I ordered a subscription from a local girl scout organization months ago and never got anything.

Hello, I was a charter subscriber to Entertainment Weekly and have loved the magazine for years. However, with the change to a monthly magazine, EW didn't have the urgency with news that I found with the weekly subscription. The lackluster Oscar coverage in the printed piece was when I decided to cancel. However, when I went online to cancel, I never received confirmation that I did so. The magazine was canceled, but I would have expected some kind of correspondence, especially someone who canceled after nearly 30 years. When someone goes to the "Contact Us" web page, there is no information on how to contact EW. It's clear they don't care about customers, so I'm glad I got rid of my subscription. Honestly, I haven't missed it.

I Hate what you have done to this magazine!!! I have prescribed since the original charter. The whole feel and format has been destroyed. I am violated by such a drastic change with no feedback from your initial subscribers and long-term patrons. Are you listening??

I am deeply disappointed that EW went from weekly to monthly printed magazine. More so, I am pissed that I just renewed for 4 years. If I had known that you were going to monthly I would not have renewed. So far I am not crazy about the new editorial coverage. It seems shallow, more like People magazine or US magazine. Not what I previously liked about the EW content. How can I get my money back?

I have loved and subscribed to Entertainment Weekly for years. Now that it has changed to a monthly magazine, I don't enjoy it. It was perfect the way it was, now it's just like other magazines. Entertainment Weekly and TV Guide are the only two magazines that I subscribe to, but when my subscription to Entertainment Weekly ends, I won't be renewing, unless they go back to the way it was. This is just so sad.

I have a subscription and yet I've only received 2 issues since signing up.

I am disappointed that the magazine I have loved since the 90s is now a monthly magazine. I read the comments that this will allow the magazine to "go deeper" into stories, but what made this magazine great was the timeliness of it. It is about POP CULTURE and therefore should be fresh and new often. I just finished reading the Septemeber (really August) issue and it already was apparent how behind this will feel when they are just now mentioning comic-con stories. Yes I know more and more is being moved to the web, but the point of my subscribing to this magazine was to have something new and fresh to look forward to each week in my mailbox. When my current subscription ends (which i just renewed a few months ago) I will sadly no longer stay a customer unless something can change. I understand the cost of shipping and print is rising, but at least give us a bi-weekly magazine, thus maintaing the name to some degree.

First - CHANGE THE NAME FROM WEEKLY to MONTHLY
Stop misleading to your customers about the content & frequency of the subscriptions.
Second, train your call-in staff to know the circumstances of the change and inform customers of the HUGE decline in product and expectations in service.

Not Happy With New Going Monthly! I've Been A Subscriber Since Your First Issue. If I'd Wanted A Monthly Magazine I Would Have Gotten Premire--oh, That Didn't Go So Well/.

Hi, I will NEVER renew my subscription with your magazine. The print is so small it's ridiculous! I pass the magazines on to friends at work and they don't even want to bother with them because of the teeny tiny print. I'm sorry that I even signed up and wasted my Delta miles to order this. Never again.

My account number is 1911049110. Last year I paid $10.00 for 46 issues. This year you are asking for $15.00. That is a 50% hike and I am a retired person on a fixed income. If you cannot give me the same rate I will not renew anymore.

I am not receiving my magazine weekly. I k ow I've missed one issue with The Walking Dead on the cover. I have only received two issues in the past month. Please send me the missing issues.

In 2010, my subscription expired with no notice from Entertainment Weekly. I contacted them via email and complained about the lack of notification. They replied that I was on their Automatic Renewal program. In January 2012 I once again stopped getting the magazine and checked my account online to discover that it had expired yet again. I contacted them via email 4 days ago and have not heard from them. A big thumbs down for EW's customer service.

I've now received 3 emails after opting out of any offers twice and the extra email are getting annoying. I have no interest in your product and I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't waste both of our times and clog up my email which I use for many important issues
