) this morning and none of the air pumps were working all out of service.Three stations had two air pump stations.Could someone contact these establishment and get them to have this rectified. Thanks for your service.
